Abstract

Pendekatan bauran pemasaran hijau (green marketing mix) diyakini dapat meningkatkan integrasi dari isu lingkungan pada seluruh aspek dari aktivitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel green marketing mix (green product, green price, green place dan green promotion) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Big Tree Frams. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive samplingsebanyak 125 orang konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada konsumen produk Big Tree Farms di Lotus Food Services Jimbaran, Badung. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah,Green marketing mix (green product, green price, green place dan green promotion) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian produkBig Tree Frams di Lotus Food ServicesJimbaran, Badung. Kata kunci : Green Marketing Mix, Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1) to analyze the influence of the perception of the price of the purchase intention of fashion products online in Denpasar, (2) to determine the effect of confidence on the product's purchase intention of fashion products online in Denpasar and (3) to determine the effect on the intention of shopping orientation and purchase products online fashion in Denpasar. This research was done by using multiple linear regression data analysis. The number of samples obtained by using purposive sampling method is a total of 112 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis can be argued that the price perceptions, beliefs and orientations simultaneously affect expenditure on purchase intention of fashion products online in Denpasar with Fhitung value (118.509) with sig (0,000). price perceptions, beliefs and orientations shopping partial significant positive effect on purchase intention of fashion products online in Denpasar. Suggestions can be recommended for online shopping providers are expected to provide information that is clear, complete and accurate information on the procedures for product ordering and payment, shipping and returns procedures, or exchange the product. Online product sellers should pay attention and keep better confidence in the services provided to consumers regarding the suitability of the goods sold by the fully informed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  store environment and situational factor on impulse buying behavior at Matahari Department Store Denpasar. The research conducted in the city of Denpasar by taking subjects in Matahari Department Store Denpasar. Amount of sample in this study is 120 sample with purposive technic sampling. Data were collected with questionnaires  and multiple regression analysis. Based on the result from this study, find that store environment and situational factor has significant and positive influence on the impulse buying behavior.

Abstract

The research has purpose to determine role of price discount in moderation effect of product knowledge and celebrity endorser on purchase intention. This research was in Denpasar City with 170 respondents as sample, purposive sampling method and dispersed using questionnaire with criteria that have been adjusted. The analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. The results indicated product knowledge had significant and positive effect on purchase intention, means higher product knowledge then increase purchase intention. Celebrity endorser didn’t has significant effect on purchase intention, meaning someone who has high product knowledge tends to ignore celebrity endorser related purchase intention. Price discount moderate weaken effect of product knowledge on purchase intention, meaning someone who has high product knowledge tends have doubts to buy related product quality such as product defects and durability of  product. Price discount can significantly moderate but meaningless because celebrity endorser didn’t has significant effect on purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap word of mouth dan keputusan pembelian, pengaruh word of mouth terhadap keputusan pembelian serta peran word of mouth memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian produk online shop Georgioswomen di Kota Denpasar. Penelitian dilakukan pada 100 responden berjenis kelamin perempuan di Kota Denpasar yang sudah pernah melakukan pembelian terhadap produk Georgioswomen. Jumlah responden ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner yang dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis) dan uji Sobel. Hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap word of mouth, variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel word of mouth berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, serta variabel word of mouth secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran brand awareness memediasihubungan kredibilitas endorser dengan online purchase intention dengan menggunakan situsbelanja online Bukalapak.com. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Kota Denpasar dengan jumlahresponden 110 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis).Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan hasil penelitian brand awareness berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap purchase intention. Abstract

Penerapan pemasaran hijau suatu perusahaan berkaitan dengan tanggung jawab perusahaan mengenai kelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pemasaran hijau dalam memediasi pengaruh persepsi nilai terhadap repurchase intension. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Garden Villa Seminyak Bali dengan jumlah responden 140 orang. Responden penelitian adalah konsumen yang sudah pernah menginap di lebih dari satu malam di Garden Villa Seminyak Bali. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Persepsi nilai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemasaran hijau; 2) Persepsi nilai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intension; 3) Pemasaran hijau memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat beli kembali; 4) Pemasaran hijau memediasi pengaruh persepsi nilai terhadap repurchase intension pada Garden Villa Seminyak Bali.

Abstract

Modern marketing using social media such as Facebook allow the marketers to have a two-way interaction with the consumers, let them give appreciation each other, allow the consumers to leave comments about the products, and the company can directly provide answers to the consumers’ questions and complaints. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of brand engagement on word of mouth. This research was conducted in Denpasar. The respondents are those who have clicked “like”, “share”, or “comment” button upon a particular brand on Facebook. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents who have met the criteria. This study used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. The results show that 1) Inner self has positive and significant impact on brand love Oriflame; 2) Social self has positive and significant impact on brand love Oriflame; 3) Brand love has positive and significant impacton Word of Mouth Oriflame on Facebook.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service to customer satisfaction through the perceived value in Sing Ken Ken Lifestyle Boutique Hotel. This study used 130 respondents through purposive sampling method. Data collection methods used through questionnaires. Data analysis technique which is technique of path analysis and test of sobel. The results showed that the service quality is positive and significant on the perceived value of the customer, the service quality is positive and significant on customer satisfaction, the perceived value of the customer, and the perceived value of consumers as mediation of service quality to customer satisfaction. The results showed that the service quality and customers perceived value can affect consumer satisfaction and the perceived value consumers can mediate the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of brand awareness mediates the relationship of endorser credibility with online purchase intention by using the online shopping site Bukalapak.com. The location of research was in Denpasar City with the number of respondents 110 people. Data analysis techniques used are Path Analysis. The results showed,  brand awareness has positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Celebrity endorsers has positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Celebrity endorsers has positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Brand awareness able to mediate the influence of celebrity endorser on purchase potential Bukalapak.com.
