Abstract

This study is aimed at designing as well as producing  an integrated briefcase  model  as  a  teaching  aid  in  the  teaching  of  digital  electronics practicum  and  its feasibility.   This study  can  be  classified  as  research  and development study. It was conducted in the Electronics Engineering Education Department and State  Vocational School 2 Yogyakarta. The teaching aid was developed  through: conducting  needs analysis,  designing,  implementing,  and testing.  The  testing  was  carried  out  twice  covering  the performance   and feasibility.  The data were collected by using questionaires  distributed  to the users.  The students  of SMK Negeri 2  Yogyakarta were the   subjects  of  the research. In this study the data were analyzed  descriptively. The study findings showed  that  the  teaching  aid  could  be  realized  and  meet  the  competence required in the digital electronics subject. The score obtained from  the content validity test was 90% (categorized as very feasible).  The score of the material validity was 80% (categorized as feasible).  The score of the feasibility  in terms of the material aspect was 42% (categorized as feasible).  The technical aspect was scored 69.83% (categorized as feasible).

Abstract

ABSTRACKResearch purpose is know student trouble in developing ability desain PCB and determine steps that shouldbe done to increase ability desain PCB.Research design use survey method and by descriptive quantitative and qualitative. Population are ElectronicsTechnical Education and Electronics Technical students that take subject Technical Drawing teaching year 2010 /2011 and 2011 / 2012. Total respondents 34 persons from population which amounted 80 persons. Instrument usedis closed and open quesioner.Research conclusion: the most difficult in draw component symbol is transformator fingered by 38,24%respondents. The most difficult in draw code position component at PCB is arrange component a type of fingeredby 38,24% respondents. The most difficult in design band PCB is determine band junction fingered by 41,67%respondents. Steps that should be done to increase very ability design PCB for student that is: should be careful,patient, dilligence, make skets, read guide, use elektronics symbol pattren, learn from example, discussion withfriend, consider component used and measure, and early mendesain in paper millimeters block.Keyword : PBI, PBC design

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to develop Screencast-based learning media for the course of spreadsheets  and to investigate its performance. This study utilised research and development approach that consists of: (1) Preparation that includes preparing the tools and materials (2) Recording that includes selecting an area of captures, recording mode screencast, and audio settings on the recording device, (3) Editing that includes adding drawing and callouts elements, editing the timeline, adding zooming effects, animation effects, and audio supports for the introduction, backsound, and narration, (4) Publishing that includes publishing the edited video into a single unit, converting the video format into mp4 with the format factory, (5) Finishing that includes making quizzes then merging the videos and quizzes into united media with the.exe extension. The performance of the media video has achieved the determined plan. When it is run, auto play menu appears to select the screencast.exe.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to develop interactive learning media for the basic competency of Register Based on Guided Inquiry that can be utilized as learning media for the students. The study was conducted using the Research and Development method. The experiment was performed to determine the functions of navigation buttons of the media.The result of this study showed that all navigation functions operate properly with the percentage of 100 %.
