Abstract

Rehabilitasi psikologis sebagai program dalam menangani masalah psikologis dan perilaku tahanan saat ini sangat intensif dilakukan oleh manajemen Lapas Kerobokan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan meditasi cinta kasih kepada para warga binaan yang sedang menjalani rehabilitasi psikologis (terutama karena kecanduan narkoba). Meditasi loving-kindness berfokus pada menumbuhkan perasaan cinta dari dalam dan dapat membantu tahanan untuk menjadi lebih bahagia dan menumbuhkan harapan bagi masa depan. Kegiatan meditasi dilakukan dalam empat pertemuan dengan durasi pelatihan selama 90 menit. Kondisi psikologis diukur dengan skala DASS. Hasil analisis data dengan uji Paired t-test dengan bantuan SPSS 20 menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan meditasi tidak signifikan dalam menurunkan simtom stres, depresi, dan kecemasan. Namun hasil refleksi diri warga binaan secara kualitatif menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasa lebih tenang, lebih menyadari tubuh, dan merasa memiliki harapan di masa depan setelah latihan meditasi. Hal ini mengimplikasikan, bahwa secara kualitatif meditasi tetap membantu warga binaan di Lapas Kerobokan untuk belajar menyadari diri dan menjadi sarana keterampilan mengelola emosi agar dapat menumbuhkan benih pemikiran welas asih.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, many businesses in Bali were affected, especially those related to the tourism sector. One of the businesses affected is TwinSilver, TwinSilver is an SME of Silver and Natural Stone Crafts having its address at Jalan Siulan, East Denpasar. Under normal conditions, TwinSilver conducts direct marketing, where TwinSilver opens outlets/stands in Sanur tourist spots which are visited by many tourists, both domestic and foreign. In the midst of the current conditions TwinSilver is no longer able to do direct marketing and the stand was closed for several months. Seeing the condition of TwinSilver SMEs, it is necessary to utilize information technology so that the business can continue to run. Information technology that will be applied includes creating an online stand or creating a digital store. So it is hoped that with an online store, sales can still be carried out by TwinSilver SMEs even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. Keywords: information technology, online shop

Abstract

A community learning centre is a nonformal education that runs independently by and for community who are unable to finish formal education for any reasons. One of the challenges faces by students at the PKBM Mentari Fajar is lack of digital literacy. The Fourth Industrial Revolution which is indicated by disruption in information technology, connectivity of devices to the Internet known as Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence’s domination, and cultural changes force students to adapt themselves in new paradigm of learning. This community service aims to strengthen the foundation of digital literacy for students of Paket B and C at PKBM Mentari Fajar though workshop. This material of the workshop includes various topics such as using Google, checking validity of news, creating digital contents, and sharing news and digital content responsibly. The workshop was attended by ten students. During the workshop the students directly apply what the presenters demonstrate so that there is a two-way communication. At the end of the workshop, the team evaluates the workshop and gathers feedback from the students. The evaluation results suggest that 80% of the participants say that the workshop can improve their digital literacy especially creating and sharing digital content.
