Abstract

Electronic Office (e-Office) merupakan layanan aplikasi yang dikembangkan dengan konsep Paperless guna meminimalisir penggunaan kertas dalam administrasi perkantoran, korespondensi surat-menyurat bagi setiap karyawan/pejabat suatu institusi secara elektronis. Selain itu e-Office sebagai salah satu hasil dari perkembangan teknologi tentunya akan membantu pegawai di kantor maupun institusi dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas perkantoran yang membutuhkan pelaporan yang cepat dan pengarsipan yang baik untuk pimpinan. Sehingga apabila pimpinan membutuhkan pelaporan bisa didapatkan hasilnya dengan cepat dan akurat dan menghasilkan laporan yang dapat di-generate dengan cepat berdasarkan data terpadu yang ada didalam sistem e-office. Pemanfaatan e-office masih kurang berkembang karena budaya dan perilaku pegawai yang masih konvensional. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan terjun langsung kelapangan, memberikan pelatihan kepada TU UIN Imam Bonjol Padang dan hasil yang menerapkan aplikasi berbasis web yang dibangun sehingga dapat memudahkan pegawai dalam melakukan pencarian dokumen yang dikehendaki dan apabila dokumen telah diketemukan maka dokumen dapat di unduh dan dilakukan disposisi ke pegawai yang lain.

Abstract

Saat ini dalam kegiatan pemesanan Kuring Taman Palem Cafe & Resto masih menggunakan cara konvensional, keberadaan sistem yang digunakan selama ini belum dapat dijadikan sarana yang baik karena belum adanya suatu program komputer khusus seperti contoh proses pendataan, pemesanan, booking dan laporan terlebih dahulu dicatat secara manual dan disimpan dibuku besar hal ini menyebabkan terkadang adanya ketidakakuratan data saat akan dilakukan pendataan ulang dan juga tidak tersusun secara rapi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi pemesanan menu yang dapat mengelola data menu, data pengguna, data pemesanan dan data booking. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode Prototype sebagai metode pengembangan dan permodelan menggunakan UML (Unified Model Language). Sedangkan pembuatan websitenya sendiri menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan MySQL untuk pengolahan Database dan bahasa pemrograman Java untuk aplikasi android. Dengan adanya sistem informasi pemesanan menu ini, maka diharapkan dapat membatu KURING TAMAN PALEM CAFE & RESTO dalam mengelola data pemesanan serta dapat menjadi sarana informasi dan promosi bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

PNPM Mandiri is an organization engaged in financing small and medium enterprises in the community. The problem that always occurs is an error in determining the loan status resulting in bad credit. This study aims to present a classification analysis model for determining loan status at PNPM Mandiri. The classification analysis model was built using the Perceptron algorithm artificial neural network. The analysis model will later be optimized using the Person Correlation (PC) method to measure the accuracy of the variables used. The research dataset is based on historical data from the last 2 years as many as 67 data samples. The analysis variables consist of Business Type (X1), Loan Amount (X2), Collateral (X3), Income (X4), and Expenses (X5). The results of the analysis show that the model built can provide optimal classification results. These results can be seen based on the results of variable measurements using the PC method indicating that variable X2 has no significant relationship. With the results of these measurements, the performance of the artificial neural network presents maximum results in determining loan status. Overall, the results of this study can provide an effective analytical model as well as an alternative solution for determining loan status.

Abstract

Problems The development of Information Technology plays an important role in human life. With the development of Information Technology, humans can easily get information and humans can easily carry out daily activities with the help of existing technology. Technology brings people to see the outside world further, open their minds to think, and build creativity to create new things, one of the technologies that is currently developing very rapidly is smartphone-based technology, especially Android. Many android applications are very helpful at this time such as health applications, transportation and there are also educational games. Educational games can make it easier to learn, sometimes when learning someone will be faced with conditions where it is difficult to understand the lesson, so with the educational game it is hoped that it can help users understand the lessons in the game, besides that educational games are a very fun learning tool for students. , because students will be happier and easier to understand by playing while learning

Abstract

The savings and loan cooperative “Doni Jaya Cooperative” is a savings and loan cooperative that provides solutions in helping to provide funds for various needs quickly and with an easy loan process. Associated with the loan process, many credit applicant members often complain that the credit application process is long and too convoluted. Currently, the maximum time limit from the registration stage to the credit realization stage, set by the Doni Jaya Cooperative, is a maximum of 7 (seven) working days. There are many credit arrears originating from borrowers. The increase in the ratio of delinquent loans has forced the Doni Jaya Cooperative to be more careful and selective in extending credit to its members, while the Doni Jaya Cooperative is required to cover the credit realization target every month. By applying the MOORA method in determining the recipient of a revolving capital loan at the Doni Jaya Cooperative, it makes it easier for the Cooperative to speed up the process of determining which loan recipients are eligible to get a revolving capital loan
