Abstract

Abstract  In planning a new airport or developing an airport to an internasional airport, minimum requrements both land condition and technical requirements such as length of runway and the others, need to be met. The requirements are related each other to fulfil the feasibility of an international airport. The factors that throughly crucial in the planning of runway length are, among others, temperature, elevation, runway gradient, surface wind, And runway surface. The standard calculation used to determine length of runway iS called ARFL (Aeroplane Reference Field Length) the length of runway needed by an aircraft in line with its capacity according to the calculation of the manufacturer of te aircraft. Every ARFL has correction factors such as Fe (‘Correction jör Elevation), Ft (Correction for Temperature) , and Fg (Correction for Gradient). However, the factors that influence the length of runway are only estimation.  Key words: runway length, runway gradient, runway surface.

Abstract

Tingginya nilai produktifitas tenaga kerja pada suatu proyek konstruksi dapat dilihat salah satunya darisingkatnya waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan suatu kegiatan. Perhitungan waktu yangdibutuhkan dalam menyelesaikan suatu kegiatan dapat diperhitungkan dengan dasar metode kerja yangdigunakan. Dengan membandingkan macam-macam metode kerja yang digunakan dalam suatu kegiatankonstruksi, bisa diketahui metode mana yang memerlukan waktu pelaksanaan kegiatan yang paling cepat.Pada kegiatan-kegiatan suatu proyek konstruksi, singkatnya waktu kegiatan sangat diperlukan. Salah satukegiatan pada proyek konstruksi adalah kegiatan pemasangan keramik yang dilakukan oleh tukang batu.Dengan membandingkan metode kerja tukang batu pada pekerjaan pemasangan keramik, akan diperolehwaktu kegiatan yang tercepat.Langkah yang diambil dalam penelitian tentang tukang batu pada pekerjaan pemasangan keramik adalahmelakukan studi literatur. Sedangkan pada studi lapangan dilakukan perekaman pada beberapa tukangbatu pada pekerjaan pemasangan keramik. Hasil rekaman masing-masing diamati sehingga diperolehrangkaian- rangakaian kegiatan dalam kegiatan pemasangan keramik.Dari hasil pengamatan dari sample diperoleh 4 (empat) metode kerja yang digunakan tukang batu padapekerjaan pemasangan keramik. Secara keseluruhan waktu kegiatan yang dibutuhkan tidak bisa dilihathanya dari waktu total satu individu, melainkan dengan melihat waktu rata-rata yang dibutuhkan untuksetiap kegiatan dalam suatu rangkaian kegiatan.Kata Kunci : Waktu Kegiatan, Metode Kerja, Tukang Batu, Pemasangan Keramik

Abstract

Abstrack To deal with the competition among the construction entrepreneurs and stay exist in construction business improvements are needed. One improvement that can be done is in the ability to increase the productivity of labor that work on the construction projects. Increasing labor productivity that work on a construction project can be done through improvement of work methods used by those workers.One of work methods improvement that can be done is  by evaluating the working methods of a job in construction projects. In the present study the job is the work of ceramics tile installation.This study used Nonparticipant observation data collection technique and Time and Motion Study methods. After recording the activities of  masons when installing tiles with a video camera, the recording are observed so that we know the variety of methods that to used by the mason and the required time to complete activities based on a variety of working methods. Then do the calculation of productivity and observe the effects of work methods on productivity.After analyzing process  it is expected that we can discover various methods of work and its  productivity so that we know which one is the most effective method that generates high productivity. Working methods that generate the highest productivity is expected to be applied to improve the productivity of masons at ceramic works.Keyword : Working Methods, Ceramics installation, Time and Motion Study, Banyumas

Abstract

Parkir merupakan salah satu elemen penting pada rumah sakit. Peningkatan jumlahaktivitas terutama di RSUD Banyumas, membutuhkan adanya fasilitas parkir yang memadai.Di RSUD Banyumas, setelah dilakukan analisis kapasitas ruang parkir disimpulkan bahwakapasitasnya tidak memenuhi, untuk itu diperlukan kajian standar kebutuhan ruang parkirrumah sakit di RSUD Banyumas tersebut.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis standar kebutuhan ruangparkirnya. Data yang diperlukan meliputi data primer yang diperoleh dari survai lapangandigunakan untuk memperoleh karakteristik parkir. Data primer diperoleh dengan caramelakukan survei tujuh hari pada hari Minggu s/d Sabtu, jam 06.30 – 21.30 dan datasekunder yang diperoleh dari manajemen digunakan untuk menganalisis standar kebutuhanruang parkirBerdasarkan hasil analisis maka didapatkan hasil jumlah petak parkir yang diperlukanpada saat ini berdasarkan akumulasi puncak untuk sepeda motor diperlukan 614 SRPkebutuhan luas lahan parkir sepeda motor 1.621m2, untuk mobil diperlukan 193 SRPkebutuhan luas lahan parkir mobil 6.290m2.Kata Kunci : parkir, rumah sakit, kebutuhan parkir

Abstract

AbstractsConsultants are experts who help the owner according to expertise or function. Consultants consist of planning consultants, supervise consultant and construction management consultant. Government policy in Banyumas Distric that use third parties to assist and supervise local government project, in this case the consultant, as well as the small number of consulting services businessmen in Banyumas District giving opportunities to open a consulting business. According to the opportunity, a feasibility study within five years that use the amount of interest on bank deposits as reference  to determine the value of profits and MARR (Minimum attractive Rate of Return) to evaluate the feasibility of the construction services business is made.For evaluation,  NPV (Net Present Value), BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio), and IRR are calculated so that feasibility can be known for making business consulting services in Banyumas District which BEP (Break Event Point) will occurred in the fifth year.  Keywords: Consultancy services Business, Planning, Supervision.

Abstract

AbstractA railroad crossing that intersects with a road is called a plot railway or also known as railway cross level. The railway cross level is a railroad that crosses in the same level (at the junction area) with roads, paths, or other railways without using a bridge/link. With a plot railway, the risk of traffic accidents between vehicles and train will be even greater. This is because on the railway cross level there is an intersection between road transport modes and that of train (that have different movement characteristics) on the same field so that it has a high-risk traffic accident.The risk of accidents like that on the railway cross level could be solved with a railroad crossing that is not at the same plot like the underpass. On the underpass, because the track used by the vehicles and trains are different, they do not affect each other. By making observations on the underpass construction project across Cirebon KM 319 +389 – Kroya, it can be concluded that with a good construction method the project will run smoothly according to the planned target without disrupting the schedules of trains that pass above.  Key word : underpass, railway cross level, lintas Cirebon – Kroya, construction method

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe increasing number of passengers and aircraft movements annually in Cilacap Wulung Tunggul service indicates the need to increase the airport's class interests udarasehingga transportation development can serve larger aircraft in service Wulung Tunggul Cilacap. The length of airport runways Tunggul Wulung existing Cilacap is 1,400 m with a width of 30 m. Runway length evaluated using calculation methods ARFL for existing aircraft and aircraft plans.Seeing the results of the calculation method is ARFL using existing air aircraft with Cessna Grand Caravan C208B, Piaggio P180 Avanti and Short Brother SD 360 is still unsafe to land at the airport Tunggul Wulung Cilacap needs the longest runway of 1300 m.Calculation of the runway for a flight plan using Boeing 737-300 ARFL method requires long airport runway over 2000 m. So to Cilacap Wulung Tunggul service can serve the entire flight plans, airport runway length to be extended by 600 m.Keywords: Runway, Existing Aircraft, Aircraft PlansABSTRAKMeningkatnya jumlah penumpang dan pergerakan pesawat terbang setiap tahunnya di Bandara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap mengindikasikan perlunya peningkatan kelas bandara untuk kepentingan perkembangan transportasi udarasehingga dapat melayani pesawat yang lebih besar di Bandara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap. Panjang landasan pacu Bandar Udara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap existing adalah 1.400 m dengan lebar 30 m. Panjang Runway di evaluasi dengan menggunakan perhitungan metode ARFL untuk pesawat existing dan pesawat rencana.Melihat hasil perhitungan dengan metode ARFL menggunakan pesawat existing yaitu pesawat terbang dengan jenis Cessna Grand Caravan C208B, Piaggio P180 Avanti dan Short Brother SD 360 masih aman untuk mendarat di Bandara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap dengan kebutuhan runway terpanjang sebesar 1300 m.Perhitungan kebutuhan runway untuk pesawat rencana jenis Boeing 737-300 menggunakan metode ARFL membutuhkan panjang runway bandara sepanjang 2000 m. Maka agar Bandara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap dapat melayani seluruh pesawat rencana, panjang runway bandara harus diperpanjang sebesar 600 m.Kata Kunci : Runway, Pesawat Existing, Pesawat Rencana

Abstract

Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan jalan dan jalan rel mempunyai persamaan dalam kegiatan awal. Kegiatan awal pertama adalah kegiatan clearing dan grubbing, kemudian pekerjaan cut & fill dengan buldoser, kemudian diperhalus dengan grader dan dilakukan pekerjaan pemadatan.Pelaksaanaan pekerjaan pemadatan yang baik sangat menentukan kekuatan dan keawetan konstruksi jalan. Dalam hal ini akan ditinjau pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemadatan pada pekerjaan jalan rel dengan sampel pekerjaan jalan ganda Cirebon - Kroya pada Paket JGA-13.Pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan pemadatan pada pekerjaan jalan rel pada paket JGA-13, telah dilakukan kegiatan clearing dan pemdatan dengan baik. Dengan adanya kegitan pemadatan diperoleh lapisan tanah subgrade yang siap mendukung beban lapisan diatasnya dan mendukung beban yang akan melalui jalan.Kata kunci : Pekerjaan pemadatan, clearing& grubbing, cut & fill, subgrade

Abstract

AbstractTo face business competition, other than offers common building material, a building material store can offers design and construction of the building materials that have been bought. Market targets of the building material business are people that planned to build house or other building and property business stakeholder such as contractor, developer, and project owner. The increasing of projects these days bring good prospect for building material business, moreover  if it is supported  by the right market strategy. As long as there is a project, building materials will be needed. The purpose of this building material business is to gain profits as much as possible. With good organizing and high quality of human resources it will have a good prospect.  With proper investment analysis based on positive calculation of Nett Present Value, more than one Benefit Cost Ratio value, and 900 million rupiahs of building material stocks,  Break Event Point will be reached in the third year. Abstract

Abstract Government departments in Banyumas district usually use a third party as Project planner and supervisor, therefore  consulting services are really needed. Moreover, nowadays  there are only 7 active consultants in Banyumas district. However, these opportunities do not guarantee the smooth process of establishment and survival of the company. There are things that can happen during the process of establishment and after the company running, which can not be predicted. For that purpose we need a study on risk management. After collecting data that relevant to the risk to be analyzed, economic analysis is used as a reference in identifying and determining the risk level and to find out the feasibility of a company established by calculating the NPV, IRR, BCR, and BEP. From the analysis of the feasibility study we can identify risks that might occur during the establishment of a company or at the time the company has been running up to reach the break event point. Furthermore identification that has been obtained are analyzed and quantified to determine the strategies that needed. From the calculation of engineering economic analysis it can be concluded that the risks that might occur greatly affect the value of NPV, IRR, and BCR to determine whether or not the company are feasible to establish. With the risk management review we can obtain strategies to face the risk of establishing consulting services for construction in Banyumas district.  Keywords: Risk Management, Consultancy Services, Banyumas District
