<![CDATA[The background of the problem was the lack of social skills of students. The goal of this research was economics, the purpose of this study was to describe the application cooperative learning model type time token economy learning and to determine the effects of cooperative learning model type time token in improving students' social skills. The method used in this research was the Classroom Action Research, which consists of three cycles. Each cycle included planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection technique used observation to assess the affective aspects. Data were analyzed using descriptive by analysis.The results showed an increase in: (1) an increase in students' social skills, the indicator reached the third cycle; (2) the student's social skills of students in the second cycle of the indicator has been reached later in the third cycle of increasing and reached ? 77.42%.Penelitian ini pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi, latar belakang masalahnya adalah rendahnya keterampilan sosial siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran cooperative tipe Time Token dalam pembelajaran Ekonomi dan untuk mengetahui efek dari model pembelajaran Kooperative tipe Time Token dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari tiga siklus. Setiap siklus meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi untuk menilai aspek afektif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada: (1) peningkatan keterampilan sosial siswa, indikator tercapai pada siklus ketiga; (2) keterampilan sosial siswa siswa pada siklus kedua indikatornya sudah tercapai selanjutnya pada siklus ketiga semakin meningkat dan mencapai ? 77.42%Kata kunci: keterampilan sosial, metode pembelajaran time token, model pembelajaran kooperatif]]>
