Abstract

The aim of research was to determine whether there is anyeffect of ability, learning media and learning activities to learning achievement of Introduction to Management. The method used in this research was causal descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. This study population were 160 students with a sample of 115 students. The results shoned that: (1) There is an effect of the ability on introduction to the management learning achievement, (2) There is an effect of learning media on introduction to the management learning achievement, (3) There is an effect of learning activities to introduction to the management learning achievement, (4) there is an influence of ability, learning media, and learning activities of introduction to the management learning achievement in Economics majoring in social studies education FKIP Unila school year 2014/2015.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah ada Pengaruh kemampuan, media belajar dan aktivitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Pengantar Manajemen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif verifikatif kausal atau sebab akibat dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi penelitian ini 160 mahasiswa dengan jumlah sampel 115 mahasiswa. hasil penelitian menunjukan, (1) Ada pengaruh kemampuan terhadap prestasi belajar penganta rmanejemen, (2) Ada pengaruh media belajar terhadap prestasi belajar pengantar manejemen, (3) Ada pengaruh aktivitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar pengantar manejemen, (4)Adanya pengaruh kemampuan, media belajar, dan aktivitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar pengantar manejemen mahasiswa program studi pendidikan Ekonomi jurusan pendidikan IPS FKIP UnilaTahun pelajaran 2014/2015.Kata kunci: aktivitas, kemampuan, media, prestasi.
