Abstract

The study aims to see how relationships are individually or concurrent with the title of influence return on equity, net profit margin, return on risked assets, and leverage against dividend payout ratio in the MNC36 index listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. This research observation uses purposive sampling with a partial testing (T-Test), simultaneous test (F-test), and adjusted R square test. The test results for this observation are (1) Return on equity had a negative but not profound effect on dividend payout ratio. (2) Net profit margin has a negative but profound effect on dividend payout ratio (3) Return on risked assets has no effect and no significance to dividend payout ratio. (4) Leverage had a negative but not profound effect on the dividend payout ratio. With the adjusted R square of 27.9% and influenced by other variables of the same magnitude, 72.1%. Then the overall result return on equity, net profit margin, return on risked assets, and leverage has simultaneous effects on the dividend payout ratio on the MNC36 index listed on the Indonesia stock exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the Impact of Infrastructure Development and the Role of Community Leaders on the Number of Visits and the Image of Spinsur Tourism in the Lake Toba region, North Sumatra. The research location was taken at Sipinsur Tourism Object, which is located in Paranginan District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The sample size used is 100 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The research was conducted from 2019 to 2020. There are two data collected, namely primary data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data obtained through books, literature and other sources. The research method uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that infrastructure development had no positive and insignificant effect on the number of visits, the role of community leaders had a positive and significant effect on the number of visits, and infrastructure development had no positive and insignificant effect on tourism image. The role of community leaders had a positive and significant effect on tourism image. The community has a positive and significant effect on the image of tourism, the role of community leaders has a positive and significant effect on the image of tourism, infrastructure development has no positive and insignificant effect on the image of tourism through the number of visits and the role of community leaders has a positive and significant effect on the image of tourism through the number of visits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow, sales and liquidity on profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis method by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public or generalization. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results showed that operating cash flow, sales and liquidity simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. In the coefficient of determination R2 Adjusted value obtained by 59% means that the variable variations in operating cash flow, sales and liquidity can explain its effect on profitability while the remaining 41% is a variation of other variables not explained in this study such as capital, income, etc. Operating cash flow partially has a positive and significant effect on profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. This shows that operating cash flow has a positive effect in theory as well as a significant significant effect in increasing profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. Partial sales have a positive and significant effect on profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. This shows that sales have a positive effect in theory and significantly influence significantly in increasing profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. Liquidity partially has a negative and not significant effect on profitability at PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 period. This shows that Liquidity has a negative and not significant effect in increasing the Profitability of PT Kencana Permata Nusantara for the 2014-2018 Period

Abstract

This research was conducted to see the effect of profitability, free cash flow, liquidity and sales growth on debt policy. This research was conducted in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the IDX with a population of 52 in 2016-2019. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 31 companies was obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research carried out, it can be seen that the liquidity variable partially has a negative and significant effect on debt policy. The variables of profitability, free cash flow and sales growth partially have no effect and are not significant to the debt policy. Simultaneously, the variables of profitability, free cash flow, liquidity and sales growth have a significant effect on debt policy. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to observe the effect of ROA, ROE, DER, and CR on stock returns in companies listed in the LQ 45 index on the IDX. Observations used the T test, F test, and used quantitative descriptive. Many populations were used for research, namely 45 companies in the 2017-2018 period and purposive sampling was carried out on this population to obtain samples. There are 31 companies obtained as samples. The data analysis technique used for this study is the multiple linear regression analysis technique. In this study, it shows partially only DER which has a positive and significant effect on stock returns and simultaneously the four variables used have a positive and significant effect on stock returns. Abstract

Tight competition where more and more producers are involved in meeting customer needs and desires, companies need to increase customer satisfaction by providing relatively cheap prices and providing quality products. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the price and quality of products in a simultaneous manner affect customer satisfaction at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa. This Research Hypothesis is the price and product quality Simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires and documentation techniques and data analysis methods using multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all customers at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa who bought 184 products. The sampling used in this study using Slovin formula, so the number of samples of this study were 65 people. The results of the multiple linear regression equation research in this study are Y = 1,503 + 0,568 X1 + 0,510X2.. The results showed that the price variable (X1) and product quality (X2) were positive for customer satisfaction (Y). This shows the price and quality of products can have an effect on increasing customer satisfaction. Partially shows that Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Partial test results show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous test results show that product prices and quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa and the coefficient of determination is 84.7% and the remaining 15.3% is explained by independent variables that are not examined. It is expected that PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa must further improve the performance of the company by striving that the price offered must be in accordance with market demand and the quality of the product and always provide the best products to customers by offering quality products to customers. Abstract

Management Study Program Faculty of Economics, University of Prima Indonesia Companies engaged in the food and beverage industry are included in the category of manufacturing companies that process raw materials into finished goods so that they have a selling value in the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, debt policy, dividend policy and investment decisions on company value in the Consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 Period. This research uses quantitative research methods because the research data is in the form of numbers and is analyzed using statistics and is causal in nature. The population in this research on the consumer goods industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange is 51 in the Consumer Goods Industry for the 2015-2019 period. The sample of this research is 17 companies with 85 financial reports. The result is that Profitability has an effect on Firm Value in the Consumer Goods Industry which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Debt Policy has an effect on Firm Value in the Consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Dividend Policy has no effect on Firm Value in the Consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Investment Decisions have no effect on Firm Value in the Consumer Goods Industry which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Profitability, Debt Policy, Dividend Policy and Investment Decisions have an effect on Firm Value in the Consumer Goods Industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, company activity, liquidity, and asset structure on the capital structure of consumer goods companies listed on the IDX. The sample used in the study was 32 companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2019 period. The independent variables in this study are profitability, company activity, liquidity, and asset structure. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is capital structure. The approach method used in this study is quantitative method. Judging from the results of this study that partially profitability has no and insignificant effect on capital structure, while company activities partially have a positive and significant effect on capital structure. and liquidity partially has a negative and significant effect on the capital structure, while the asset structure partially has no and insignificant effect on the capital structure. Simultaneously, profitability, company activity, liquidity, and asset structure have a significant and significant effect on capital structure.Based on the research results prove the value of the adjusted r squre () equal to 0.278 or 27.8%. This means that all independent variables are influenced by a number of 27.8% while 72.5% of the excess is influenced by variables outside the research.

Abstract

This study has aim to determine the effect of accounting profit, cash flow operating activity, cash flow of investment activities, cash flow funding activities on stock prices in the consumer goods industry company registered in (IDX). The sub-sector selected as a data study is the food and beverage sub-sector in 2018-2020, by having a population of 52 companies and using a purposive sampling technique of 27 companies and years of observation of this study are 3 (three) years and data obtained from www .idx.co.id. The data method used is multiple linear analysis. The approach carried out in this study was a quantitative and descriptive approach, based on the results of this researcher that accounting profit, cash flow operating activity, cash flow investment activity, cash flow funding activities had a significant effect on stock prices. The results of the simultaneous hypothesis gained that accounting profit, cash flow operating activity, cash flow investment activity, cash flow funding activities, had a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Laba Akuntansi, Arus Kas, Leverage dan Kebijakan Dividen memiliki pengaruh terhadap Return Saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2018–2021 dengan populasi penelitian sebanyak enam puluh enam (66) perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Teknik Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling lalu diperoleh sampel sebanyak tiga puluh lima (35) perusahaan. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan dari masing–masing perusahaan sampel yang dipublikasikan di www.idx.co.id. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Arus Kas, Leverage dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham sedangkan Laba Akuntansi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham. Secara simultan Laba Akuntansi, Arus Kas, Leverage dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2021.
