<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh yang signifikan antara : (1) Tingkat pendidikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di Media Offset Cemani Sukoharjo; (2) Motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di Media Offset Cemani Sukoharjo; dan (3) Tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan di Media Offset Cemani Sukoharjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan analisis kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Media Offset Cemani Sukoharjo. Jumlah subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier ganda dengan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji r dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada perusahaan percetakan Media Offset di Cemani Sukoharjo. Kata Kunci: Tingkat pendidikan, motivasi kerja, prestasi kerja. ABSTRACT The Effect of Education Level and Work Motivation on the Employees? Performance of Media Offset Cemani Sukoharjo. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant effect between: (1) The level of education of the employees' performance in the Media Offset Cemani Sukoharjo, (2) work motivation on employee performance in Media Offset Cemani Sukoharjo, and (3) level of education and work motivation on employee performance in Media Offset Cemani Sukoharjo. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis. The population in this study were all employees of Media Offset Cemani Sukoharjo. Number of subjects in this study were 36 people. Data collection techniques used were the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypothesis used was rtest, and F test. Based on the results of this study concluded that: level of education and work motivation variables jointly have a significant influence on employee performance in the Media Offset printing company in Cemani Sukoharjo.
