Abstract

Active learning with student centering can improve critical thinking skills. Debates and discussions encourage active learning. Both are oriented toward critical thinking ability, in addition to the learning styles also make an impact on critical thinking ability. This paper aims to answer whether there are (1) differences in students critical thinking ability in the debate class and discussion class, (2) differences in critical thinking ability of students who have divergent learning styles and convergent learning style, and (3) interaction between learning method and learning style to critical thinking ability? This study uses a pseudo experimental design. Subjects in this study are students semester II. Analytical technique using Anova. The results of this study conclude: (1) there is no difference in critical thinking ability between debating class and discussion class, (2) there is difference of critical thinking ability between convergent learning style and divergent learning style, convergent learning style is better than divergent learning style, and (3) there is interaction between learning method and learning style to critical thinking ability which means that the influence of learning method on critical thinking ability is influenced by learning style.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to explain the prevention of radicalization through cultural movement and empowerment. This approach is done by art that is believed to be able to stem the streams that conflict with the Republic of Indonesia, the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila. By art in addition to preserving Javanese traditions, but far behind all that, cultivating a sense of nationalism, as well as patriot souls in the nation's children. Sanggar as a place of art builds its community through three important components; (1) community organizing in the form of studio, (2) art performances or performing arts, (3) strengthening the economic sector through assistance and empowerment of rural communities. Art galleries are handling radicalization that is rooted from below, ie a shared consciousness that grows from the idea of a 'bottom up' society. On the other hand to empower the community in a variety of assistance activities in various sectors of life in the form of activities. For example: training and workshops in the field of Small and Medium Enterprises, agriculture, animal husbandry, fisheries, plantation and entrepreneurship. This move can counteract and stem the flow of radicalism that enters the countryside.الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة إلى شرح الوقاية من التطرف من خلال الحركة الثقافية والتمكين. ويتم هذا النهج بفن يُعتقد أنه قادر على وقف التدفقات التي تتعارض مع جمهورية إندونيسيا ودستور عام 1945 وبنكاسيلا. من خلال الفن بالإضافة إلى الحفاظ على التقاليد الجاوية ، ولكن وراء كل ذلك ، زراعة الشعور بالقومية ، فضلا عن الروح الوطنية في أبناء الأمة. يبني سنجار كمكان فني مجتمعه من خلال ثلاثة مكونات مهمة ؛ (1) تنظيم المجتمع في شكل استوديو ، (2) العروض الفنية أو الفنون الأدائية ، (3) تعزيز القطاع الاقتصادي من خلال المساعدة وتمكين المجتمعات الريفية. تعالج المعارض الفنية التطرف المتجذر من أسفل ، أي الوعي المشترك الذي ينمو من فكرة مجتمع "من أسفل إلى أعلى". من ناحية أخرى لتمكين المجتمع في مجموعة متنوعة من أنشطة المساعدة في مختلف قطاعات الحياة في شكل أنشطة. على سبيل المثال: التدريب وورش العمل في مجال المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ، والزراعة ، وتربية الحيوانات ، ومصايد الأسماك ، والمزارع ، وتنظيم المشاريع. يمكن لهذه الخطوة أن تقاوم وتوقف تدفق التطرف الذي يدخل إلى الريف.Abstrak: Tulisan ini bermaksud menjelaskan pencegahan radikalisasi melalui gerakan kultural dan pemberdayaan. Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan berkesenian yang diyakini mampu membendung aliran-aliran yang bertentangan dengan NKRI, UUD 45 serta Pancasila. Dengan berkesenian di samping untuk melestarikan tradisi Jawa, tetapi jauh di balik semua itu, menumbuhkan rasa nasionalisme, serta jiwa patriot pada anak-anak bangsa. Sanggar sebagai tempat berkesenian membangun komunitasnya melalui tiga komponen penting; (1) pengorganisasian komunitas dalam bentuk sanggar, (2) seni pagelaran atau pertunjukan seni, (3) penguatan pada sektor ekonomi melalui pendampingan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Sanggar seni melakukan penanganan radikalisasi yang berakar dari bawah, yakni kesadaran bersama yang tumbuh dari ide masyarakat yang bersifat ‘bottom up’. Pada sisi lain melakukan pemberdayaan pada masyarakat dalam berbagai kegiatan pendampingan di berbagai sektor kehidupan dalam bentuk kegiatan. Misalnya: pelatihan dan workshop pada bidang Usaha Kecil Menengah, pertanian, peternakan, perikanan, perkebunan dan kewirausahaan. Langkah ini dapat menangkal dan membendung arus radikalisme yang masuk di pedesaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the quality of learning and learning achievement of grade IV students in my Heroes' Theme using PowerPoint slide media. This research was conducted in two cycles. Where in each cycle has stages that start from doing planning, action, observation and reflection. The results of the study: (1) through the application of PowerPoint slide media can improve the quality of learning; (2) the use of PowerPoint slide media can improve learning achievement 'pahlawanku' Theme in grade IV of SDN Sanan 1. The average value of the class before being subjected to action is 62, in cycle 1 it increases to 71 and in cycle II to 80. The number of students completing study at pre-action as many as 5 students or equal to 35.7%, in the first cycle increased to 9 students or equal to 64.3%, and in the second cycle to 12 students or by 85.7%. The advice given is that the teacher should use innovative models and varied media in learning.

Abstract

The problem that arises in learning in the Covid-19 era is unilateral learning centered on teacher activities, by giving assignments. Students only work on assignments and then the work is photographed and sent via whatsapp, causing students to lack understanding of the material and reluctant to do assignments. The solution to the problems above is the use of video for learning and e-learning. This research phase begins with action planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. This stage is repeated until the expected increase in learning outcomes is achieved, and does not require further improvement. The final result analysis showed that in the pre-learning cycle the percentage of classical completeness was 27.28%. In the first cycle there was an increase in classical completeness reaching 54.5%. In the second cycle there was an increase in classical completeness reaching 91%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of video for learning and e-learning during the covid-19 pandemic is able to improve student learning outcomes. [Permasalahan yang muncul dalam pembelajaran di era Covid-19 adalah pembelajaran sepihak yang dipusatkan pada kegiatan guru. Dengan pemberian tugas siswa hanya mengerjakan tugas kemudian karya tersebut difoto dan dikirim melalui whatsapp sehingga menyebabkan siswa kurang memahami materi dan enggan mengerjakan tugas. Solusi dari permasalahan di atas adalah pemanfaatan video untuk pembelajaran dan e-learning. Tahap penelitian ini dimulai dengan perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Tahap ini diulangi sampai tercapai peningkatan hasil belajar yang diharapkan, dan tidak memerlukan perbaikan lebih lanjut. Analisis hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus pra pembelajaran persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 27,28%. Pada siklus I terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 54,5%. Pada siklus II terjadi peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 91%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan video untuk pembelajaran dan e-learning di masa pandemi covid-19 mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa]

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the media based on the responses of material experts and media experts, as well as to determine student responses to the use of Quizizz media in online learning of English subjects at MI Darul Huda Deyeng. The research method used is a type of Research and Development (R&D) by adapting the Dick and Carrey development model. The test subjects in this study were fourth grade students of MI Darul Huda Deyeng. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire (questionnaire). The technique used in data collection is a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. From the results of the research conducted, it shows that the Quizizz media in online learning of class IV English subjects at MI Darul Huda Deyeng which has been developed based on the assessment responses from material experts has obtained a feasibility percentage of 80% and is included in the appropriate category, based on the assessment responses by media experts, it is obtained The percentage of eligibility is 82.66% which is included in the very feasible category, while student responses to the Quizizz media developed get a percentage of 82.82% included in the very feasible category. [Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media berdasarkan tanggapan penilaian ahli materi dan ahli media, serta untuk mengetahui respon siswa terhadap penggunaan media Quizizz dalam pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris di MI Darul Huda Deyeng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan jenis Research and Devlopment (R&D) dengan mengadaptasi model pengembangan Dick and Carrey. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV MI Darul Huda Deyeng. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket (kuisoner). Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu angket dengan skala Likert. Analisa data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa media Quizizz dalam pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran Bahasa inggris kelas IV di MI Darul Huda Deyeng yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan tanggapan penilaian dari ahli materi memperoleh presantase kelayakan 80% dan termasuk dalam kategori layak, berdasarkan tanggapan penilaian oleh ahli media mendapat presentase kelayakan 82,66% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak, sedangkan respon siswa terhadap media Quizizz yang dikembangkan memperoleh presentase 82,82% termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak]

Abstract

In this study, the authors used a descriptive qualitative approach which departed from two questions, namely; 1.) "What is Amaliyah doing at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School in Kediri?", 2.) How is the relationship between Amaliyah at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School and spiritual education? " With these several questions, the results of the research conducted found that spiritual education in the amaliyah tradition at the Salafiyah Islamic Boarding School includes: grave pilgrimages, prayer beads, and recitation of 1000 sholawat. With this amaliyah tradition, we are able to; 1.) overcoming anxiety, fear, and uneasiness of the hearts of the students, 2.) calming the soul, because in it there are things that bring calm, such as dzikrullah in reading tahlil, tahmid, tasbih, and sholawat., 3.) giving direction, motivation and finally grow full awareness to obey, submit to carry out orders and know the prohibitions.

Abstract

A quantitative approach is used in this research using non-parametric statistical analysis of the Kendall tau formula. This form of research is based on field research conducted at TPQ Raudlatul Mubtadi-ien Kediri. The researcher used the data collection method by interviewing and distributing questionnaires with a sample of 48% of the 125 students, who were studied, namely the students of TPQ Raudlatul Mubtadi-ien Kediri who were class II and III ibtida 'who recited with the yanbu'a method. In this study, the researcher will look for the influence of the yanbu'a learning method on the reading potential of the students of TPQ Raudlatul Mubtadi-ien. This Al Qur'an reading program is available at the TPQ Raudlatul Mubtadi-ien from kindergarten to ibtida 'class III. The findings of this research are balanced students' perceptions and reading potential of the Qur'an at a high level, however, in the hypothesis test it is rejected with a value of 0.106 with a significance of 0.130, which means that most of the students do not understand and are not aware of learning with the yanbu'a method, students only focus on the Koran.

Abstract

This paper is to find out learning that uses fairy tale methods and increase students' literacy skills in rewriting the contents of fairy tales. Researchers use classroom action research. Data collection techniques with observation and writing ability tests, with skinative and quantitative analysis techniques. Research findings: there is an increase in the ability to rewrite fairy tales read from cycle I to cycle II. There are variations in storytelling techniques by utilizing various learning media in the form of images, audio visuals and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan tlatah tradisi mataraman, proses dialogis antara budaya dan Islam dan tradisi keagamaan Islam Mataraman. Kesimpulan tulisan ini, pertama tradisi tlatah dan Mataraman pertama terkait dengan kerajaan Mataram. Dalam hal wilayah Mataraman, terletak di bagian barat Jawa Timur yang berbatasan dengan Jawa Tengah. Dari aspek sosial-politik wilayah ini memiliki pengaruh dari pekerjaan pra-Islam Mataram hingga zaman Islam. Kedua, proses pencerahan budaya terjadi melalui proses dialogis. Perjalanan menganeksasi tradisi dan budaya dengan Islam mengalami pasang surut, terkadang damai dan kadang konflik. Ketiga, tradisi keagamaan Mataraman dalam aspek-aspek tertentu memiliki persamaan. Tradisi seperti sekaten, gerebek, tahlilan, surowan dan nyadranan. Tradisi-tradisi ini dijalankan dan dilaksanakan oleh masyarakat yang dulunya berada di bawah kekuasaan kerajaan Mataram. Tradisi ini telah dimodifikasi oleh Walisongo sehingga nuansa agama Hindu-Budha yang dianggap syirik telah diubah menjadi konten Islam. Proses akulturasi melewati periode panjang berabad-abad yang melahirkan karakter masyarakat yang unik di wilayah mataraman.

Abstract

Tulisan ini menjelaskan tentang sejarah moderasi islam dalam organisasi Nahdlatul Ulama. NU sebagai organisasi islam terbesar di Indonesia memiliki komitmen yang kuat dalam mengusung islam moderat. NU lahir atas respons terhadap perkembangan politik eksternal. Perkembangan internasional telah mengarah pada pembentukan NU, sementara keadaan sosial-keagamaan dan politik negara ini hanya bagian dari alasan untuk mendirikan organisasi ini. Salah satu faktor terpenting yang mengarah pada pembentukan NU adalah masalah representasi dalam melindungi kepentingan muslim tradisionalis yang merasa terancam oleh kebangkitan gerakan Wahhabi yang dikenal radikal yang telah menguasan kawasan Jazirah Arab. Pada perkembangann berikut dengan penguatan arus globalisasi, terutama globalisasi budaya, baik dalam bentuk urbanisasi dan westernisasi, diperlukan pula moderasi Islam sebagai arusutama dalam menjaga Islam. maka NU mengusung konsep Islam Nusantara untuk membendung arus globalisasi.
