Abstract

In general, companies have the same goal and objectives, namely being successful and there after they develop more and get maximum profit. To achieve maximum profit, the companies use of various ways, one of them is by means rotation and processing of fixed assets owned by the companies and utilizing as a part of companies’ operationalization. Therefore, the companies must be able to control the fixed assets in order to achieve their goals. When the fixed assets rotate and are used optimally in the companies’ operationalization, they can be expected to support the companies in increasing their revenue. The companies can be said as successful when they get profit more and more. So does the rotation of assets, it well be said good if the companies perform fixed assets rotation gets increased. Profitability constitutes net final result of various decisions and policies of management with the result that profitability becomes criterion of success in achieving the companies’ goal. The purpose of this research is to find out whether fixed assets rotation as a part of the companies’ operationalization ha influence towards their profitability. This research forms analysis from finance report of the companies, that is from their balance report and profit and loss report. The result of this research by regression analysis shows that fixed assets had little influence toward the companies’ profitability, that is as high as 0,8%, while the rest was influenced by other factors as high as 99,2%. The yield of evaluation shows that fixed assets at the companies operating in property and real estate field did not influence the companies’ profitability. In general, fixed assets rotation of the six property and real estate companies got increased. The six companies’ profitability got increases as well.

Abstract

Indonesia has great potentila in terms of community forest reaching more than 42 million ha. This potential, however, is still unwellmanaged so that is couldnt be a main source of farmersincome. In fact, according to argo ecology system; community forest can be cultivated by introducing promising intercrops in order to deliver more benefical effect. To overcome this problem, a reseach aiming to obtain potential models for community forest and spice crops intercropping pattern based on agro ecological zone was conducted from  August to December 2000. The reseach was carried out on 1.000 ha of partnership-based community forest (Paraserianthes falcataria) in Lengkong and Tegalbuled Sub district,sukabumi Regency, West Java province. the objectives of the research were achieved through survey method in gathering primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed by using Expert system Program (version 3.2.2.) and Framework of Land Evaluation. the results showed that the community forest explored was devided into 6 agro ecological zones with 5 recommended-landuses. Those are forestry (Zone I), palntation (Zone IIlax and IIbx), agroforstry (zone IIIax and IIIbx), and upland cultivation (Zone IVax2). According to microlimate condition under P.Falacataria trees, bushy pepper (Piper nigrum) is the most promising intercorps. Meanwhile, framework of land evaluation revealed that Zingiber officinale, Amomum cardamomum, and other Zingiberaceae species were marginally suiltable accompanied by heavy texture as the main constraint. In short, the potential models were (1) P. falactaria + A. cardamomum; (2) P.falactaria + P.nigrum. (3) P.falactaria + Z.officianale and (4) P.falactaria + Zingiberaceae (Curcuma xanthorizza, C.domestica, and Kaemferia galanga). Model (1),(3) and (4) would be more suitable on zone IIIax,IIIbx, and IVax2, whereas model (2) should be on zone IIIax nad IVax2.

Abstract

Dalam pembuatan lada hijau kering biasanya terjadi pencoklatan enzimatik yang menyebabkan hilangnya warna hijau sehingga membuat penampilannya menjadi tidak me-narik. Percobaan pencegahan reaksi pencok-latan dengan menggunakan asam sitrat, asam malat dan asam tartrat.pada pembuatan lada hijau kering telah dicobakan dengan perlakuan yang terdiri dari jenis asam (sitrat, malat dan tartrat), dengan 3 level konsentrasi (2, 3 dan 4%), serta 2 cara pengeringan (penjemuran dan oven). Percobaan dirancang secara Acak Leng-kap pola Faktorial dengan 2 ulangan. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan asam sitrat, asam malat dan asam tartrat pada konsentrasi 2 persen, 3 persen dan 4 persen cukup efektif untuk mengurangi terjadinya reaksi pencoklatan enzimatik. Metode penge-ringan oven memberikan nilai kehijauan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan penjemuran. Hasil evaluasi sensori yang dilakukan pada atribut warna, rasa dan aroma lada hijau kering, menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan dengan kombinasi perlakuan asam tartrat 2% dengan pengeringan oven lebih disukai dari-pada yang lainnya. Mayoritas parameter mutu lada hijau kering hasil penelitian telah meme-nuhi parameter mutu lada hijau kering yang tersedia di pasar.

Abstract

Hen egg is the most consumed animal food due to its high nutritional content, affordable and easy to obtain. However, eggs have the disadvantage for their short shelf life of about 7 days at room temperature. An effort to extend the shelf life of eggs including storing at low temperatures and/or coating. The research objective was to determine changes in the physical quality and morphology of chicken eggs coated with two material coating stored at room (25–29 °C) and AC/low (18–22 °C) temperature. The treatments tested were two kinds of coatings, namely gelatin and lime solution, and two storage temperature conditions, namely room and low temperature for 30 days. The study was conducted with three replications, each replication was observed on 5 eggs. The parameters observed were weight loss, Egg white index, Egg yolk index, air cavity, Haugh Unit and surface morphology. The results showed that at the end of storage for 30 days the eggs quality still met the SNI standards I to III. AC storage temperature was better than room temperature. The egg treated with coating produced better quality than without coating. The longer the storage, the lower the weight loss, HU, IPT and IKT. The best treatment was gelatin coating stored at AC temperature.

Abstract

This research is motivated by some data and facts. First, there are still many cases of violence that involve or happen to children; second, improving the quality of Human Resources (HR) is one of the important efforts that must be continuously made in improving the quality of education; third, Al Junaediyah IT Vocational School has an interesting program in an effort to improve the quality of education. The research process starts from July 1 – September 20 2022 at SMK IT Al Junaediyah Sukabumi. The research method uses a qualitative method with an analysis process including: data reduction, data display, and data conclusive drawing/verification. The results obtained from this study are: 1) the civilization school program as an integrated program includes improving the quality of human resources, infrastructure, academic and non-academic activities; 2) The strategy for improving the quality of education is carried out through efforts to improve the aspects of: 1) parental participation; 2) class and school management; 3) the professionalism of school principals and teachers; 4) incentives and disincentives; 5) Islamic; 6) knowledge and skills; and 7) discipline. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the strategy to improve the quality of education through the Civilization School program has been implemented properly and has had a huge impact on graduates. Relevant to these conclusions, the researcher recommends that schools be able to immediately start implementing school management in accordance with international standards.
