<![CDATA[This quasi experimental research aimed to find out the influence of cooperative learning of CORE type towards students mathematical concepts. The population of this research was all grade seven students of Junior High School state of 9 Metro in academic year of 2016/2017as amount as 217 students which were distributed into seven classes. The samples of this research were students of VII F and VII G class that were determined by purposive sampling technique. This research used pretest-posttest control group design. Data of this research used t test. The instrument of this research was essay test of mathematical concepts. Based on the research and discussion, it was concluded that cooperative learning of CORE type did not influence towards students mathematical concepts.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CORE terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 9 Metro tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 sebanyak 217 siswa yang ter-distribusi dalam tujuh kelas. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII F dan VII G yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan uji t. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes pemahaman konsep yang berbentuk essay. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran kooperatif tipe CORE berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman konsep matematis siswa.Kata kunci: connecting organizing reflecting extending, pemahaman konsep matematis, pembelajaran matematika.]]>
