Abstract

Pada saat ini, perkembangan industri semakin pesat dan mengakibatkan terjadinya pasar bebas, sehingga perusahaan saling bersaing untuk mencari keuntungan dan konsumen. CV. Cat Style adalah perusahaan produsen sandal yang melakukan sub kontrak dengan PT. Eigerindo. Penyebab ketidakpuasan konsumen adalah banyaknya jumlah cacat dengan jenis missing label pada produk sandal S100 Velocity. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan peninjauan terhadap kinerja proses pada CV.Cat Style. Perbaikan kualitas dapat diselesaikan dengan metode Six Sigma melalui tahap Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh sigma level sebesar 2,889σ. Setelah dilakukan implementasi perbaikan, didapatkan sigma level 3,705σ. Dengan meningkatnya nilai sigma, dapat dikatakan bahwa terjadi peningkatan performansi perusahaan. Kata kunci: Perbaikan Kualitas, Six Sigma, Jumlah Cacat, Manufaktur, DMAIC   ABSTRACT Nowadays, industry development is growing so fast and resulting free market, certainly lead to companies competition to get high profits and the right consumer markets. CV.Cat Style produces sandals and has a sub contract relationship with PT.Eigerindo. Dissatisfaction on costumers is because of missing label defect on sandal S100 Velocity. Therefore, it is necessary to review the performance process in CV.Cat Style. The quality improvement could be solved by the method of Six Sigma through Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control. Based on data, the result of sigma level is 2,889σ. After the implementation of improvements in some processes, obtained sigma level of 3.705σ. it means a performance increasing of the company. Abstract

Social media marketing and change in consumer behavior when traveling in the digital era present opportunities for the tourism sector. Aligned with these facts, digital content marketing becomes more important in improving consumer engagement through social media. Content marketing currently has shifted to a digital world known as digital content marketing. The more people view content on social media, the more it affects consumer engagement. Thus, a study is required to determine how social media marketing can help promote Indonesian locations., especially when Indonesia is trying to cope with many losses due to the pandemic. This study used content analysis to identify the differences between digital content marketing of the travel content by identifying 150 informative and persuasive content and analyzing consumer engagement on the social media platform Instagram. The results show that persuasive content has the most impact on consumer engagement. Also, this study can contribute to digital content marketing and consumer engagement concept literature in the tourism context.
