Abstract

Disease caused by the corona virus, otherwise known as COVID-19, is a new breed that was discovered in 2019 and has never been identified as attacking humans before. The corona virus can easily spread and infect anyone regardless of age. This virus can be transmitted easily through contact with sufferers. Health quarantine is the limitation of activities and / or separation of a person who is exposed to an infectious disease as stipulated in laws and regulations even though he has not shown any symptoms to prevent the possibility of spreading to people around him. Preventive action activities require knowledge in order to educate the public in making decisions for preventive action. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and prevention measures for Covid-19. This research is a quantitative study, with a correlation analytic design. Data were analyzed with spearment correlation. The sample used in this study were residents of RW 07, Pesantren Kota Kediri, who were taken randomly through the google form application which was distributed through the WhatsApp group. The number of samples taken was 90 respondents. The results of statistical tests, it was found that the p value was 0.001, which means that the p value was less than alpha (P <0.05), which means that Ho was rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between knowledge of Covid-19 prevention measures.

Abstract

The Community Mental Health Implementation Team or TP-KJM is a team at the District/City level which consists of several elements and is directly involved in mental health issues in the community. The purpose of this study was to provide an overview of the stigma and perceptions of the TP-KJM regarding mental health problems in the community. This research design is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were part of the TP-KJM, as many as 46 respondents. Data were collected using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire The results showed that 57% of the TP-KJM had a negative stigma and 43% had a positive stigma regarding mental health problems in the community. The description of negative stigma includes assuming that people with mental disorders (ODGJ) cannot control themselves (33%), cannot be allowed to do their own activities outside (26%), people who cannot take care of themselves (24%), are dangerous (22%), disturbing the peace in society (20%), unable to work normally (17%), have no future (4%), disgrace in the family and society (4%), and disturbs the safety of others and the environment (2%).

Abstract

Anak usia pra sekolah mengalami perkembangan emosi. Dengan bertambahnya usia anak sudah mampu mengekspresikan emosinya. Peran ibu sangat penting untuk mengetahui perkembangan emosi pada anaknya. Untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang perkembangan emosi anak usia pra sekolah usia 3-6 tahun. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi dengan desain cross setional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 36 orang dengan simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengukuran variabel dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisa data Kendall Tau. Hasil: Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan pengetahuan ibu terhadap perkembangan emosi anak (61%) terkategori dalam pengetahuan baik. Perkembangan emosi anak (50%) mempunyai emosi di level 5. Berdasarkan uji statistik Kendall Tau diperoleh koefisien korelasi r : -0,326 dan tingkat signifikasi P=0,038. Hasil pengukuran diketahui terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang perkembangan emosi anak dengan perkembangan emosi anak usia pra sekolah. Hasil statistika dengan nilai signifikan (2 tailed) lebih kecil dari a dengan angka kepercayaan 95% yang ditunjukkan dari uji Kendall Tau dengan korelasi negatif yang menunjukkan korelasi lemah. Diskusi: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, diharapkan untuk penelitian selanjutnya peneliti mengembangkan variabel yang terkait dengan faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembengan emosi.

Abstract

To prevent the complications of hypoglycemia in people with diabetes, good and proper health education can increase the awareness of people with diabetes to want to change behavior in undergoing treatment programs so that sugar levels can be controlled and prevent various acute complications, especially complications of hypoglycemia. Increased knowledge is the basic principle of overcoming hypoglycemia in patients with diabetes mellitus independently and intensively. Education and behavior have shown a reduced risk of hypoglycemia for patients with diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hypoglycemic education on the incidence of hypoglycemia. This study used a Quasi Experiment design, the experimental design used was The Pretest-Posttest design without a control group. The technique used was total sampling. The sample used in this study was DM sufferers who came to Posyandu Lansia Desa Balowerti who had health problems with diabetes mellitus. Bivariate analysis was performed with a statistical test dependent sample t-test (paired t test.) The number of samples taken was Diabetes Mellitus patients who came to the posyandu of elderly balowerti, with a total of 20 respondents. The study was conducted in September 2019. The statistical test results obtained p value of 0.048, which means p value is less than alpha (P <0.05) which means Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there are differences in blood sugar levels of patients with diabetes mellitus before education and after diabetes exercise posyandu elderly balowerti village of Kediri .
