Abstract

This organization was originally a socio-religious movement, and finally the goal of political space, namely by becoming a special member of Masyumi Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah is a very large Islamic organization and has spread to all corners of the country. So it is interesting to study the perception of the community, especially the people of Tongke-Tongke Village towards Muhammadiyah.This study aims to determine the perception of the people of Tongke-Tongke Village towards Muhammadiyah and what factors influence it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research was funded by the Research Grant Program Batch V of the PP Muhammadiyah Diktilitbang Council in collaboration with the University of Muhammadiyah Sinjai. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and dissemination of google forms to reach respondents who are far away and find it difficult to arrange time to meet. The data analysis was carried out through the steps of data collection, data presentation, data analysis and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that there is little response to knowledge of Muhammadiyah by the people of Tongke-Tongke Village, this is because they are not cadres who have gone through organizational recruitment, however, they are the general public or sympathizers who basically become part of several activities that have been carried out by Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah. This research can be used as a reference in making decisions about how the community responds and perceives the Muhammadiyah organization at the village level because previous research has focused on the sub-district level.

Abstract

Education is a medium or tool to produce human resources into something of higher quality. The purpose of this research itself is to find out how the steps or strategies taken by the Assembly in maintaining the quality of education for students amid the outbreak of the virus and triggering the birth of several rules that suddenly change all old habits. As a benchmark used by researchers by looking at indicators as conveyed by OJ Sumampouw (2015), namely Systematic, Continuous, Dynamic, Accommodative, Integrated and Focused and Simple and Realistic The method used is qualitative research methods and as informants consist of Regional Leaders of the Dikdasmen Council. Muhammadiyah Sinjai district, Principal of MTs Muhammadiyah Sinjai district, Staff and Teachers and Parents of Students and data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data verification, and concluding. The results showed that teaching and learning activities were prevalent during the Corona pandemic, one of which was the Web course, which was the use of the internet for learning purposes, where all study materials, discussions, consultations, assignments, exercises, and exams were fully delivered via the internet and offline activities where teachers visited. students for the learning process due to lack of internet network access in several places in Sinjai Regency.

Abstract

Health development aims to increase awareness, willingness, and ability to live a healthy life for everyone to realize the highest public health status, as an investment for the development of socially and economically productive human resources. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher will explain the research problem in detail, namely the administration and publication service process and the factors that influence it. Data collection was obtained through direct observation of the object of research and in-depth interviews with informants. Data processing in this study was carried out by classifying data based on several themes according to the focus of the study. The last stage is data analysis and presentation. This is done by reducing data, presenting data (display data) in the form of narrative text and tables, then drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that the program implementation has been running with a target time that cannot be determined. In the implementation process, the writer found various problems faced by the executor, changing the mindset and inviting people to live healthy is not easy, economic factors are also a problem that is often found and this cannot be forced in society. Then the problem of land availability, especially in densely populated communities and coastal areas

Abstract

The government, through the ministry of education and culture, urges universities to monitor and assist students in learning from home. the type of research chosen is qualitative research. The data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and verification. Academic services during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Sinjai ran effectively according to the rules that had been set and were running according to the expected goals, this was seen from the service for student proposal examinations, the lecture process, and new student admissions

Abstract

Education has a very important role in human life and becomes very important in achieving goals, in practice the learning process carried out becomes something that can be used in achieving these goals. Learning is one of the most basic elements in the implementation of education, the success or failure of an education will depend on how the learning process is given by the teacher. One of the goals of the school is to create quality human resources so that they are able to adapt and compete in the world of work. The current condition requires the ability and expertise that must be possessed by every individual, especially soft skills which will later support job opportunities. This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of learning in students majoring in Office Administration Automation (OTKP) at SMK Darussalam Makassar. The main activity in the education system in the school environment is a learning activity. The implementation of the learning mechanism can be done through three types of educational environment, namely informal, formal and non-formal. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interview and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that it is quite effective even though the current situation is all-new with more use of IT in the learning process.

Abstract

The provision of subsidy fertilizers for farmers is intended to increase progress in innovation changes in human resource development in the agricultural sector, subsidies as a supporting factor of optimal implementation of government policies against subsidized fertilizer policies developed by the government based on the needs of the community, especially farmers. In its application, this fertilizer is intended for farmers to increase productivity and improve economic level, also minimizes costs. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of subsidized fertilizer policy in Indonesia. The findings in this study are one of the programs of government policy related to subsidized fertilizers, namely the farmer card program registered in the Group Needs Definitive Plan (RDDK) system. However, according to surveys, there is still a scarcity of subsidized fertilizers so that the price becomes expensive. And many farmers who are not part of the Group Needs Definitive Plan (RDDK) system also need subsidized fertilizers, but the government only provides them to farmers who are members of the RDDK system. In addition, the Indonesian government has implemented various measures to ensure the distribution of subsidized fertilizers to farmers, one of the steps taken is to socialize changes in subsidized fertilizer policies.
