Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of local revenue (PAD) of the local government expenditures Musi Banyuasin, analyzing the effect of the balance of funds to local government expenditures Musi Banyuasin and determine the level of independence that had been reached by the district Musi Banyuasin  The results at the district Musi Banyuasin in the period 2007-2010 shows that the revenue (PAD), and Fund Balance has effectiveness against government expenditures Musi Banyuasin. But the effectiveness of Revenue does not have any significant influence on regional spending Musi Banyuasin, while the effectiveness of the Balanced Fund has a very significant effect on their spending. In addition, the increasing trend toward shopping areas PAD indicates the level of independence of the local government district Musi Banyuasin progress though the level is still quite low.          Keywords: Effectiveness, Revenue, Fund Balance.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Penyakit kulit banyak dijumpai di Indonesia seperti penyakit scabies yang disebabkan oleh parasit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan personal hygiene dengan kejadian scabies di Pondok Pesantren Amanatul Ummah Surabaya. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif observasional menggunakan studi survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 santri meliputi 51 santri putra dan 49 santri putri dengan metode stratified random sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah personal hygiene dan kejadian scabies. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan lembar wawancara terstruktur, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari buku rekam medik pondok pesantren. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square (α=0,05). Hasil:  Sebagian besar santri memiliki personal hygiene tidak baik (53%), pernah mengalami kejadian scabies (56%) dan terdapat hubungan personal hygiene santri dengan kejadian scabies (p=0,000) di Pondok Pesantren Amanatul Ummah Surabaya. Simpulan: Semakin tidak baik personal hygiene yang dimiliki, maka santri cenderung pernah mengalami kejadian scabies.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find find out if there is influence of exercise variation on servis skill of takraw extracurricular studients of SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir . The design of this study uses a group of the research is wearing the approach one group pretest-postest design, with population extracurricular students of SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir 15 people. The sample in this study, using a technique the total sampling are used is a sample of saturated and that’s where all the population as a sample. The instrument used pre-test and post-test with purposing to know the service skill of Takraw ectracurricular student. Process of data used statistic, to know the normality test with lilifors test on significance level α (0,05). Hypothesis was used there is the effect of exercise variation on service skill of takraw extracurricular student of SMPN 1Kubu Rokan Hilir. Based on the statistical data analysis, the data pre-test was 0.217 and post test was 0.167 and Ltabel 0.227 so the data was normal with increasing the score (d) was 2,48. Based on the analysis of T-test get 3,81 and T-table 1,76, it mean T-test > T-table. Hence, there is the effect of exercise variation on service skill of takraw extracurricular students of SMPN 1 Kubu Rokan Hilir.Key Words : Exercise variation, Takraw service skill

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of reduplication in the Najwa Notes program on the Narasi TV television station namely (a) the form of reduplication, and (b) the meaning of reduplication. The object of this research is the reduplication contained in the Najwa Notes on Narasi TV. Data obtained using the note note method. The research instrument is a human instrument with video aids because the TV shows are researched. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The results of the study are as follows. First, the reduplication forms found are (a) full reduplication, divided into two basic words, there are 55 data and invented words, there are 10 data (b) partial reduplication, found 11 data (c) affixed reduplication, found 13 data , and (d) reduplication with phoneme changes. 2 data found 2. Second, the meaning of reduplication found is (a) noun, stating the meaning resembles 3 data found, plural states, 51 data found (b) verb, stating that work is found 5 times over and over again , stating the work is carried out continuously is found as many as 3 data, stating various meanings, as much as 3 data, stating mutually, as much as 5 data, stating the meaning of relaxing actions as much as 2 data (c) adjectives, stating very, as much as 8 data, stating until, as much as 4 data, states at most, as much as 1 data (d) number words, states for the sake of, as much as 1 data, states specificity, as much as 2 data, states collectively, as much as 1 data. The conclusion of this research is that in the Najwa Notes program on TV Narrative TV station there are forms and meanings of reduplication namely full reduplication of both basic and invented words, partial reduplication, reduplication of affixes, reduplication with phoneme changes and there are also meanings according to the basic words namely nouns, verbs, adjectives, and number words.

Abstract

Alstonia scholaris is one of the plant indigenous and able to grow rapidly. In the application of fertilizer should be can improve the yields a plant including Alstonia scholaris. Solutions offered as used fertilizer local, the use of waste as fertilizer need to be improved. One of effective way is to take advantage of waste rubber (leaves) be the fertilizer the form of liquid smoke. The purpose of this research is to determine the growth seedling Alstonia scholaris by administering liquid smoke of litter leaves rubber as fertilizer liquid. This study conducted by the method of the Complete Random Design (CRD) with 4 treatment 3 times repeat with each experiment consist of 10 plants so obtained 120 units plants. The results that the application of liquid smoke influential growth seedling Alstonia scholaris dose is best P2 (3 ml/L water), by showing the result of 100% percent of life seedling, growt of plant height is 16,98 cm and dry weight of plant is 29,97 g.
