<![CDATA[The goal of this research was to explain the influence of school climate and culture toward students disciplines attitude in SMPN 3 Terbanggi Besar in the school year 2015/2016. The method that used by the researcher in this research was quantitative descriptive. The researcher took 10% sample from 741 total students in SMP Negeri 3 Terbanggi Besar in the school year 2015/2016 and get 74 students as the result. The researcher used questionnaire technique to get the data in this research. The result of the analysis by the researcher showed that there is significance and positive impact between the school climate and students disciplines attitude. It can be conclude if the school climate and culture are good so the students disciplines attitude will be higher in SMPN Negeri 3 Terbanggi Besar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh iklim dan budaya sekolah terhadap sikap disiplin siswa SMP Negeri 3 Terbanggi Besar Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 10% dari 741 jumlah siswa-siswi SMP Negeri 3 Terbanggi Besar Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 dan diperoleh 74 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan angket. Hasil analisis dari pengolahan data penelitian diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara iklim sekolah terhadap sikap disiplin siswa. Hal ini berarti iklim dan budaya sekolah baik maka akan semakin tinggi sikap disiplin siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Terbanggi Besar.Kata kunci : budaya sekolah, iklim sekolah, sikap disiplin.]]>
