Abstract

This study illustrates the synergy between the Forum for Religious Harmony (FKUB) with the National Unity and Politics (Kesbangpol) in dealing with the radical terrorism movement in Tasikmalaya Regency. Some efforts to handle religious conflicts that lead to radicalism movement include mapping conflict-prone areas, the formation of the Regional Intelligence Community (Kominda) and the Integrated Team for Handling Social Conflicts by the National Unity and Politics and the establishment of the Rukun Living Movement Task Force (SGHR) at the sub-district level by FKUB as a collaborative strategy step handling religious conflicts in Tasikmalaya Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of FKUB as well as the synergy established between local governments, terrorism management institutions and the community in efforts to tackle radical terrorism. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach that emphasizes data collection through interviews, observations, documentation and focused discussions (Focus Group Discussion).

Abstract

All laboratory schools in the LPTK (Teacher Training Institute) are still in trouble now ¸ so it certainly demands a solution from the public policy dimension. All labschools under the LPTK are all private, whereas the LPTK is a state. This was experienced by UPI (Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia), UNJ (Jakarta State University), UNP (Padang State University), UNDIKSA (Ganesha Education University) and other LPTKs that have Labschool. Until now Labschool has double accountability and responsibility, namely to the LPTK itself and to the Education Office. So in practice there are often disagreements and miscoordination in governance. So demand a better solution. The main problem; how regulations must be built? This research has the advantage for LPTK as an institution providing teaching staff to have various alternative regulations that must be developed. This research approach uses a qualitative approach with the method of “public policy analysis” and comparative studies. Focusing on regulations that should bridge the public’s expectations regarding the status of laboratory schools. The results showed: 1) Laboratory School Regulation still needs to be improved so that it is synergistic with the Ministry of Education and Culture regulations as the LPTK laboratory school; 2) The need for academic studies and political-strategic efforts in the Ministry of Education and culture with the Ministry of Finance to issue special regulations on the status of Labschool under the LPTK.

Abstract

Civic education right now is not about prepare young generation to became good citizen. Civic education must also prepare young generation to become active as global citizen. This condition is effect of the world that interconnected in every area of life. So the young generation must be preparing for this challenge. This study is using qualitative approach with case studies method. The result of this study is showing that student at University Pasundan Bandung has knowledge to became global citizen. But their skill has not shown an attitude as a global citizen.

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology has been anticipated by the government through the Merdeka Belajar (freedom to learn) policy initiated by the Education and Culture Ministry of the Republic of Indonesia. One of the responses about that policy was the development of a digital-based learning application model. This study used a research design based on Resarch and Development (R D). The purposes of this study is to develop a digital-based learning model that is able to provide freedom of learning for teachers and students in the digital learning process. The results showed that the digital-based learning model which its development was based on inputs in the form of an independent learning policy and the digitalization movement; element of process in the form of student-centered learning; element of output in the form of fun and flexible learning; and the element of intact results in the form of the establishment of student competencies.

Abstract

This study describes the cultural preservation efforts of Piil Pesinggiri as indigenous Lampung people diitinjau of Civics as socio-cultural dimensions that include various forms of social and cultural behavior. Based on the data analysis can be understood that the preservation of culture in society mulitikutural Piil Pesinggiri Lampung done through some of cultivate action early on to children or future generations, provide socialization to the community about the significance of cultural values Piil Pesinggiri, which cooperates intense well with other traditional leaders or outside the community that is in Lampung with the government to provide socialization, as well as cultivate a culture Piil Pesinggiri in Lampung society.
