Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of competence and compensation on motivation to work abroad by taking cases in the progressing CPMI at UPT BP2MI Serang through the Private To Private Placement Scheme, the type of research is explanatory using data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique used a probability sampling technique with a total of 86 respondents from 110 populations who were Candidates for Indonesian Migrant Workers (CPMI) who carried out the placement process at UPT BP2MI Serang. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the CPMI Competence and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to work for CPMIs who are processing at UPT BP2MI Serang through the Privat To Privat / P To P placement scheme.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of communication and coordination on the performance of employees in the fire department at the Serang City Satpol PP Service partially and simultaneously, with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, the sample amounted to 74 people who were employees of the Fire Department of the Serang City Satpol PP Office. The descriptive analysis results showed that the respondents classified the communication, coordination and performance as very good because they were in the interval 4.20 – 5.00. By partial test the communication variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and the coordination variable has a significant and significant effect on employee performance in the Fire Department of the Satpol PP Serang City Office. In a joint test (simultaneous) communication and coordination have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Fire Department of the Serang City Police Satpol PP employees. The percentage contribution of the influence of communication and coordination variables on employee performance variables is 43.4%, while the remaining 56.6% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study,

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance at the Federal International Finance (FIF) Cikande Branch, Serang Regency, using data collection techniques through questionnaires, the sample being 52 people who were employees of the Federal International Finance (FIF) Cikande Branch, Serang Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method, statistical analysis method consisting of partial significance testing (t-test) and F-test, as well as testing the coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis, it shows that motivation and employee performance are good because there are intervals (3.41-4.20), while work compensation is very good because there are intervals (4.20-5.00). In partial test, there is an influence between brand image and price on consumer loyalty. From the results of the F test, the value of Fcount (62.490) > Ftable (3.183), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a joint positive and significant influence between work motivation and compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Federal International Finance (FIF) Cikande Branch. From the multiple correlation value of 0.848 which indicates a very strong relationship between work motivation and compensation on employee performance. The coefficient of determination value of 0.718 indicates the level of contribution of brand image and price variables to loyalty of 71.8%, while the remaining 28.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model equation
