Abstract

Klinik  XYZ  merupakan  salah  satu  klinik  yang  menyediakan  pelayanan kesehatan  ibu  dan  anak.  Untuk  meningkatkan  pelayanan  terhadap  pasien  Klinik XYZ  sudah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi yaitu sistem informasi pelayanan pasien. Sistem informasi pelayanan pasien  yang digunakan pada Klinik XYZ  belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran kualitas perangkat lunak, Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengukur kualitas  sistem informasi pelayanan pasien di Klinik XYZ  sesuai ISO 9126.  Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka. Uji validitas dan Reliabilitas menggunakan SPPS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini  menunjukkan  pengukuran  kualitas  sistem  informasi  pelayanan  pasien  yang dilakukan  dengan  standard  ISO  9126  diperoleh  sebagai  berikut:  Variabel fungtionality  sebesar 70%,  Variabel  reliability  sebesar 60,33%,  Variabel usability sebesar  62,57%,  Variabel  efficiency  sebesar  64,66%,  Variabel  maintenability sebesar 58,4% dan  Variabel  portability  sebesar 68%.  Dan melalui persentase uji kelayakan dapat disimpulkan  sistem informasi pelayanan pasien di Klinik X kurang memenuhi  standard  ISO  9126  dengan  persentase   yang  diperoleh  rata-rata  skor aktual sebesar 63,99% atau  kriteria rata-rata “kurang”.Kata  Kunci  :  Sistem  Informasi  Pelayanan  Pasien,  Standard  ISO  9126,  Kualitas Sistem

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between the variables determining the success of information systems proposed by DeLone and McLean on the information system of DAPODIKDAS. Data collection technique used was questionnaire. Hypothesis testing used was with simple regression analysis technique. The biggest variable relation was the relationship between Service Quality variables and Intention to Use, while the biggest variable influence was the influence of Service Quality variables on Intention to Use. The smallest variable relationship was the relationship between intention to use variables against Net Benefit, while the smallest variable influence was the influence of Intention to Use variables against Net Benefit.

Abstract

Abstract. Applying Fisher Yates Shuffle Algorithm on The Web-Based TOEFL Preparation Application. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) in Indonesia has been using paper all this time so the questions given to participants are still the same. Therefore, an application for randomizing the TOEFL questions is needed. The algorithm for randomizing the questions used is the Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm, which is an algorithm to generate random permutations from a finite set. The purpose of this research is to make an application of the Fisher Yates Shuffle algorithm in the web based TOEFL Preparation application in Britania Purwokerto. Britania Purwokerto is an English language course in Banyumas. The method used to develop the application is the Extreme Programming (XP) method. After testing using the black box testing method, it is concluded that the fisher yates shuffle algorithm can be applied in the web based TOEFL Preparation application for the online TOEFL test in Britania Purwokerto.Keywords: Course Institution, TOEFL, Fisher Yates Shuffle, Extreme Programming.Abstrak. Ujian TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) di Indonesia selama ini masih menggunakan paper sehingga soal yang diberikan kepada peserta tetap sama. Oleh karena itu diperlukan aplikasi untuk mengacak soal ujian TOEFL. Algoritma pengacakan soal pada aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu algoritma Fisher Yates Shuffle, yang merupakan sebuah algoritma untuk menghasilkan permutasi acak dari suatu himpunan terhingga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat aplikasi penerapan algoritma Fisher Yates Shuffle pada aplikasi TOEFL berbasis web untuk Britania Purwokerto. Britania Purwokerto merupakan lembaga kursus bahasa Inggris yang berada di Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi adalah metode Extreme Programming (XP). Setelah dilakukan pengujian mengunakan metode black box testing disimpulkan bahwa algoritma Fisher Yates Shuffle dapat diterapkan pada aplikasi TOEFL Preparation berbasis web untuk ujian online di Britania Purwokerto. Kata Kunci: Lembaga Kursus, TOEFL, Fisher Yates Shuffle, Extreme Programming (XP).

Abstract

Bank XYZ is one of the banks that has developed the use of mobile banking. Along with the development of the use of mobile banking, many competing banks are improving their services and innovating mobile banking features, so that they can become a threat. Bank XYZ must improve competitiveness against competing banks by identifying problems using the SWOT analysis method, then mapping the priority problems using the Eisenhower Matrix method to determine the feature development that can be done so that Bank XYZ can provide better and optimal banking services. From the SWOT and Eisenhower Matrix analysis that has been carried out, recommendations for the development of XYZ Bank mobile banking features are developed, namely the development of promo features equipped with promo categories, authentication of the registration flow to be more organized, and the addition of budget features that regulate customer finances in knowing and managing budget every month.

Abstract

Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a business model with nine blocks that are used to plan a business model into a strong business strategy to be able to compete in the market. This research was conducted to plan a business model for the start-up "FEME.ID" using the Business Model Canvas method. "FEME.ID" was formed based on the problems that exist in society today, such as the stunting rate in Indonesia still reaching 24.4 percent, based on a survey conducted in July and August 2021 in 11 countries and attended by 5,496 respondents aged over 18 years. . 63% of consumers in Indonesia say that their current physical health is less than ideal, so there is a need for a platform that can be used to conduct nutrition consultations at a cost that is affordable for all. The method used in this research is descriptive method and qualitative method and primary data collection using a questionnaire. This research resulted in the planning of nine business model blocks on the start-up "FEME.ID" with the Business Model Canvas method. These nine BMC blocks form a complete business model and can be used as a business strategy to be competitive.

Abstract

The online registration system is a technology-based registration system where a person registers himself independently to get a service. Based on a preliminary study that was conducted with the IT team of Muhammadiyah General Hospital Siti Aminah Bumiayu, it is known that there has never been a written statement that the online registration system used has ever been evaluated related to usability since the system was first used. The purpose of this study was to find out the evaluation results of the online registration system at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu General Hospital. In the evaluation process it is carried out by involving user interface experts, who have a role in helping and assessing how the system can have a good design that is in accordance with the heuristic evaluation rules. The results of this study found 47 problems from the three evaluators. If these problems are combined, the three evaluators who participated in the heuristic evaluation found 31 problem findings in total

Abstract

An investment is a binding in a sum of money or other assets that is being made at this time with the hope of obtaining a profit in the future. The banking sector is a financial sector that can be used as an investment option. The most expected profit when someone makes an investment is the acquisition of dividends. Before making an investment, it is important for investors to carry out an analysis of dividend data distributed by bank companies so that investors can find out the picture of the profits they get. In this research, an exploratory analysis and visualization of dividend data were taken from the official dividend record platform which aims to provide bank recommendations that can be used as a place to invest and get maximum profits for investors. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method, 7 bank samples were obtained in this study. The data processing method is carried out using Python tools and visualization using Tableau Desktop. The results obtained from the analysis in this study are recommendations for banks as a place to invest, namely PT. Bank Asia Central Tbk., and PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di masa ini sangatlah pesat. Teknologi informasi saat ini memiliki banyak inovasi yang dapat mempermudah dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan atau kegiatan. Salah satu contoh inovasi teknologi informasi tersebut diterapkan dalam donasi dan penggalangan dana. Tangan Baik merupakan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis website yang memiliki tujuan untuk mempermudah para donatur dalam melakukan donasi dan galang dana dengan mudah dan cepat. Antarmuka pengguna dibuat untuk membuat teknologi informasi lebih mudah digunakan oleh pengguna. Desain antarmuka pengguna yang baik dan pengalaman pengguna yang luar biasa di suatu situs website akan membuat pengunjung tetap berada di situs website tersebut. Sebaliknya,jika sebuah situs website memiliki desain antarmuka atau pengalaman pengguna yang buruk, pengguna akan merasa tidak nyaman dan meninggalkan situs website tersebut. Dalam perancangan UI/UX website Tangan Baik,pembuatan desain prototype antarmuka menggunakan aplikasi Figma. Metode yang digunakan untuk desain UI/UX situs website Tangan Baik menggunkaan metode Desaign Tingking yang memiliki 5 fase yaitu Empathize,Define,Ideate,Prototype dan Testing. Penelitian ini menampilkan hasil perancangan desain interface atau antarmuka website Tangan Baik yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna,sehingga nantinya website Tangan Baik ini dapat lebih dikembangkan dan para pengguna lebih mudah mengerti dan memahami dalam penggunaan website ini.
