Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan analisis kompetensi inti pada bisnis ekowisata hutan bakau di BeeJay Bakau Resort. Analisis VRIO (Valueable, Rare, unImitability, Organize) dipakai dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompetensi inti yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Kompetensi inti diperlukan oleh suatu perusahaan agar mempunyai daya saing dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi inti dari BeeJay Bakau Resort adalah kemampuan mengelola wisata terintegrasi, luas wisata pantai, penginapan pasang surut, bahan baku fresh, teknologi, kedekatan dengan pemasok, skill membangun serta skill memasak dan show Hibaci.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kompetensi pada Manajer IKM Industri logam yang berada di Kabupaten Bogor masih rendah. Permasalahan kompetensi dan kinerja SDM yang berkaitan dengan peluang berkembangnya industri dalam menghasilkan mutu produk yang berstandar yang menjadi permasalahan pada IKM Industri logam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi peningkatan kompetensi manajer untuk meningkatkan daya saing. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process. Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan situasi yang dihadapi oleh manajer IKM Industri logam adalah kompetensi individu, permodalan dan metode, kebutuhan penting dalam usaha. Strategi peningkatan yang dapat dilakukan adalah melakukan pelatihan dan pengembangan yang berkelanjutan mengenai pengetahuan, keterampilan yang tersertifikasi dan motif yang didukung oleh Dinas Koperasi dan IKM Kabupaten Bogor serta peraturan pemerintah yang mendukung IKM dalam meningkatkan daya saing yang berdampak pada usaha yang berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Analytical hierarchy process, IKM industri logam, kompetensi, strategi peningkatanAbstract. Manager's Competency of SMEs metal industry in Bogor district were quite. Problem identification of human resources competence and performance are related with the chance of industrial improvement in generating the quality standard of in the metal industry of SME. This research was aimed to analyzed the problematic situations which was faced by managers of SME metal industry and formulating an improvement of manager compentency strategy to increase the competitiveness. Data were analyzed by Analytical Hierarchy Process. The results shown that problematic situation which were faced by managers of SME metal industry are the competence of individuals, capital, and essential needs in order. The strategy improvement of competence could be done by conducting training and ongoing development regarding to knowledge, skills that is certified and motive which is supported by Cooperative Departement and Small-Medium Enterprises Bogor District and Government regulations who support SME's in improving of competitiveness. Abstract

Fruit is categorized as perishable product. Fruit trading still coordinated by direct sales, which consumers come over to the location then choose their own preference. Majority consumers prefer to go to the two shopping places for buying fruit products which is major in Indonesia or Bogor, for instance in modern retail or traditional retail. The issue in consumption character shifts caused by the generation alteration in which can influence business activities in the retail industry. At present, the traditional good retailers of modern generation Y is faced with different characteristics from the previous generation. Data was collected using questionnaires given to 150 respondents from the modern retail and 150 respondents traditional retail. The total questionnaires are 300 Generation Y respondents. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS). The results indicated that the category in the modern retail the influence of the reference group and ethnocentrism had a positive effect and had the greatest influence on Y generation preferences as well as the categories in traditional retail reference groups and ethnocentrism had a positive and significant effect and product quality and prices have a negative effect on Y generation's preference for fruit shopping in modern retail. Meanwhile personal factors and places have a negative effect on Y generation's preference for fruit shopping in traditional retail. From modern and traditional fruit retailing consumer preferences have a positive and very significant effect on fruit purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the difference of the latent variables (shelf space, familiarity, perceived risk, price consciousness, citra private label, kualitas servis, and perceived quality) among ritel industries; to analyze the influence among latent variables; and to analyze the effect of perceived risk, price cosnciousness, familiarity, perceived quality, and store image on consumer purchase intention on food private label. This research involved 274 respondent consist of hypermarket, supermarket and minimarket consumer in Bogor city that were chosen by quota sampling method. Mann Whitney test and CB-SEM were used in data analysis, with confidence level is 95,0 percent. The results showed that store image, perceived risk, kualitas servis, familiarity, perceived quality and puchase intention have differentiation among hypermarket, supermarket and minimarket consumer. Moreover, the result also found that shelf space influenced familiarity and perceived quality; kualitas servis influenced citra private label, and citra private label and familiarity influenced perceived risk. The result also revealed a significant influence of store image on purchase intention.

Abstract

The zakat revenue achievement in Indonesia is always a topic among the government, humanitarian agencies and zakat institution. The zakat institution is required to have an innovative and creative program as well as improving the services quality  to show the best condition, The healthy condition of the zakat    institutions will attract muzakki (a person who is obliged to give the zakat) to contribute his/her fund through the institutions.  The objectives of the research are to 1) analyze factors that influence the Muzakki’s level of satisfaction in the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta services, 2) analyze the satisfaction level of the Muzakki for the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta services, 3) analyze the Muzakki’s level of loyalty for the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta services, 4) formulate a better strategy to increase the satisfaction service for the muzakki.  The research is using questionnaires that are then analyzed using Structural Equation Method (SEM) and the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).  The result of the research shows that there are four dimensions i.e.; Compliance, Assurance, Reliability and Empathy have a significant effect on the satisfaction.  The IPA analysis also shows that the zakat service performance needs to be increased and the muzakki’s complaint needs to be followed up quickly.   The results also show that the muzakki’s satisfaction, shows the loyalty and satisfaction  index value by 82.34% This means that the muzakki is satisfied with the service provided and the muzakki’s loyalty level is 84,7% is the sign that the muzakki loyalty  to the LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta. Lembaga zakat dituntut membuat program yang inovatif dan kreatif serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan untuk menunjukkan kondisi yang terbaik. Kondisi lembaga zakat yang baik dapat menarik Muzakki untuk menyalurkan dananya ke lembaga. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah 1) menganalisis faktor yang Memengaruhi kepuasan Muzakki terhadap pelayanan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta; 2) menganalisis tingkat kepuasan Muzakki atas pelayanan yang telah diberikan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta; 3) menganalisis tingkat loyalitas Muzakki atas pelayanan yang telah diberikan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta; 4) merumuskan strategi yang perlu dilakukan LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan yang lebih baik bagi Muzakki. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa empat dimensi yaitu Compliance, Assurance, Reliability dan Empathy memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan. Hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan bahwa atribut pelayanan yang harus ditingkatkan kinerjanya yaitu permasalahan zakat diselesaikan dengan cepat dan segera dan karyawan merespon dan menindaklanjuti keluh kesah. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan Muzakki Memengaruhi loyalitas dan nilai indeks kepuasan Muzakki sebesar 82,34% yang berarti bahwa Muzakki telah merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan dan tingkat loyalitas Muzakki sebesar 84,7% yang berarti bahwa Muzakki telah loyal kepada LAZ PKPU Yogyakarta.Kata kunci: LAZ, kepuasan, loyalitas, SEM, IPA

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research is meant to find out the influence of financial performance to the firm value which ismediated by Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the LQ45 companies which are listed in Indonesia StockExchange. The research approach has been done by using quantitative and the population is all LQ45 companieswhich are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2015 period, the sample collection technique has been doneby using purposive sampling so 20 LQ45 companies have been selected as samples. The measurement of CSRvariable has been done by using Corporate Social Disclosure Index (CSDI), The measurement of financialperformance has been done by using Return on Assets (ROA) and The measurement of Return on Equity andfirm value has been done by using Price to Book Value (PBV). Based on the result of the hypothesis test, it can beconcluded that financial performance gives direct positive influence to the firm value and the CSR as themoderating variable can strengthen the influence of financial performance to the firm value.Keywords: Return on asset, return on equity, corporate social responsibility, firm value

Abstract

The increase in the number of refill drinking water consumption (AMIU) which is the main drinking water source for the people of Padang encourages the development of the AMIU industry. This has resulted in competition between drinking water depots (DAMIU) becoming increasingly stringent so that strategies need to be identified to win the competition. The purposes of this study were to identify the prioritized attributes by consumers in buying refill drinking water, analyzing customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as recommending measures for refill drinking water depot to win the competition. The research was conducted by using a survey of consumers of family and nonfamily. Prioritized attributes by consumers based on eckenrode method were water clarity, price, distance, source of raw water, water taste and odor of water. Consumers were classified as very satisfied based on CSI results. Based on IPA results, price performance, bonuses and workers hospitality were need to be improved. CLI results ​​indicate that consumers were loyal and there was a significant relationship between satisfaction and loyalty based on PLS. Recommendations for refill drinking water depot was to provide the best performance of prioritized attributes and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were 1) to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Mitra Tani Parahyangan (MTP) in its efforts to expand its export market, 2) to formulate strategies that could be utilized by MTP, 3) to prioritize the strategies that could be applied by MTP. Methodology employed included internal and external analysis and industrial analysis, SWOT matrices, followed by determination of decision priority using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Based on the result of external environment analysis, there were five opportunity factors and seven threat factors which became the strategic issues. Meanwhile, according to the result of internal environment analysis, there were four strength factors and five weakness factors which became the strategic issues. The result of EFE matrix showed that the company’s ability to respond to external factors was reasonably good in harnessing opportunities and avoiding threats. On the other hand, the result of IFE matrix showed that the company’s current internal position is weak. Through the matching of strategic issues within the internal and external environment, and seven alternative strategy formulations that can be applied by the company were generated. Collaborating with domestic forwarder agents is an alternative priority strategy chosen through AHP analysis tools.Keywords: AHP, SWOT, Tomato, OVOPAbstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman Mitra Tani Parahyangan (MTP) dalam upaya mengembangkan ekspansi pasar ekspor, 2) memformulasikan strategi-strategi yang dapat dijalankan oleh MTP, 3) menentukan prioritas strategi yang dapat dijalankan oleh MTP. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis internal eksternal dan analisis industri, matriks SWOT, dan pengambilan keputusan dengan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan hasil analisis lingkungan eksternal didapati lima faktor peluang dan tujuh ancaman yang merupakan isu strategis. Pada lingkungan internal didapati empat faktor kekuatan dan lima kelemahan yang merupakan isu strategis. Hasil matriks EFE menunjukkan kemampuan perusahaan dalam mersepon faktor eksternal yang cukup baik dalam memanfaatkan peluang dan menghindari ancaman. Sedangkan pada hasil analisis matriks IFE menunjukkan bahwa posisi internal perusahaan saat ini lemah. Melalui pencocokan isu-isu strategis yang terdapat pada lingkungan internal dan eksternal perusahaan, dihasilkan tujuh rumusan alternatif strategi yang dapat dijalankan perusahaan. Menjalin kerjasama dengan agen forwarder dalam negeri merupakan prioritas alternatif strategi yang terpilih melalui alat analisis AHP.Kata kunci: AHP, SWOT, Tomat, OVOP

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises are able to safe the economy, especially in Indonesia. On the other hand, Indonesia has to face the Asian Economic Community in 2025, that is why micro small and medium enterprises need to understand the factors of business success to compete in to participate in Asian Economic Community. The aims of this research are to know the business characteristics and businessmen characteristics of micro small and medium enterprises fruit and milk processing and to analyze factors affecting business success. Questionnaire surveys have been conducted to 31 respondents for each clusters, milk processing and fruit processing. Data were analyzed by descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression has been conducted in order to examine the relative impact of the identified factors on business success. The factor that affecting business success in fruit and milk processing was entrepreneurial marketing and government policies. The results of this research can be beneficial to relevant agencies.
