Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve motivation and learning outcomes of students with the application of playing. Jenis Role of research is classroom action research conducted by 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques using non-test techniques and tests. Data collection tools such as observation sheets and test questions. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the application of the model Role Playing can increase student motivation and learning outcomes civic education.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model role playing. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan sebanyak 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non tes dan tes. Alat pengumpulan data berupa lembar observasi dan soal tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Role Playing dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa PKn.Kata kunci: motivasi, hasil belajar, role playing.
