Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the construction of the meaning of Sunda Wiwitan religion in Sundanese Baduy indigenous people. The research uses interpretive paradigms with qualitative methods, and symbolic interaction study approaches as a tool of analysis. Data gathered through participatory observation and in-depth interviews. Sunda Wiwitan religion is the main symbol in the Baduy indigenous people, and is a dimension that reaches every side of life, and is a collective representation of the belief system of the Baduy indigenous community. This symbol serves as a reference for the collective paradigm, and as a reference for interpreting natural phenomena and determining the behavior of the Baduy indigenous people. The symbol of traditional institutions and traditional ceremonies represent three essential issues, namely: (1) Understanding and appreciation of religion (belief) of the Baduy indigenous people as Sunda Wiwitan descendants; (2) Observance and practice of the daily life of the Baduy indigenous people as members of the traditional Sundanese or Sunda Buhun social groups; and (3) Symbolization of the existence and recognition of the existence of government and power outside the Baduy Customary institution.

Abstract

The Covid-19 vaccination is one of the efforts of the Indonesian government to reduce morbidity and mortality due to the Covid-19 virus that hit Indonesia. In addition, this policy aims to create herd immunity in Indonesian society. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, as the leading sector of the Covid-19 vaccination policy in Indonesia, continues to disseminate policies so that target groups can see, understand, and prepare to implement this policy. The @kemenkes_ri account, managed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, is used as one of the communication strategies in communicating this policy. Public acceptance of this policy is very diverse, as seen from the comments made in several publications at @kemenkes_ri about Covid-19 vaccination. This study aims to analyze the audience's acceptance and meaning of the Covid-19 vaccination policy information submitted through the @kemenkes_ri account. The method used in this research is using the qualitative interpretive method with a constructivist approach and reception analysis of Stuart Hall's encoding-decoding model. Data collection in this study was obtained by conducting semi-structured interviews and analyzing @kemenkes_ri Instagram feed uploads. Public acceptance of the Covid-19 vaccination policy in Indonesia is divided into three groups: hegemonic dominant positions, hegemonic negotiating positions, and hegemonic opposition positions. The three audience groups have different meaning constructions regarding the Covid-19 vaccination policy in Indonesia.

Abstract

‘Haji Pintar’ merupakan aplikasi yang dikembangkan Kementerian Agama untuk memberikan layanan informasi yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan ibadah haji. Kepuasan pengguna menjadi bagian yang penting karena akan menentukan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kepuasan dalam penggunaan aplikasi ‘Haji Pintar’ dengan menggunakan kerangka Uses and Gratifications 2.0 dan model expectancy-values Palmgreen (1984) untuk menggambarkan diskrepansi kepuasan pengguna. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan data melalui survey kuesioner dan analisa statistik deskriptif untuk mendapatkan angka rata-rata diskrepansi kepuasan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden yang ditentukan melalui rumus Lemeshow (1997). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden memiliki tingkat harapan yang tinggi terhadap aplikasi ‘Haji Pintar’ untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi yang berkaitan dengan ibadah haji. Akan tetapi, tingkat kepuasan responden berada dalam kategori yang rendah setelah menggunakan aplikasi ‘Haji Pintar’. Adanya diskrepansi kepuasan yang tinggi dalam penggunaan aplikasi ‘Haji Pintar’ berdasarkan dimensi kepuasan isi informasi dan dimensi kepuasan sosial. Diskrepansi kepuasan berdasarkan dimensi proses penggunaan menunjukkan nilai yang rendah. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi ‘Haji Pintar’ belum mampu memberikan kepuasan layanan kepada penggunanya

Abstract

Perkembangan bahasa menjadi salah satu perkembangan pada anak yang penting diperhatikan setiap orang tua. Orang tua hendaknya melakukan pemantauan dan pendampingan dalam setiap perkembangan anak mereka termasuk perkembangan bahasanya, dimulai sejak anak berusia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan bagaimana perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dini, bagaimana langkah untuk menghindari gangguan bahasa pada anak usia dini, serta menganalisis dan menggali lebih dalam terkait perkembangan bahasa pada anak usia dini di kampung Pasirpogor, Puncaksari, Penelitian ini dilandaskan pada kebutuhan masyarakat di Desa Puncaksari mengenai edukasi perkembangan bahasa pada para orang, maka dari itu penelitian ini bekerja sama dengan posyandu Mawar di Desa Puncaksari untuk menanamkan kesadaran para orang tua dalam memperhatikan perkembangan bahasa anak mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, kemudian mengadakan sosialisasi dengan menampilkan sajian materi, dijelaskan secara rinci oleh pemateri, serta diskusi dengan para orang tua di kampung Pasirpogor. Hasil dari sosialisasi ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat kampung Pasirpogor terhadap perkembangan bahasa pada anak, meningkatnya wawasan masyarakat terkait apa saja yang harus diperhatikan dalam perkembangan bahasa anak, serta bagaimana solusi dan pencegahan gangguan berbahasa pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Innovation in the Access by KAI application aims to provide better services to the public. However, this innovation encounters several issues such as limited technological access by the public, policy non-inclusivity, and lack of effectiveness in socialization efforts. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the impact of innovation in the Access by KAI application on service quality. Additionally, it aims to determine the effective contribution of innovation dimensions in the Access by KAI application to service quality. This research utilizes an associative method with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through observation and questionnaire results, while data analysis employed robust M-estimation regression. The results indicate that the quality of public service innovation is very high, and the quality of m-service is high. Furthermore, public service innovation obtains significant variable coefficient values at a significant level (α=0.05). This is indicated by the p-value of the public service innovation variable being 0.000<0.05, showing the influence of public service innovation on m-service quality in the Access by KAI application. The effective contribution of each dimension of public service innovation to m-service quality is as follows: relative advantage dimension 0.48%, compatibility dimension 29.03%, complexity dimension 14.22%, testability dimension 9.83%, and observability dimension 8.39%.
