Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan model pembelajaran bidang keahlian elektronika industri berbasis metakognisi siswa (MPBKEI-BMs) dan perangkat pembelajaran di SMK yang memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli dan praktisi, model pembelajaran yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid. (2) Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba, model tersebut memenuhi kriteria praktis. (3) Berdasarkan hasil ujicoba, model tersebut memenuhi kriteria efektif, yang ditunjukkan oleh aktivitas siswa dalam pembelajaran, respon siswa, dan pencapaian kompetensi siswa baik secara individu maupun klasikal.Kata Kunci: pengembangan model pembelajaran, elektronika industri, berbasis metakognisiDEVELOPING A METACOGNITION-BASED LEARNING MODEL FOR INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICSAbstract: This study aimed to develop a metacognition-based learning model and its instructional kits for the Industrial Electronics in Vocational High Schools satisfying validity, practicality, and effectiveness criteria. The findings were as follows. (1) Based on the expert and practitioner validation, the developed learning model was valid. (2) Based on the results of the try-out, the developed model and its instructional kits satisfied the practicality criterion. (3) Based on the results of the try-out, the developed model and its instructional kits satisfied the effectiveness criterion, indicated by students’ learning activities, their responses to the learning implementation, and their individual and classical learning competence attainment.Keywords: a metacognition-based learning model, industrial electronics, vocational high schools
