Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine the significant and positive relationship between the competence of a special companion teacher with the learning outcomes, learning infrastructure facilities with learning outcomes, as well as the competence of special mentoring teachers and learning infrastructure facilities towards the learning outcomes. This type of research is ex-postfacto correlation. The population was 51 teachers and the research sample was 31 teachers. Data analysis used is product moment and multiple correlation correlations. Based on the analysis of research data it can be concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between the competence of special companion teachers with the learning outcomes, there is a significant and positive relationship between learning infrastructure and learning outcomes, and a significant relationship between the competencies of special mentoring teachers and learning infrastructure facilities together with the learning outcomes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kompetensi guru pendamping khusus dengan hasil belajar, sarana prasarana pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar, serta kompetensi guru pendamping khusus dan sarana prasarana pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian yaitu ex-postfacto korelasi. Populasi berjumlah 51 guru dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 31 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi product moment dan multiple correlation. Berdasarkan analisis data penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara kompetensi guru pendamping khusus dengan hasil belajar, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara sarana prasarana pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar, dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru pendamping khusus dan sarana prasarana pembelajaran bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar. Kata kunci: kompetensi guru pendamping khusus, sarana prasarana pembelajaran, hasil belajar.
