Abstract

Quality of Work Life is a management system approach to coordinating and connecting the potential of Human Resources, where the quality of work life in the organization as a leader of the effort to meet the needs of members and organizations simultaneously and continuously. This study aims to determine whether the effect on Quality of Work Life Employee Performance PT. Flammable Bank Headquarters. This study used a quantitative approach, which becomes the main variable in this study is the Quality of Work Life (X) Employee Performance (Y). In this study population was 150 employees of PT. Bank of North Sulawesi with inaccuracy rate of 10%, the sample size in this study was 60 people through a calculation using the formula Slovin. From the results of successful data obtained through questionnaires, and calculated using simple regression analysis and simple correlation has been obtained significant data. After analyzing the correlation and regression method was then tested this hypothesis in hypothesis testing using t testing. in testing the t test assumed that reject Ho tcount > ttable and accept Ha if tcount<ttable. Having formulated the formula so that the result of t-test, t-test is 5.3454. After getting significant results with ttable tcount tested for 5% error level test two parties and dk= n-2 will be obtained ttable 1.67. So based on t = 5.3454 and 1.67, the ttest>ttable= 5.3454> 1.67. The results of the calculations between the quality of work life on employee performance with regression analysis showed that the quality of work life affects the performance of employees at PT. Bank Of North Sulawesi.   Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to investigate the influence of leader behaviors on employee performance. In this research uses descriptive quantitative approach to measure the relationship between the variables of leadership behavior and employee performance. The population in this study as many as 66 people, while the total sample of 45 respondents by means of simple regression analysis. The results showed that the behavior of the leader of a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Bank BTN (Persero), Tbk. Branch Office Manado. Therefore, should a leader must be able to demonstrate its capacity in order to improve employee performance.Keywords: Behavior Leader, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract : Reception and Contributions PBB-P2 is very important in supporting regional revenue.With the enforcement of the regulations in force in the region, it can provide an opportunity for local governments to carry out development based on the acceptance ofLocal Revenue. This study aims to, know and analyze the contribution of PBB-P2 on revenue in North Minahasa Regency in 2013 until 2015.The data collection technique used is the type of qualitative and quantitative data, primary and secondary data sources, observation, list of questions (questionnaire), the study documents.While the analytical technique used is the technique of contribution analysis.North Minahasa Regency is a new expansion area is carved out of Minahasa, Minahasa estimated first been inhabited by humans for thousands of years before Christ.The results of data analysis showed that (1) Total realized PBB-P2 in North Minahasa Regency annually increased,(2) The contribution of the PBB-P2 to the regional income shows, PBB-P2 has a good contribution to local revenues North Minahasa Regency that tax revenue from the sector PBB-P2 reliable as a source of revenue. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of labor discipline on the performance of employees at the Tax Office Pratama Manado. The method in this research using quantitative methods by means of correlation and regression analysis. From the results of research conducted work discipline is of significant importance to the values used in improving the performance of employees at the Tax Office Pratama Manado. Labor discipline and performance of employees showed significant differences, so that the otherwise positive relationship exists between the discipline of work with employee performance. Under the first hypothesis test of discipline working relationship with the employee's performance has a significant direction and shape of linear regression. Role in improving the performance of employees across differing greatly to the success of the performance of employees in the company or organization. To achieve a good performance of employees one of which will be obtained from labor discipline applied in any company or organization.Keywords: Discipline Work and Employee Performance
