<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk mengetahui dasar pertimbangan hakim dan akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan dari Putusan Nomor 911/Pdt.Sus-Hki/2019. Penulisan dalam studi ini menerapkan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dan perundang-undangan yang disusun secara sistematis. Hasil penelitian dalam studi ini adalah dalam Putusan Hakim Mahkamah Agung tersebut memberikan pertimbangan bahwa produk Belleza atas nama PT. Mitramulia Makmur (Tergugat) memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan dengan produk Blossom milik Dart Industries, Inc (Penggugat), sehingga kasasi yang diajukan oleh Penggugat ditolak okeh Hakim Mahkamah Agung. Ditolaknya putusan tesebut menimbulkan akibat hukum, yakni tidak adanya pembatalan pendaftaran Desain Industri pembebanan biaya perkara yang dilimpahkan kepada Dart Industries, Inc. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to find out the basis for the judge's considerations and the legal consequences arising from the Supreme Court. This study follows normative law with a conceptual approach and legislation research method which is then grouped systematically. The research’s result is the Supreme Court Judge considered the Belleza product on behalf of PT. Mitramulia Makmur (Defendant) has a significant difference with Dart Industries, Inc's Blossom product (Plaintiff). Accordingly, Supreme Court Judge rejected the appeal filed by the Plaintiff. The rejection of the statement of claim resulted in legal consequences, namely the absence of cancellation of the registration of Industrial Designs and the imposition of court fees which were delegated to Dart Industries, Inc.]]>
