<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to describe how far the implementation of the local regulation number 08 year 2000 about street vendor obeyed by the society. The research method that used in this research was descriptive qualitative with the street vendors and the apparatus of control (Police Unit of Civil Service) as the research subject. The data collecting techniques that used in this research were interview, observation and documentation guidelines while the data analysis used the credibility test with extra time and triangulation. The result of this research showed that the implementation of the local regulation number 08 year 2000 about street vendor is lack or has not fully implemented yet by the street vendor and the apparatus of control (Police Unit of Civil Society).Tujuan penelitian ini mendekripsikan sejauh mana Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 08 Tahun 2000 Tentang Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL) di Kecamatan Kemiling Kota Bandar Lampung dipatuhi masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian anggota masyarakat yang berjualan atau berdagang sebagai pedagang kaki lima (PKL), dan aparat penertiban (Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi dan pedoman dokumentasi sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji kredibilitas dengan perpanjangan waktu dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Peraturan Daerah Nomor 08 Tahun 2000 tentang Pedagang Kaki Lima masih kurang atau belum dilaksanakan sepenuhnya oleh Pedagang Kaki Lima dan aparat penertiban (Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja).Kata kunci : pedagang kaki lima, peraturan daerah nomor 08 tahun 2000, satuan polisi pamong praja]]>
