Abstract

This research work was carried out to analyze the utilization of internet as a communication media by Staff of Provincial DKP Secretariat. The population of the study is Staff of Provincial DKP Secretariat in 34 province in Indonesia. Survey method of the research and stratified random sampling were used to select 68 Staff for the study. The data was presented and analyzed in tables and average scores. The research found that internet exposure of Staff of Provincial DKP Secretariat is high. However, its utilization is still low. The research also showed that: (1) individual characteristics (age, period of work, and training) are significantly correlated with internet exposure (frequency and channel variety); (2) motivation (intrinsic motivation) is significantly correlated with internet exposure (duration and the situation of exposure); (3) internet exposure (duration, frequency, and the situation of exposure) are significantly correlated with utilization of internet (communication and coordination).

Abstract

Abstrak. Inceptisol merupakan tanah yang baru berkembang biasanya mempunyai tekstur yang beragam dari kasar hingga halus, tergantung tingkat kelapukan bahan induknya.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kotoran kambing dan biochar sekam padi terhadap perubahan beberapa sifat kimia InceptisolRancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola non faktorial dengan 8 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan. sehingga jumlah keseluruhnya adalah 24 unit percobaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kotoran kambing dan biochar sekam padi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pH tanah pada 30 dan 45 HSI, C-organik tanah pada 30 HSI, P tersedia serta K-dd tanah pada 30 dan 45 HSI sedangkan pemberian kotoran kambing dan biochar sekam padi berpengaruh nyata terhadap N total tanah pada 30 dan 45 HSI. Pengaruh pemberian kotoran kambing dan biochar sekam padi terhadap pH tanah, N-total tanah, P-tersedia dan K-dd pada masa inkubasi 30 hari lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada masa inkubasi 45 hari dan untuk C-organik tanah pemberian kotoran kambing dan biochar sekam padi pada masa inkubasi 45 HSI lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan pada masa 30 HSI.perlakuan yang terbaik terhadap karakteristik kimia tanah Inceptisol dijumpai pada perlakuan pupuk cair kotoran kambing + biochar.(The Effect of  Goat and Biochar Gross on the Availability of Macro N, P, K Inceptisol)Abstract. Inceptisol is a newly developed land, usually has a texturewhich vary from coarse to fine. in this case depending on the level of weathering of the material parent The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving feces goat and rice husk biochar against changes in several chemical properties of Inceptisol. The experimental design used was a non-completely randomized design (CRD) factorial with 8 treatments and 3 replications. so the total is 24 experimental unit. The results showed that the administration of goat manure and rice husk biocharThe cutting of goat manure and rice husk biochar has a very significant effect on pHSoils at 30 and 45 HSI, C-organic soils at 30 HSI, P available at 30 and 45 HSI as well Soil K-dd at 30 at and 45 HSI while giving goat manure and biochar Rice husk significantly affected the total N soil at 30 and 45 HSI.  giving goat manure and rice husk biochar to soil pH, soil N-total P available and K-dd at the incubation period of 30 days was higher than at the incubation period 45 days and for C-organic soil, giving goat manure and rice husk biochar to the soil The incubation period of 45 DIC was higher than that of the 30 HSI treatment The best soil chemical characteristics of Inceptisol were found in the Caiz fertilizer treatment goat manure + biochar.

Abstract

Abstrak. Tanah Andisol merupakan salah satu jenis tanah yang relatif subur namun memiliki permasalahan menyangkut dengan sifat fisika dan kimia seperti tingkat jerapan P yang tinggi karena diikat oleh mineral Amorf seperti Alofan. Konsumsi jagung manis yang terus meningkat ditandai dengan meningkatnya import jagung manis itu sendiri. Penambahan bahan organik merupakan salah satu cara untuk melepaskan unsur P yang terjerap dan untuk meningkatkan produksi jagung manis. Bahan organik yang ditambahkan kedalam tanah dapat berupa kompos paitan dan pupuk kandang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan bahan organik terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis (Zea Mays) pada tanah Andisol. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen lapangan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok non faktorial dengan menggunakan 2 sumber bahan organik dengan 7 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada perlakuan 15 ton ha-1 kompos paitan berpengaruh nyata terhadap P tersedia, tinggi tanaman 60 HST, dan berat berangkasan kering, dan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap N total, P total, C Organik, K-dd. tinggi tanaman 30 HST dan 45 HST, berat tongkol, dan berat berangkasan basah.Effect of Paitan Compost (Tithonia diversifolia) and Goat Manure of Growt dan Production of Sweetcorn (Zea Mays) on Andisols in Atu lintang, Aceh TengahAbstract. Andisol is one type of soil that is relatively fertile but has problems related to physical and chemical properties such as high levels of P absorption because it is bounded by Amorphous minerals such as Allophane. The consumption of sweetcorn wich keep increasing signed by the increase of sweetcorn import itself. The addition of organic matter is one way to release the absorbed P and to increase the production of sweet corn. Organic matter added to the soil can be in the form of paitan compost and manure. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of using of organic matter on the growth and production of sweetcorn (Zea Mays) on Andisol soils. This research uses the field experiment method using randomized block designed non factorial by using 2 sources of organic material with 7 treatment dan 3 time test. The results of the result showed on 15 tons of hectares paitan compost had a significant effect on P available, plant height 60 DAP, and the dry weight and hoes not effected on wet weight, total N, total P, C Organic, K-dd, plant height 30 DAP and 45 DAP, and the weight of cob.
