Abstract

AbstrakTingginya jiwa sosial masyarakat dalam rangka menstabilkan tingkat perekonomian indonesia yang menurun menjadikan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya, salah satunya yaitu dari tingkat kinerja amil dan motivasi muzakki terhadap intensitasnya untuk berzakat melalui Lembaga Amil Zakat khususnya di Jawa Timur. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dipadukan dengan jenis penelitian survey deskriptif, pengumpulan data berasal dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 25 Lembaga Amil Zakat yang aktif di Jawa Timur. Objek penelitian ini adalah Muzakki yang pernah melakukan pembayaran zakat pada Lembaga Amil Zakat resmi di Jawa Timur yang telah terdaftar pada Forum Zakat Nasional. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial tingkat kinerja amil memiliki koefisien regresi sebesar -0,785 < 2,026 dengan signifikansi lebih sebesar 0,437 > 0,05, maka berarti bahwa kinerja amil tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensitas muzakki dalam berzakat melalui Lembaga Amil Zakat di Jawa Timur. Kata kunci : Zakat, Kinerja Amil, Motivasi Internal, Intensitas Muzakki  AbstractThe high level of social life of the community in order to stabilize the declining level of the Indonesian economy makes this study aim to determine the factors that influence it, one of which is the level of amil performance and muzakki's motivation to the intensity of tithing through the Amil Zakat Institution, especially in East Java. Using a quantitative approach combined with a descriptive survey type of research, data collection came from distributing questionnaires to 25 Amil Zakat Institutions active in East Java. The object of this research is Muzakki who has paid zakat at the official Amil Zakat Institution in East Java which has been registered with the National Zakat Forum. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that partially the level of amil performance had a regression coefficient of -0.785 < 2.026 with a greater significance of 0.437 > 0.05, meaning that the amil performance had no significant effect on the intensity of muzakki in tithing through the Amil Zakat Institution in East Java. Keywords: Zakat, Amil Performance, Internal Motivation, Muzakki Intensity

Abstract

Community empowerment makes efforts to increase the independence of individuals and groups of the public in providing improvement and development of self-quality for the better. The existence of community groups in contributing to the distribution of welfare distribution has an appeal to the social programs being run. The concept of sadaqa  is considered to be an intermediary for people who have more funds and distributed to people who need resgistered to the asnaf group contained in the al-Qur'an. The Sobat Salihah Community with sadaqa of Nasi Jumber program seeks to improve competence in the management of sadaqa fund management. The training is carried out by extension methods through several stages, including, 1) Planning for program activities; 2) Implementation of activity plans 3) Implementation of evaluation and reporting. This training seeks an effort to increase awareness and concern for donors to communities affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This activity involved community administrators, 205 donors who had raised funds and 345 beneficiaries for distribution to predetermined programs.

Abstract

Management information system is a means for operations that can support business wheels. Business units with a scale of small, medium to corporate level can make it easier to run by implementing the existence of this system to achieve all business developments. The research objective is to study the implementation and development of information systems experiments in the operational management of Kanjeng Sepuh Sidayu Gresik Canteen. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by triangulating data sources through interviews and literature studies. Researchers also use SDLC (System Development Lifecycle or System Development Lifecycle) in deepening data development methods. The application of SDLC can unravel the challenges, changes and development that can be realized by this business unit. The application of information systems in “Kantin Ilmu” uses simple software in inputting data. However, by changing conventional transactions towards the present era, commitment and management integration are needed in order to produce conducive complications. Enabling, participating the “Kantin Ilmu” in improving the welfare of small and medium scale businesses in the north coast region can be fully realized. Through the proposed system, stakeholders can find out profit and loss periodically. This will help the business owner entity in the strategies used to achieve the vision and mission. Abstrak: Sistem informasi manajemen merupakan suatu sarana bagi operasional usaha yang dapat menjadi pendukung suatu perputaran roda bisnis. Unit usaha dengan skala bisnis kecil, menengah hingga setingkat perusahaan dapat mudah menjalankan dengan menerapakan adanya sistem ini untuk mencapai suatu perekembangan bisnis. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui upaya penerapan dan perkembangan sistem informasi pada operasional manajemen Kantin Ilmu Kanjeng Sepuh Sidayu Gresik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan trianggulasi sumber data melalui wawancara dan studi literasi. Peneliti juga menggunakan SDLC (System Development Life Cycle atau Siklus Hidup Pengembangan Sistem) dalam memperdalam metode pengumpulan data. Adanya penerapan SDLC dapat mengurai permasalahan, perubahan dan pengembangan yang dapat direalisasikan oleh unit usaha ini. Penerapan sistem informasi pada Kantin Ilmu menggunakan perangkat lunak sederhana dalam penginputan data. Namun, dengan melakukan perubahan mekanisme transaksi konvensional menuju era masa kini, membutuhkan adanya komitmen dan integritas manajemen agar dapat menciptakan iklim usaha yang kondusif. Sehingga, peran serta Kantin Ilmu dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan bagi pegiat usaha skala kecil dan menengah di wilayah pantura dapat teralisasikan secara transparansi. Melalui sistem yang diusulkan, stakeholder dapat mengetahui keuntungan dan kerugian secara periodik. Dengan demikian akan membantu entitas pemilik unit usaha dalam menetapkan strategi yang digunakan untuk mencapai visi dan misi.

Abstract

Setelah melewati bencana Virus Covid-19 akhirnya Indonesia mulai bangkit dari Virus tersebut dan memasuki Tahapan baru yaitu Era New Normal. Masa Era New Normal saat ini merupakan tahapan bagi masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk menyelesaikan dan bangkit dari masalah Ekonomi yang terjadi karena Dampak Virus Covid-19. Pada Era Baru Normal saat ini sangatlah penting bagi kita untuk memanfaatkan Teknologi yang semakin canggih saat ini, salah satunya adalah Teknologi Digital yang terus perkembang pesat. Maka dengan memanfaatkan Era New Normal saat ini, Mahasiswa KKN Tematik Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Islam Gresik membuat kegiatan Penyuluhan UMKM yang bertujuan untuk Membangkitkan dan meningkatkan semangat berwirausaha dengan memanfaatkan Teknologi Digital Marketing untuk para Warga pelaku UMKM Desa Karangrejo, Kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik. Penyuluhan ini diikuti oleh 21 warga pemilik UMKM desa Karangrejo Manyar Gresik, dengan memberikan ilmu manfaat dan cara kegunaan Marketing Digital untuk pemasaran usahanya, yang diharapkan pelaku UMKM lebih maju dan lebih luas jangkauan pemasaran untuk Produknya.

Abstract

This article is a form of community service that seeks to solve the problems faced by micro, small and medium enterprises in Karangrejo Village, Manyar District, Gresik Regency, from the aspect of product packaging and the form of increasing sales. The solution for this program is the provision of material on the importance of packaging and packaging training. The form of activity is in the form of providing material in which MSME actors will be introduced to good and attractive branding strategies (packaging and labeling), choosing the type of packaging that suits the product, as well as selecting designs and giving labels/brands so that the product looks better and more informative. While the mentoring method is carried out by the Implementation Team for practice. The output is in the form of examples of products that are packaged and labeled in a new way.

Abstract

Implementation of Spiritual leadership becomes a challenge in the era of globalization that shows the existence of technological alignments to the dependence of human life. Millennial era, which is the golden generation, is now a cornerstone of every line of management to create a process of organizational activity that runs well. However, now millennial characteristics tend to override spiritual leadership and strive to produce something using mere lust. Spiritual leadership encouragement can be created by realizing it through the daily practice of the Prophet Muhammad's SAW. in order to form the character of a civilized human resource. This paper seeks to answer the challenges of leadership strategy on millennial character so that it can be aligned with organizational goals through the practices of the Prophet Muhammad.
