Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian dalam skripsi ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SDIT (Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu) Persis dianggap membosankan bagi siswa karena cakupan materinya yang cukup luas dan aktifitas dalam proses pembelajaran kebanyakan didominasi oleh guru dan kurang melibatkan keaktifan siswa, selama ini metode mengajar yang sering digunakan oleh guru kurang variatif. Menyikapi permasalahan tersebut, perlu dikembangkan model pembelajaran yang tepat dan efektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Class Action Research) sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu  perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data: tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial pada siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil ketuntasan belajar klasikal siswa. Pada pelaksanaan pre test (tes awal) hanya 25%, meningkat pada siklus I yakni sebesar 46,43% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 75%. Nilai hasil belajar ini berada pada tingkat keberhasilannya berada pada kriteria yang sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukan peserta didik telah mampu menguasai materi. Sedangkan indikator proses pembelajaran adalah aktifitas pendidik dan peserta didik. Aktifitas pendidik atau peneliti pada siklus I adalah 78,33% kemudian meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90%. Sedangkan aktifitas peserta didik pada siklus I adalah 73,07%, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 86,54%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aktifitas pendidik dan peserta didik menunjukkan pada kriteria yang sangat baik.  Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran tipe Think Pair Share , Hasil Belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the source of job satisfaction and its effect partially or simultaneously on the performance of Activity Management Unit officer PNPM in Lumajang. Sources of job satisfaction were used in this study refers to the dimensions of job satisfaction include: (1) employment, (2) the conditions of employment, (3) salary, (4) co-workers, (5 ) the safety and security of employment , (6 ) supervision. Sources of job satisfaction will be tested influence either partially or simultaneously on performance. The population in this study is the Project Management Unit officer PNPM in Lumajang , with the number of samples taken as respondents by 37 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that only partially work variables that significantly influence the performance , while the variable conditions of employment , salary , co-workers, K3 and supervision no significant effect on performance. Simultaneously source of job satisfaction have a significant effect on performance. The coefficient of determination shows that the performance is influenced by 48.4 % performance can be explained by the variable of work , working conditions , salary , co-workers , occupational health and safety monitoring, while the remaining 51.6 % performance is influenced by other variables. Further research is expected to contribute in the development of management science studies , especially the management of human resources , so it can be a reference for similar research and advanced research

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to get an overview of the knowledge and financial aspects of entrepreneurship to be a decisive part in the management of Bumdesa. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results obtained are from the aspect of financial literacy of the Bumdesa management on human resource input, knowledge of the preparation of financial reports and the inadequate ability to analyze financial statements so that they have not been able to make financial reports as a basis for decision making. The financial aspect of entrepreneurship can be seen from the Bumdesa business idea. running a business idea, the ability to organize a business, develop innovation as a whole have been implemented, but have not run optimally, so that it has an impact on the Bumdesa financial performance.
