Abstract

The purpose of research to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and environment physical work simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees, and test variables dominant influence on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. RB Pedungan with multiple linear regression analysis technique. Population is the whole subject of research as many as 90 employees number of samples obtained by using census method as much as 90 respondents. Based on the analysis concluded that the transformational leadership style and environment physical work it has positive and significant effect simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees. Transformational leadership style is the variable that most affects the performance of employees of PT. RB Pedungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kepuasan kerja di LPD Desa adat kerobokan yang berada di jalan Banyar Peliatan, Kerobokan, Bali. Populasi yang ada di LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan sebesar 46 dan semua Populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 23 indikator. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan. Berdasarkan pembahasan dan kesimpulan, maka disarankan bagi manajemen LPD Desa Adat Kerobokan utuk lebih meningkatkan kesempatan promosi yang ada di LPD, lebih dapat memotivasi dirinya sendiri, dan mampu lebih membuat karyawan merasa bangga dengan pendirian yang kuat

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational culture on the motivation in improving organizational citizenship behavior in PT. BPD Bali Renon Branch. The population used in this study were all employees at PT. BPD Bali Branch Renon totaling 88 employees using census sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is the technique of path analysis. The analysis showed that transformational leadership and significant positive effect on the motivation of the beta coefficient 0,349. Organizational culture positive and significant impact on the motivation of the beta coefficient 0.352. Motivation positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior with beta coefficient 0.393. Transformational leadership and significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior with beta coefficient 0.231. Organizational culture positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior with a beta coefficient of 0.275.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, and emotional intelligence on the performance of the employees either simultaneously or partially. The study was conducted at Si Doi Hotel and Restaurant in Legian with using employees as respondents of the study. Data collected through interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to determine the effect of variables simultaneously and partially emotional intelligence competencies and the performance of employees. Based on the results of analysis show that simultaneous variables and emotional intelligence competencies have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially variables competencies and emotional intelligence significant positive effect on employee performance Si Doi Hotel and Restaurant, Legian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-family conflict and job stress on employee TI at Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria, Bali. In this study, a population of 55 employees, because the population is relatively small, the census approach performed as a method of research, which uses the entire population as a respondent. Multiple linear regression analysis is used as a tool of analysis of this study. The results obtained in this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between work-family conflict on TI, as well as the existence of positive and significant influence between job stress on TI. The research has implications that the Harris Hotel Kuta Galleria reduce work-family conflict and job stress for employees that will impact on TI.

Abstract

Job satisfaction and OCB will reflect the positive attitude of each individual in completing tasks and loyalty to the company. This study focused on Alit's Beach Hotel Bali, Sanur. Total samples are 70 employees without leaders, using probability sampling methods. The study used path analysis model. The test results showed thatthe financial compensation affect significantlyon employee job satisfaction, significant effect of leadership style on employee job satisfaction, financial compensation significant effect on OCB, and leadership style significantly influence OCB and job satisfaction have a significant effect on OCB. Keywords: financial compensation, leadership style, job satisfaction, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB)
