Abstract

Pendidikan di sekolah memberi kesempatan anak berkebutuhan khusus mengembangkan potensi secara optimal. Kemampuan guru memiliki peran penting untuk tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran, khususnya pada anak berkebutuhan khusus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru PJOK SDLB dalam melaksanakan model pembelajaran penjas adaptif kepada siswa berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Pante Raya Kabupaten Bener Meriah. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah para pimpinan sekolah, tenaga administrasi, guru tetap dan tenaga honorer serta para siswa siswi SDLB Pante Raya sebanyak 26 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Data yang terkumpul diolah menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentase. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa guru PJOK di SDLB Pante Raya mampu melaksakan pembelajaran penjas adaptif secara kreatif dan menyenangkan untuk meningkatkan kesegaran jasmani siswa SDLB Pante Raya dan berperan aktif dalam setiap kegiatan pembelajaran PJOK yang dilaksanakan di sekolah. Dengan demikian terjawab bahwa secara umum guru PJOK memamahi bahwa penjas adaptif telah dilaksanakan.Teacher's ability in applying adaptive physical education to children with special needsAbstractEducation in schools provides opportunities for children with special needs to develop their potential optimally. The ability of teachers has an important role to achieve learning objectives, especially for children with special needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the ability of PJOK SDLB teachers in implementing the adaptive physical education learning model for students with special needs. This research was conducted in Pante Raya, Bener Meriah Regency. The population and sample in this study were school leaders, administrative staff, permanent teachers and honorary staff, and 26 students of SDLB Pante Raya, the sampling technique in this study used a total sample. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used is data reduction, data verification, and drawing conclusion. The collected data were processed using descriptive analysis of percentages. The results of the study concluded that PJOK teachers at SDLB Pante Raya were able to carry out adaptive physical education learning in a creative and fun way to improve the physical fitness of SDLB Pante Raya students and play an active role in every PJOK learning activity carried out in schools. Thus, it is answered that in general, PJOK teachers understand that adaptive physical education has been implemented

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out. how far is the ability of PJOK teachers at SDLB Pante Raya Bener Meriah Regency in implementing adaptive physical education learning models for CSN students? The population and sample in this study were school leaders, administrative staff, permanent teachers, and honorary staff as well as 26 students of SDLB Pante Raya, the sampling technique in this study used a total sample. The data collection technique used observation, interviews, and questionnaires, while the data analysis used was data collection, data verification, and conclusion drawing. The collected data were processed using descriptive analysis of percentages. The results of this study can be concluded that PJOK teachers at SDLB Pante Raya can carry out adaptive, creative, and fun physical education learning to improve students' physical fitness and SDLB Pante Raya students like and play an active role in every PJOK learning activity carried out in schools. Thus it was answered that in general PJOK teachers understood that adaptive physical education had been implemented, but still needed to improve the ability of PJOK teachers through training/upgrading related to adaptive physical education learning, then in general respondents stated that physical fitness was needed by children with special needs to support them in the following learning at school, then they also stated that students were very fond of exercising.
