Abstract

The law of learning tahsin science or what is known among the public as tajwid science is fardhu kifayah, while reading the Al-Qur'an with tahsin science is wajib'ain, meaning that a Muslim, male or female, must read the Al-Qur'an with tahsin knowledge, if If not, then he is a sinner because the reading may violate the meaning if he is wrong in pronouncing it. This application displays the main content of reading the Al-Qur'an, the etiquette of reading the Al-Qur'an, and the study of the science of tahsin as a whole such as the law of reading, the introduction of gharibah (foreign) verses, how to waqof (stop) and recognize common mistakes that often occur. while reading the Al-Qur'an. To produce an application for the introduction of tahsin learning by utilizing mobile web-based smartphone technology, especially smartphones with the Android operating system. With the existence of a tahsin learning application developed by utilizing mobile technology, it is expected to be able to help provide solutions for a Muslim who wants to learn to improve and improve the reading of the Al-Qur'an without being bound by time and can learn to read the Al-Qur'an in accordance with the guidance of the Sunnah of the Rasulullah Shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam.  Keywords: Tahsin Science, Tajweed Law, Android Mobile, Mobile WEB.DOI : 10.5281/zenodo.5784114

Abstract

Payroll or salary management is a process of remuneration by an organization to employees as someone who contributes to the achievement of organizational goals. Employee payroll data processing system at Pt. Wieebu Indoedu is still simple. Each month's employee data is still recorded in a special book, and to submit proof of salary reports is still conventional. The problem that arises is the inconsistency of data that can cause data duplication, if the search for data takes a very long time because it still uses conventional systems, and data security is still not guaranteed. Therefore, the authors make a web-based payroll information system design. The method used is the waterfall method using system developer tools in the form of ERD and LRS. Abstract

Cobit 2019 and ITIL V4 are tools and guidelines that can be used to form an IT governance and management framework. There are several differences between the two, although they are also common and widely used for IT management and management implementation. Both are also the latest versions of the publications of the organizations that created them. With the help of Cobit 2019 or ITIL V4, organizations can be helped in implementing IT management and management. Not infrequently an organization feels confused in choosing tools or frameworks that will be used as the basis for implementing IT management and management. Abstract

Garut Regency is a Regency in West Java Province, Indonesia. The capital is Tarogong Kidul. The regency is adjacent to Sumedang regency in the north, Tasikmalaya regency in the east, Indian Ocean in the south, and Cianjur and Bandung regencies. The number of tourists who travel in Garut regency, making the workers in the tourism office burdened with the many questions surrounding the location thrown by local and foreign tourists. With Location Based Service technology, tourists can find the location of the desired tourist position without a guide from the tour guide though. In this study the authors use research methods Develoment Life Curcle Software (SDLC) waterfall (Waterfall), while for application method using Location Based Service (LBS). This application utilizes Global Positioning System (GPS) that has been integrated with the handset. Abstract

This research aimed to develop a cross domain content based image retrieval system by using Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HoG) features. To compute visual similarity, we use Gaussian Approximation for Fast Image Similarity (GAFIS), Online Algorithm for Scalable Image Similarity Learning (OASIS), and Hybrid method that combine both of GAFIS and OASIS. The results show that the hybrid method outperforms the others, it is because the methods could extract uniqueness of each image query and image database by utilizing Gaussian parameters from negative-set and combine it with OASIS parameters Keywords : Image Retrieval, CBIR, Gaussian Approximation, OASIS.

Abstract

The best contract workers are contract workers who display certain values and criteria determined by the company. Contract Workers who have the criteria to meet the specified conditions will receive an award as the best Contract Workers in the company where the Contract Workers work, as implemented by PT. ABC. There are several evaluation criteria in determining the best contract workers in this company, namely: Productivity (Quality), Quality Internal Control (Quality), Teamwork (Cooperation), Initiative (Initiative) and Absence (Attendance). So that in writing this thesis conducted research that is intended to produce and can assist in the selection of the best contract workers. The aim is to test the Profile Matching method in determining the best Contract Worker, to find out how the process has gone in determining the best Contract Worker and who is the best Contract Worker at PT. ABC. This was obtained from the results of the calculation and comparison of the profiles of the best Contract Workers who emphasized productivity and quality. With a situation where the number of the best contract worker candidates is more than the best contract worker position, a ranking of the best contract worker candidates will be ranked so that later the highest competency weighting will be obtained to fill the best contract worker.Keywords: Application, Profile Matching, Contract Workers DOI : http://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4320256

Abstract

Untuk memperkuat program pemerintah berupa 3T (Testing, Tracing, Treatment) dalam mengendalikan pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia, diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi terintegrasi secara online berbasis website bagi pasien, rujukan, laboratorium pada fasilitas kesehatan yang dirancang dapat mengeluarkan hasil tes dengan cepat dan akurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif-deskriptif, dengan metode pengembangan sistem berupa System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan framework laravel versi 8.0, sedangkan untuk penyimpanan data menggunakan database MySQL, dan UML (Unifield Modelling Language) sebagai alat bantu untuk perancangan dan desain sistem, serta menggunaan teknik pengujian sistem dengan menggunakan metode kotak hitam (blackbox). Hasil yang didapat dari penerapan sistem informasi ini bahwa aplikasi ini telah berjalan sebagai “tulang punggung” alur data dan pemencaran data berjenjang dimulai dari pasien, rujukan dan laboratorium dengan solusi kecepatan waktu pengolahan data transaksi, otomatisasi, serta akurasi data pada rujukan fasilitas kesehatan sehingga dapat menerbitkan hasil tes yang cepat, akurat dan dan terintegrasi. Kata Kunci: Tes PCR, Tes Antigen, Website, Framework Laravel, SDLC, MySQL
