Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the competence of MIN Sabang teachers in compiling authentic assessment instruments, and to find forms of difficulties faced by teachers in developing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor instruments. This is a qualitative research with descriptive approach method with document study questionnaire, and interview data collectio technique. Documentation data were analyzed in accordance with the rules for preparing questions, and questionnaire was analyzed quantitatively using percentage formula. The interview data were analyzed thematically. Based on the distribution of questionnaire data to 27 MIN Sabang teachers, document study and interview with 6 teachers of the school, the findings shwoed that MIN Sabang teachers had good competence in developing cognitive assessment instruments, but were less competent in developing affective and psychomotor assessment instruments. The perceived difficulties in preparing assessment instruments are in developing indicators of basic competence, determining operational verbs, compiling communicative languages, arranging aspects that are assessed, adjusting between indicators and question instruments/aspects of assessment, and determining options for answers to the question of multiple choices and matching items.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly advanced era now, requires all levels of institutions to always be updated in updating the system in all fields, both from the layers of government, offices, trade, business and even education. Because it is expected to always update the system it is said to be able to compensate for the flow of modernization like the current era. With the existence of various new technologies, it is hoped that all communities will be able to master them so that they can make it easier to carry out any activity. Likewise with education especially the learning system, it is expected that all people who interact with each other in a school institution must be able to utilize and use technology to the fullest so that it can help facilitate interaction between educators and students in delivering a material when learning takes place. And educators and educators can compete fairly in the current era of modernization. That is the initial description that will be explained in this article.

Abstract

The effort to design an accurate and exact instrument is urgent for lecturers to get objective information of students’ achievement. The accuracy of information or data gained related to students’ result of learning influences severely on policy that will be decided. Unfortunately, the accuracy of information expected can not be get easily. This is caused by the less qualified instrument of test used. Related to this case, not all of instrument of test given by lecturer to students are in line with learning indicators constructed. Therefore, it is important to do a research to explore the issue. The research was aimed to know the validity of test items of Fiqh subject–and also the related subject. The result of research was got based on the document analysis–sillaby and Lesson plan/SAP, and final examination sheets of Fiqh I, Fiqh II, Fiqh III, Fiqh Muqarran, Masail Fiqhiyah, Ushul Fiqh II, Ushul Fiqh III as well. They were in academic year 2012–2013 of PAI major. The documents were analysed by using descriptive analysis qualitative technique. The data analysis was done by lecturer who is expert in the field of Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam and assessment. The findings shows that the test items of the subjects were valid based on the aspect of learning material scope, construction, and language/culture. Upaya untuk merancang sebuah instrumen yang akurat dan tepat sangat mendesak bagi dosen untuk mendapatkan informasi yang obyektif seputar prestasi siswa. Keakuratan informasi atau data yang diperoleh terkait dengan hasil belajar sangat berpengaruh pada kebijakan yang akan diputuskan. Sayangnya, keakuratan informasi diharapkan tidak didapat dengan mudah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh penggunaan instrumen yang kurang memenuhi syarat ketika dilakukan tes. Terkait hal ini, tidak semua instrumen tes yang diberikan oleh dosen kepada mahasiswa yang sejalan dengan indikator pembelajaran dibangun. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk dilakukan penelitian untuk mengeksplorasi masalah ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas item tes Fiqh subjek-dan juga subjek yang terkait. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan dokumen analisis-sillaby dan Rencana Pembelajaran / SAP, dan lembar ujian akhir Fiqh I, Fiqh II, III Fiqh, Fiqh Muqarran, Masail fiqhiyah, Ushul Fiqh II, Ushul Fiqh III juga. Dokumen dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan dosen yang ahli di bidang Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam dan penilaian. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa item tes mata pelajaran yang berlaku berdasarkan pada aspek pembelajaran lingkup materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa / budaya. Abstract

In 2012/2013, Prodi PAI implement the Qur'an reading test for students PAI FITK IAIN Ar-Raniry to know the basic capabilities of students in the field of reading the Qur'an. This is done as an effort to anticipate the Ar-Raniry policies that negate the tests in the recruitment of student academic year 2012/2013. From the test results it is known that more than half (52.43%) students of 2012/2013 have not been able to read the Qur'an properly. As a follow up, implemented programs for students recite the workshop. Implementation Workshop Program assesses first batch had expired at the end of July 2013. In order to evaluate the success of this program required an in-depth research that can be developed on the forces in the next year. Based on the above problems, we propose a research question is how the implementation of the Koran workshop prongram PAI Prodi laboratory in improving literacy Qur'an study program students PAI force in 2012? How does an increase in the ability to read the Qur'an study program students PAI forces workshop program 2012/2013 through the Koran? and any constraints faced by instructors and students in the implementation of the workshop program Koran? This research is a field, and in the elaboration using qualitative descriptive analysis. The data and information obtained from the field described qualitatively. Data collection techniques using triangulation technique that combines the results of (1) an interview with the Chairman of PAI Prodi Laboratory, instructors and students of the Koran Workshop (2) the observation of the activity of the instructor in the learning process and (3) study the documentation. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, namely sampling aims. Qualitative data analysis using a model of Miles and Huberman. The results obtained, namely (1). Implemen-tation of the Koran in the Laboratory workshop program Prodi PAI has been going well, so as to improve the ability to read the Qur'an study program students PAI force 2012/2013. (2). Koran workshop program can improve the ability to read the Qur'an students Prodi PAI force 2012/2013. All workshop student progress / improvement in reading the Qur'an. The ability varies according to the state of basic capabilities and motivation of students in reading the Qur'an. (3). Implementation workshop program Koran does not escape from the constraints. Constraints faced by the instructor is in terms of time, student indiscipline, lack of motivation, and feelings of shame with friends because it is less able to read the Qur'an. As of the students, the obstacles encountered is the lack of basic reading Qur'an, reading frequency and the lack of support from parents or the surrounding environment. Pada tahun 2012/2013, Prodi PAI melaksanakan tes baca Al-Qur'an bagi mahasiswa PAI FITK IAIN Ar-Raniry untuk mengetahui kemampuan dasar mahasiswa dalam bidang baca Al-Qur'an. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya antisipasi terhadap kebijakan stakeholder IAIN Ar-Raniry yang meniadakan tes dalam rekruitmen mahasiswa tahun akademik 2012/2013. Dari hasil tes diketahui bahwa lebih setengah (52.43%) mahasiswa angkatan 2012/2013 belum mampu membaca Al-Qur'an dengan baik dan benar. Sebagai tindak lanjut, dilaksanakan Program Bengkel Mengaji bagi mahasiswa tersebut. Pelaksanaan Program Bengkel Mengaji angkatan I telah berakhir pada akhir Juli 2013. Untuk mengevaluasi keberhasilan pelaksanaan program ini diperlukan suatu penelitian yang mendalam sehingga dapat dikembangkan pada angkatan-angkatan di tahun selanjutnya. Berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, peneliti merumuskan pertanyaan penelitian yaitu bagaimana pelaksanaan prongram bengkel mengaji laboratorium Prodi PAI dalam meningkatkan kemampuan baca Al-Qur’an mahasiswa prodi PAI angkatan 2012? Bagaimanakah peningkatan kemampuan baca Al-Qur’an mahasiswa prodi PAI angkatan 2012/2013 melalui program bengkel mengaji? dan kendala apa saja yang dihadapi instruktur dan mahasiswa dalam pelaksanaan program bengkel mengaji? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, dan dalam penjabarannya menggunakan Analisis Deskriptif Kualitatif. Data dan informasi yang diperoleh dari lapangan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi yaitu memadukan hasil (1) wawancara dengan Ketua Laboratorium Prodi PAI, instruktur dan mahasiswa Program Bengkel Mengaji (2) hasil observasi aktivitas instruktur dalam proses pembelajaran dan (3) studi dokumentasi. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel bertujuan. Analisis data kualitatif menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu (1). Pelaksanaan program bengkel mengaji di Laboratorium Prodi PAI telah berjalan dengan baik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan baca Al-Qur'an mahasiswa prodi PAI angkatan 2012/2013. (2). Program bengkel mengaji dapat meningkatkan kemampuan baca Al-Qur'an mahasiswa Prodi PAI angkatan 2012/2013. Semua mahasiswa bengkel mengalami kemajuan/ pe-ningkatan dalam membaca al-Qur'an. Kemampuan tersebut bervariasi sesuai dengan keadaan kemampuan dasar mahasiswa dan motivasinya dalam membaca al-Qur'an. (3). Pelaksanaan program bengkel mengaji tidak luput dari kendala-kendala. Kendala yang dihadapi instruktur adalah dari segi waktu, ketidakdisiplinan mahasiswa, motivasi yang kurang, serta perasaan malu dengan teman-teman karena kurang bisa membaca Al-Qur’an. Adapun dari sisi maha-siswa, kendala yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya dasar mem-baca Al-Qur'an, kurangnya frekuensi bacaan dan dukungan dari orang tua ataupun lingkungan sekitar. Abstract

Composing questions based on HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) is one of the competencies that must be possessed by teachers in the 21st century, especially teachers who have been trained in the Professional Teacher Program (PPG Daljab). This paper aims to measure the competence of Islamic Education (PAI) teachers who were in in-service training program (PPG Daljab 2021) in designing HOTS-based multiple choice questions. This is a descriptive quantitative research. The data was collected by analyzing multiple choice questions made by PAI PPG teachers. The questions were analyzed using the percentage formula. The subject of this research was the teacher of PAI PPG Daljab 2021 at the Islamic University of Ar-Raniry session 2, totaling 12 teachers. The results of the study revealed that the ability of PAI PPG Daljab teachers 2021 in designing HOTS- based questions was in the good category with a score of 58%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the PAI learning procedure in the formation of student character, to determine the PAI learning method in the formation of student character, to determine the constraints of PAI learning in the formation of student character. . The subjects of this study were PAI teachers, totaling one person. The results that researchers got in the field, in the learning procedure there are three stages, namely preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities of the three stages, the teacher has integrated character values to students. The methods used by PAI teachers in learning are the lecture method and the question and answer method, from these methods the PAI teacher has integrated character values to students. In character building, following PAI learning procedures in general, namely initial activities, core activities and closing activities, but in these activities to integrate character values it tends to be more in core activities, where from core activities the teacher spends more time explaining the material. subject matter so that what happens is that the teacher integrates or embeds these values in core activities. The method used by the teacher in instilling character values is the right method where from the lecture method the teacher can provide character values and provide advice to students. Likewise with the question and answer method, from teacher questions and student questions, character values can be inserted to students according to the suitability of the material and these values. Teachers have obstacles in the formation of students' morals, both internally centered on the teacher himself, such as the difficulty of giving understanding to students in the subject matter because students do not focus on the explanation. then external factors, namely outside the learning process, these obstacles occur in the students' families, the lack of encouragement or motivation of parents towards children's education so that it is difficult for teachers to shape students' character.
