Abstract

Saat ini Credit Union atau sering di sebut Koperasi Kredit menurut Undang-Undang Perkoperasian No.25 tahun 1992, lebih mengakar gerakannya dalam kehidupan masyarakat, terutama dalam upaya menumbuhkan kekuatan ekonomi rakyat. Permasalahannya dalam pengembangan ekonomi rakyat masih terbentur pada persoalan modal usaha, sehingga akses untuk meningkatkan dan menumbuhkan ekonomi masyarakat kecil hampir dapat dikatakan jalan di tempat.Usaha-usaha besar yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan lebih didominasi oleh pemilik modal asing. Keberadaan usaha besar tersebut hanya untuk kepentingan pemilik modal itu sendiri. Karena itu bisa dipastikan usaha masyarakat hanya memperlancar para pemilik modal dan bukan untuk kepentingan rakyat kecil. Masyarakat ekonomi lemah tidak mempunyai kekuatan untuk melawan dan menyaingi pemilik modal. Dengan demikian pengusaha besar pengusaha besar dan pemilik modal dapat memanfaatkan masyarakat yang tidak berdaya untak meningkatkan ekonomi mereka. Dari dasar pemikiran dan perlakuan inilah Credit Union hadir sebagai upaya untuk membantu masyarakat dalam kepemilikan modal.Modal usaha dapat diperoleh dari Credit Union, karena mereka yang menjadi anggota sekaligus menjadi pemilik dan pengguna jasa Credit Union tersebut, sehingga mereka tidak tergantung pada pemilik modal dan lembaga-lembaga keuangan yang lain.Kata kunci: Ekonomi kerakyatan, koperasi, credit union

Abstract

AbstractThis thesis entitled "Analysis of Compensation In Increasing Employees Productivity At Cooperative Loan Nasari". The purpose of this study is to know: 1) Implementation of compensation, 2) Working productivity of cooperative employees, 3) provision of compensation in increasing work productivity.The research method used in this research is descriptive method. The form of research is case study. The author uses data collection techniques in the form of direct communication techniques and documentary studies. Data collection tools used in the form of interview guides and documents. Results of the study States that (1) The enactment of the awarding of compensation that is in the cooperative loan Nasari has been cooperative with the ability to adapt, (2) Employee Productivity high KSP Nasari It is seen from a comparison of the productivity index (IP) average of 0.20, and provides facilities to support the work of the employees, as well as paying attention to the needs of the employee but does not harm employees and employees provide labor productivity as a consequence the maximum over the compensation received. (3) the granting of compensation to the employee cooperative administrators can increase the level of productivity of 4.05. Keywords: Provision of Compensation, Work Productivity, Cooperative Employee

Abstract

 AbstractThis study was conducted at SMPN 23 South Pontianak were found that the motivation of learners in the learning IPS subject is low. It is marked by the phenomenon of many learners still lackluster in the following study like chatting with a partner, homework at school and late in collecting duties. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods and approaches correlation with a sample of 30 students of class VII B. This study uses statistical test simple linear regression method of data used to examine the influence of peers to motivate learners by using questionnaires. conditions peers in class VII B SMP 23 South Pontianak  gained by 71.66% so that peers can be categorized to "good". the motivation of learners in class VII SMPN 23 South Pontianak obtained by 77.61% so the motivation of learners categorized as "Good". Peer influence on the motivation of learners obtained from R Square 0.603, so the contribution of the influence of peers on motivation to learn of 60.3% while the remaining 39.7% is influenced by her other factors not examined in this study. In this study the influence of peers on motivation to learn categorized pretty good..
