<![CDATA[The distribution of health facilities needs to be known because it can be seen the reach of health services in an area. This study aims to identify the distribution of health services carried out by the Kendari Class II Port Health Office from the perspective of spatial analysis. The method used is the buffer method in geographic information systems. The results of the study are the distribution of health services carried out by KKP Class II Kendari, especially the Kendari Work Area I in the Kendari region, Konawe Regency, North Konawe Regency and South Konawe Regency. There are still two ports that have not been provided with health services, namely Tinobu Port (North Konawe Regency) and Lainea Port (South Konawe Regency).Keywords: Health Services, Spatial, DistributionPersebaran sarana kesehatan perlu untuk diketahui karena akan terlihat pada jangkauan layanan kesehatan pada suatu daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi persebaran pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan Kelas II Kendari dari perspektif analisa spasial. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode buffer pada system informasi geografi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa persebaran pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan oleh KKP Kelas II Kendari khususnya Wilayah Kerja I Kendari ada di wilayah Kendari, Kabupaten Konawe, Kabupaten Konawe Utara dan Kabupaten Konawe Selatan.
