Abstract

Students are the driving force of the financial industry in the capital market. Students are of special concern in the BEI capital market education program. IDX provides facilities by establishing investment galleries in several universities to support socialization and education programs. At present STKIP PGRI Tulungagung founded the Investment Gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (GI BEI). Through the investment gallery, it is expected to be able to attract more new issuers and increase the number of investors in the capital market from among students and the campus environment. This study aims to analyze the effect of investment motivation on interest in investing in the capital market and the effect of investment knowledge on the interest in investing in the capital market in STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Economics Study Program students. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) Data Analysis Technique with three latent variables namely investment motivation, investment knowledge, and investment interest. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is an influence of investment motivation on investment interest. This means that the higher the investment motivation, the more likely it is to increase investment interest with a path coefficient of 0.462 with a T statistics value of 5.170. The test results show that the path coefficient is positive with a value of T statistics> T table (1.64), (2) There is an effect of investment knowledge on investment interest with a path coefficient of 0.456 with a value of T statistics of 4.717. The test results show that the path coefficient is positive with the value T statistics> T table (1.64). The results of the analysis inform the variables that have the greatest path coefficient on investment interest are investment motivation with a path coefficient of 0.462, meaning that investment motivation is the variable that gives the most dominant influence.

Abstract

Kemandirian belajar merupakan salah satu aspek penting guna mencapai keberhasilan belajar. Mengingat peserta didik akan selalu dihadapkan pada situasi dan dinamika kehidupan yang dinamis serta berkembang, terlebih dengan ditunjang oleh perkembangan teknologi dan arus global yang semakin sulit sehingga peserta didik akan semakin didesak kearah kehidupan yang lebih kompetitif. Sehingga masalah kemandirian belajar yang rendah harus segera diatasi agar tidak menjadi kebiasaan buruk dan berdampak negatif bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan keyakinan diri (self efficacy) akademik dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara keyakinan diri (self efficacy) akademik terhadap kemandirian belajar dengan nilai thitung dari X1 terhadap Y senilai thitung (6,004) > ttabel (1,996). (2) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandirian belajar dengan nilai thitung dari X2 terhadap Y senilai thitung (5,218) > ttabel (1,996). (3) ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara keyakinan diri (self efficacy) akademik dan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kemandiran belajar dengan nilai Fhitung (59,073) > Ftabel (3,13).

Abstract

According to the Minister of National Education Regulation No. 16 of 2007 on AcademicQualification and Teacher Competency Standards, as for the various competencies of teachers thatmust be owned by Teachers include: Pedagogic Competency, Personality Competence, SocialCompetence and Professional Competence. Based on an open questionnaire, some of the studentssaid that with the provisions that have been obtained from STKIP PGRI Tulungagung, they areready to work as educators, but some students say that they feel not ready to be an educator forvarious reasons. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of partially or simultaneouslyInternship Program, Teacher Profession Interest, and Locus Of Internal Control Against ReadinessBecoming Student Educator Economics Study Program STKIP PGRI Tulungagung Who TakingThesis Year 2017/2018. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitativeapproach. The analytical technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results ofthe study concluded that: There is a significant influence partially or simultaneously InternshipProgram, Teacher Profession Interest, and Locus Of Internal Control Against Readiness BecomingStudent Educator. Abstract

Laying hens are one of the poultry commodities that have an important role as egg producers to support the availability of affordable and easily available animal protein. Livestock development is also directed at improving the quality of production, increasing income, expanding employment opportunities and providing business opportunities for people in the region. rural. The aims of this study were To determine the effect of feed prices and labor costs on the income of laying hens at Yusuf Farm, Kebonsari Village, Kademangan District, Blitar Regency. This research uses positivistic / quantitative with a descriptive approach. The test uses primary data. The population in the research that will be carried out by this researcher is all workers at Yusuf Farm, with the saturated sampling method. Data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that based on the evaluation results of the measurement model that the variables X1, X2 and Y a total of 10 indicators are declared valid. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the variable price of feed and labor costs have a significant effect on the latent variable of income.

Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to determine the influence of celebrity endorsers andthe brand image on the interest in purchasing Scarlett Whitening products for EconomicEducation students at Bhinneka PGRI University in the Shopee marketplace.Design/Methodology/Approach – The method used in this research is descriptivequantitative with analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS). This study uses primarydata sources derived from questionnaires related to celebrity endorsers, brandimage, and purchase intention. This study determines the target population, namelythe Economic Education students of Bhinneka PGRI University, prospectiveconsumers, and consumers of Scarlett Whitening Products totaling 364 students witha sample of 91 students.Findings – The results showed that (1) Celebrity endorser (X1) has no significanteffect on purchase intention (Y) on Scarlett Whitening products, the P-Values valueis 0.203> 0.05 so that H1 is rejected; (2) Brand image has a positive and significanteffect on purchase intention (Y) on Scarlett Whitening products with a P-Valuesvalue of 0.000 <0.05, so H2 is accepted; (3) Celebrity endorser and brand imagesimultaneously do not affect purchase intention (Y) for Scarlett Whitening products
