Abstract

This research was aims to analyze the feasibility of paddy varieties Meraoke, Dyah Suci andCiliwung in paddy fields by using the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C ratio) in the district of Merauke. Theresearch was conducted in Marga Mulya village Semangga District starts from September 2012 toJanuary 2013. The type of data in this research is the primary and secondary data. Data analysisperformed in this study is an analysis of the feasibility of farming by using the Revenue Cost Ratio(R/C ratio). Results of the analysis of the feasibility of using a proportion of farm receipts and cost(R/C ratio) with more than 1,5 criteria. Meraoke rice varieties with a variety of inorganic treatmentwith treatment eligibility level or value of the R/C ratio of 1.55 which is lower if compared with therice varieties of organic semi Meraoke treatment value of R/C ratio of 2.06 and the Dyah Sucitreatment of rice varieties inorganic value of R/C ratio obtained at 2.70 and varieties of organic semicommission of the Dyah Suci R/C ratio of 2.37 obtained rice varieties and inorganic treatmentCiliwung R/C ratio of 3.45 and obtained treatment Ciliwung organic semi R/C ratio obtained by 2.14.

Abstract

Merauke has a large potential for agricultural land with a type of agriculture that can be developed, namely a wetland farming system that is very suitable for paddy production. The objectives of this study are: a) to know the patterns of paddy farming, b) analyze the level of production from land tenure patterns, and c) analyze the level of economic efficiency of paddy farming in the pattern of paddy farmland ownership in Marga Mulya village, Semangga District, Merauke Regency. The study used 60 respondents as a source of data and information on primary research data. Data analysis method used to answer the research objectives is farming analysis and R/C ratio. The results of the study concluded that there are two patterns of rice farming land ownership, namely the pattern of ownership of private land and leased land. The two patterns of land ownership show that the pattern of ownership of private land has a higher production compared to the pattern of ownership of rent versus 2,785.71 kg/ha/season and 2,313 kg/ha/season with an efficiency level of 2.57% and 2.51%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much the factors of education, capital, and dependents influence the role of mothers in improving the family economy in Wamanggu Market and analyze the dominant factors that influence the role of mothers in improving the family economy in Wamanggu Market. This research was conducted at the Wamanggu Merauke Market, for four (4) months, namely from August to December 2018. The population in this study were all vegetable sellers in the Wamanggu Merauke Market. The sampling technique was random sampling with 173 samples and a total population of 63 sellers, while data analysis was carried out with quantitative descriptive analysis method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression analysis show that the magnitude of the effect of education on income (Y): based on education (X1) affects income (Y) insignificantly by 0.044 or 4.4%, based on capital (X2) affects income (Y) significantly by 0.919 or 91.9%, based on dependents (X3) affect income (Y) not significantly by 0.005 or 5%. The dominant factor that influences the decision of mothers in improving the family economy is the capital factor (X2) which is equal to 0.919 or 91.9%. Abstract

The purpose of this study is how much profit rate from the business of roasted and boiled sweet corn and whether the business of roasted and boiled sweet corn is feasible. This research was conducted in Marga Mulya Village, Semangga District, Merauke Regency. Samples of 10 businesses of sweet and roasted sweet corn industry. Data analysis uses cost analysis, revenue, revenue, profitability and business feasibility. The results show a profit level of Rp.5,241,279 / month, so that the roasted and boiled sweet corn business is profitable. Analysis of the R / C feasibility level of 1,360, NPV (Net Present Value) has a value greater than zero, which is Rp. 190,832,954.2 and the Net B / C value ratio (Benefit Cost Ratio) obtained is equal to (1.52) years, so that the business of roasted sweet corn and stew is feasible to be undertaken. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors consumer behaviour towards the purchase of chicken meat cut into traditional and modern markets on the market on the level of consumer households are there in the District of Merauke. This research was carried out in the District of Merauke for three (3) months, i.e. from April 2015 until June 2015. The basic method used in this research is descriptive method. Site selection research was done deliberately i.e. in the District of Merauke. Location of study housed in 8 subdistricts in Merauke District. The number of samples in this research is the 44 respondents. The type of the data being used is the primary data and secondary data obtained through the techniques of observation, and interviews. The analysis used was chi square analysis. The results showed that of the 44 respondents that influence consumer behavior in purchasing chicken pieces on traditional markets and modern market on the level of consumer households which is that decisions in the purchase of chicken pieces (Y) based on the type of work (X1) 0.035 is, income level (X1) is of the number of dependents, 0.128 family (X3) is based on the type, and 0757 jobs (X1) is of 0.001. And from the results of data processing carned showing that the decision in buying of chicken influential positive and significant is variable income (X2) was in 0,128 and variable namber of dependents (X3) was in 0,757.

Abstract

The purpose of determine how much the costs incurred, sago traders, how much profit the sago traders get, how the business feasibility of sago traders is. at Wamanggu Market and Mopah Brau Market in Merauke District, Merauke Regency. location determination is done intentionally. The population in this study were all sago traders in Wamanggu Market and Mopah Baru Market as many as 32 respondents. The sample determination in this study was by census. The data used were primary data which included observation and interviews. While secondary data were journals and literature. The data analysis technique uses the income formula and R/C Ratio. The results of this study were the income of sago traders in Wamanggu Market and Mopah Baru Market was Rp.464,252 the profit obtained was Rp.1,807,002 with an R/C Ratio of 1.95 den of 1.93. This means that the business of sago traders in Wamanggu Market and the New Mopah Market in the Merauke District, Merauke Regency, which is worth trying.
