Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the production of broiler breeders. Where the research was conducted purposively in Merauke District. The population was 34 breeders and the sample selection was done by purposive sampling as many as 13 breeders. Data analysis was used with multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the R square was 98.2%, meaning that 98.2% of the factors affecting the production of broiler egg breeders in Merauke District could be explained by variables consisting of the number of seeds, the amount of feed, the number of workers. Simultaneously, the F test is 0,000. This means that the significant value is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05), which means that the variable number of seeds, the amount of feed, the number of workers simultaneously or simultaneously affects the production of chicken egg breeders. Partially in the t test, only the number of seeds has an effect on the production of broilers, while the amount of feed and labor has no effect on production. Abstract

An increasing the volume of organic waste forming the residual impacts that can be polluted the environment. An Integrative management is needed to increase the value of organic waste and its use for several sectors such as agriculture and animal husbandry. The use of Hermetia illucens (Black Soldier Fly) larvae is an alternative for integrated waste management that can increase the value of waste processed into compost. Meanwhile, Black Soldier Fly larvae which are waste degradating agents, have the potential of high protein feed. This study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of some types of organic waste degradation using BSF larvae. The experiment was carried out using a completely randomized design with three treatments in the form of different types of organic waste. The process of waste degradation is done by placing BSF larvae taken from one broodstock. Data analysis was performed by one-way ANOVA. The results show the effectiveness of waste degradation highest value obtained on the type of rotten vegetable with 71,7 gram of media weight at the end of proccess.

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian tentang Penggunaan Metode Eksperimen pada Pem6elajaran Materi sistim reproduksi vegetative buatan pada tumbuhan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar pesertadidik . .             . . Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan metode pembelajaran eksperimen pada materi sistim reproduksi vegetative buatan pada tumbuhan. Subyek Penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa semester 1 tahun ajaran 2019/2020 Jurusan Peternakan Universitas Musamus dengan jumlah pesertadidik sebanyak 33 pesertadidik Rentang nilai lulusan menurut Jurusan Peternakan Universitas Musamus adalah sebagai berikut 80 – 100 = A, 70-79 = B, 60-69 = C. 50-59 = D. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan terhadap Jumlah persentase ketuntasan belajar pesertadidik yaitu dari 45% meningkat menjadi 85% dan jumlah presentase pesertadidik yang tidak tuntas berkurang dari 55% menjadi 15%. Nilai rata-rata pesertadidik juga mengalami peningkatan dari 48,40 meningkat menjadi 72,5. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa metode pembelajaran eksperimen efektif digunakan terhadap hasil belajar biologi khususnya pada materi sistim reproduksi vegetative buatan pada tumbuhan mahasiswa smster satu jurusan peternakan universitas musamus. Kata-kata kunci: Metode, Eksperimen, Biologi.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) inventarisasi tumbuhan local disekitar kabupatenMerauke 2) memanfaatkan tumbuhan local sebagai sumber belajar biologi. Metode Penelitian deskripsikualitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis penelitian sebelumnya tentang Tumbuhan Lokal asal KabupatenMerauke. Kajian yang digunakkan adalah sumber-sumber referensi terpercaya, yang dapat dilacak sumbernyapada google scholar index, untuk pengidentifikasian literatur akademik yang relevan. Setelah itu dilakukananalisis potensi tanaman local sebagai sumber belajar. Hasil menunjukkan tanaman lokal memiliki potensibesar untuk dikembangkan karena berpotensi sebagai sumber belajar literasi bagi siswa

Abstract

In general, in making pempek using sea fish, in this case, belida fish (Notopterus chitala) is ground and added with sago and other spices. Currently the consumption of pempek in South Sumatra is increasing because this food can be consumed at any time of the morning, afternoon, evening, without knowing the time so it is not difficult to get this food because it is available everywhere (street vendors and restaurants). The increasing consumption of pempek in South Sumatra has resulted in belida fish being very difficult to obtain, the effect of the difficulty of finding and obtaining belida fish has an effect on the selling price of belida fish which is very expensive in the market. There needs to be a variation in the use of pempek as a base ingredient. Therefore, this research was conducted. The method used in this study is by means of experimentation by conducting direct experiments on the use of different basic ingredients to the quality of pempek on texture, color, taste, aroma. The parameters used in this study were the organoleptic level test which gave a value of 1-5 for quality (shape, color, aroma, texture, and taste acceptability) which was carried out by 25 untrained panelists by giving a questionnaire containing the organoleptic test format ( cascade test). The organoleptic test results show that the pempek color that the panelists like is from the snakehead fish pempek, the pempek aroma that the panelists like the most is the aroma of the chicken pempek because it is not fishy, ​​the pempek taste that panlenis likes is chicken pempek, the highest value of acceptance or preference is found in chicken pempek.
