Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk pendampingan pelatihan dan praktik pelatihan pengelolaan Sampah menjadi produktif dan bernilai ekonomi dengan Bank Sampah Digital. Dalam pelatihan dan praktik peserta diberikan pengetahuaan pengelolaan sampah yaitu dengan konsep tiga tahap, pengumpulan, penimbangan dan pencatatan.  Tahap pertama para peserta dapat mengumpulkan dan memilah sampah seperti kardus, botol plastik, gelas plastik, aki motor dan aki mobil bekas dan lain-lainya dimasukan ke dalam karung yang telah diberikan. Tahap selanjutnya yaitu penimbangan, setelah terkumpul akan dilakukan penimbangan oleh tim Bank Sampah Digital sesuai jadwal yang ditentukan. tahap selanjutnya yaitu pencatatan, di tahap ini para mendapatkan hasil dari penimbangan tersebut yang dicatat di buku tabungan sesuai hasil penimbangan. hasil kegiatan ini menghasilkan 3 titik baru Bank Sampah Digital atau cabang diantaranya yaitu Bank Sampah Digital Wijaya 1, Bank Sampah Digital Wijaya 2 dan Bank Sampah Digital Wijaya 3.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of competence and compensation on motivation to work abroad by taking cases in the progressing CPMI at UPT BP2MI Serang through the Private To Private Placement Scheme, the type of research is explanatory using data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique used a probability sampling technique with a total of 86 respondents from 110 populations who were Candidates for Indonesian Migrant Workers (CPMI) who carried out the placement process at UPT BP2MI Serang. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis. The conclusion of this study is that the CPMI Competence and Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the motivation to work for CPMIs who are processing at UPT BP2MI Serang through the Privat To Privat / P To P placement scheme.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cash flow and liquidity in PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, also to determine how much incluence the cash flow liquidity PT. Mayora Indah tbk. The method used is descriptive method associative then prossesed and analyzed to infer. From the test results it can be seen that there is a strong relationship between the liquidity of cash flows because those cash flows are able to explain the changes in the liquidity of 77,8% and the remaining 22,2% influenced by other factors in addition to cash flow.The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is the cash flow and liquidity in PT. Mayora Indah Tbk, for four years of fluctuations. The suggestion that the author gave the compay should be able to manage the current assets of the company are better. Thus the company is always in liquid state so the state of company’s liquidity levels will be in a safe position.

Abstract

Since the beginning of 2020, the world is being hit by the Coronavirus (Covid 19) pandemic. The Government of Indonesia created and endorsed a policy to break the chain of spread of Covid 19 by imposing a large-scale social restriction (PSBB) policy. The PSBB policy further restricts the movement and activities of the community that slows economic activity. In fact, before the Covid 19 pandemic, tempeh chips products produced by The Delicious Sari home industry in the process of growing. This condition will certainly make the development of the home industry Nikmat Sari located in The District Kramatwatu Serang Banten Province becomes hampered even has a tendency to soon experience a gradual bankruptcy phase. This should begin to be observed and handled more seriously by the home industry Nikmat Sari if it wants to be able to survive and compete in the business world today by redesigning its marketing strategy. Therefore, the home industry of Nikmat Sari should start as soon as possible to vaccinate internal factors and external factors that they have in order to design an effective marketing strategy in attracting consumers' buying interest in tempeh chips products Nikmat Sari. One analysis that can be used to design marketing strategies using SWOT analysis

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the Debt To Equity Ratio and Current Ratio affect the Return On Assets in pharmaceutical sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2015 to 2019. Purposive sampling was used to determine the sample size in this study. Verificative and descriptive approaches were used in this study. Quantitative data analysis was used in this study. Based on the results of the partial test, it shows that the Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant negative effect on Return On Assets, and the Current Ratio has a significant positive effect on Return On Assets in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. Simultaneously, the Debt To Equity Ratio and Current Ratio have a significant positive effect on Profitability (ROA) in Pharmaceutical Sub-Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The percentage contribution of the influence of Debt To Equity Ratio and Current Ratio to Return On Assets is 25%, while the remaining 75% can be explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This activity aims to help solve the problems faced by the Malingping Fishball MSME group. During pandemics, the number of sales decreased. This is a problem that must be solved. Troubleshooting is done through the interview method for the fishball MSME group. Next, the team determined the solutions and things needed by the fish ball MSME group. The method of implementing the activities is carried out using a community development model approach, which is provided in the form of training and assistance related to marketing techniques, namely in the form of digital marketing according to the needs of the fish ball MSME group. This activity is expected to help fishball SMEs expand their marketing network. The results show that this empowerment activity can be well received and the participants are considered ready to adapt to digitalization. Even so, there is an evaluation that the development of this program must be carried out on an ongoing basis because there are still some participants who need further direction and guidance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership styles and the work environment on employee performance at UPI Serang Campus. The research approach used is a mix method. The research population is an employee of education personnel at the University of Education Indonesia Kampus Serang, while the sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling using as many as 31 respondents. The method used is quantitative research. The data analysis methods used are decryptive statistical analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroskedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that: (1) leadership styles did not have a significant influence on employee performance. (2) The work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. (3) Leadership style and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination showed that the contribution of the influence of leadership style and the work environment on employee performance was 76.50%, while the remaining 22.50%, was a contribution from other variables (£) that were not examined in this study

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam bentuk pendampingan pembuatan Laporan Keuangan Sederhana Kelompok Budidaya Jamur Tiram Al Barokah Kabupaten Serang. Laporan Keuangan, yaitu catatan formal tentang keuangan suatu perusahaan, yaitu laporan tertulis yang mengukur kekuatan keuangan, kinerja, dan likuiditas perusahaan. Selain itu, laporan keuangan juga mencerminkan dampak keuangan terhadap transaksi bisnis. Dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan tersebut, para anggota Kelompok Budidaya Jamur Tiram Al Barokah dapat membuat buku kas utama yang merupakan gabungan catatan pendapatan dan pengeluaran, dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui lebih detail besarnya kerugian atau keuntungan. Pelatihan yang diberikan kepada anggota Kelompok Budidaya Jamur Tiram Al Barokah merupakan langkah tepat untuk memotivasi selera bisnis masyarakat Kata kunci: Laporan Keuangan Sederhana, Jamur Tiram

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of receivables turnover and working capital turnover on liquidity partially and simultaneously in PT. Chandra Asri Petrochemical, Tbk. period 2010-2019. Where are the financial statements of PT. Chandra Asri Petrochemical, Tbk. which has been published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is a population as well as a sample with a research period. The sample technique used is non probability sampling. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis with a quantitative approach. The results showed that the turnover of receivables and the turnover of working capital had no effect and were significant on liquidity partially, while simultaneously the turnover of receivables and the turnover of working capital had a positive and significant effect on liquidity. The results of the coefficient of determination show that the contribution of the effect of receivables turnover and working capital turnover on liquidity is 60.9%.

Abstract

Community service in the form of training on Marketing Management Through Social Media at MSMEs of the Al Barokah Oyster Mushroom Cultivation Group in Serang Regency. The implementation of the training given to members of the Al Barokah Oyster Mushroom Cultivation Group is the right step to motivate people's business appetite. As a result of marketing management training through social media, the Oyster Mushroom Cultivation group has been able to create accounts on social media such as Facebook and Instagram, and they have been able to post and promote Oyster Mushroom products through social media and they have been able to improve the quality of their packaging.
