Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengelolaan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai di Biro Humas dan Protokol Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, sedangkan untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Pembahasannya diarahkan untuk mengetahui fakta yang sebenarnya bagaimana pengelolaan tersebut dilaksanakan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pengelolaan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai di Biro Humas dan Protokol Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan kurang baik. Hal tersebut dikarenakan hanya dua aspek pengelolaan oleh Biro Humas dan Protokol Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang dalam teorinya sudah baik, tetapi seluruh aspek tidak diterapkan dengan baik. Empat aspek pengelolaan yakni: Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pengarahan, dan Pengawasan, hanya aspek Perencanaan dan Pengorganisasian yang dilaksanakan dengan cukup baik tetapi belum maksimal oleh Biro Humas dan Protokol Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Kata kunci: Pengelolaan, Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out, understand, and analyze the modalities that were RA. Anita Noeringhati's victory factor as a member of the Regional House of Representative of South Sumatra Province 2019. The method used is a qualitative research method with interviews and documentation data collection techniques. Based on the data obtained, the modalities that support RA. Anita Noeringhati's victory are, first, economic capital in the form of assets, and donations from the party. Second, social capital consists of social interaction with political elites, organizations and society, and forms of community trust. Third, cultural capital in the form of RA. Anita Noeringhati's ability to deal with the public. Fourth, symbolic capital in the form of political experience, and awards obtained by RA. Anita Noeringhati. The capital that plays the most role in RA. Anita Noeringhati's victory is the social capital that she has built for a long time.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu gulma yang cukup luas penyebarannya di ekosistem hutan Dipterokarpa, Ungu Kucing (Eupatorium odoratum) ternyata mempunyai manfaat sebagai obat herbal yang mampu mengatasi penyakit rematik dan asam urat. Secara etnobotani, pembuktian oleh masyarakat sekitar hutan dusun Nyapa Indah telah banyak dijumpai. Oleh karena itu, studi ini menyediakan data uji laboratoris tentang kandungan kimia Daun Ungu Kucing sebagai anti rematik dan asam urat, serta senyawa kimia turunannya yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif bahan obat herbal aktif lainnya. Dalam rangka memperkenalkan dan meningkatkan pemanfaatan Daun Ungu Kucing sebagai bahan obat aktif, maka ekstrak Daun Ungu Kucing akan diuji fitokimia dan GC-MS sebagai analisa lanjutannya. Hasil uji fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa E. odoratum mengandung alkaloid, triterpenoid, tannin dan steroid. Alkoloid telah dipergunakan luas sebagi bahan obat terapi rematik dan penyembuhan asam urat. Hasil GC-MS menunjukkan bahwa selain sebagai obat rematik dan asam urat, senyawa carbamic acid ethyl ester memiliki bioaktifitas antimikroba dan antijamur. Sedangkan senyawa 2,6-Dichloro-4-nitrophenol dipercaya untuk membantu fungsi hati (antihepatitis).

Abstract

This study discusses regional employees who have different legal positions and statuses from one another. The purpose of this study was to find out the legal status of regional company employees in the working relationship of the regional government and Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD). The research method used is normative juridical which focuses on the application of regulations regarding BUMD and local governments in determining the legal status of employees. A regional company greatly determines the implementation of regional companies through determining the legal status in the form of PKWT and PKWTT based on the laws and regulations governing the legal status of employees in regional companies. The position and legal status of each regional employee will determine the rights and obligations that will be received by regional company employees.

Abstract

Warga sekitar KHDTK (Kawasan Hutan Dengan Tujuan Khusus) Labanan, Kabupaten Berau memanfaatkantumbuhan obat untuk menjaga kesehatan tubuh, salah satunya adalah daun Sirih hitam. Secara taksonomi,Sirih Hitam memiliki nama latin Piper betle L., namun memiliki sedikit perbedaan morfologi daun. Adanyaperbedaan morfologi memungkinkan adanya perbedaan sifat kimia yang terkandung dalam daun Sirih Hitam.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komponen fitokimia dan menduga kandungan kimia daun sirihhitam menggunakan GC-MS sebagai dasar pertimbangan dalam pemanfaatan daun Sirih Hitam pada skalayang lebih luas. Daun Sirih Hitam yang diperoleh diserbukkan dan dimaserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96% v/v.Ekstrak yang telah dipekatkan kemudian diuji fitokimia dan GC-MS. Hasil uji fitokimia daun Sirih Hitammengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, dan terpenoid. Hasil uji GC-MS pada daun Sirih Hitam mengandung 3 (tiga)komponen utama, yaitu cyclohexene methanol sebanyak 29,92%, 11-octadecenoic acid, methyl estersebanyak 9,57%, 9-octadecenoic acid, methyl ester sebesar 7,02%, dan beberapa senyawa lain yangkonsentrasinya lebih kecil dari 7%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to determine how the management of the Income Supplement Employees in Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, while for engineering data collection using in-depth interview techniques, documentation, and observations. His discussion is directed to find out the true facts of how the management is implemented. These results indicate that the Management of the Income Supplement Employees in the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province unfavorable. That is because only two aspects of the management by the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province which in theory is good, but the whole aspect is not implemented properly. Four aspects of the management: Planning, Organizing, Directing, and Controlling, the only aspect of Planning and Organizing performed reasonably well but has not been maximized by the Public Relations and Protocol Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. Abstract

This study discusses the role of women in the legislature, especially in the Regional House of Representatives of Province. Women in Indonesia are formally strong enough because there are many provisions in various laws and other regulations that provide juridical protection for women. The representation of women in the dissertation legislature is actively involved in the legislative decision-making process, budgeting and supervision will produce gender-responsive government and development policies as strategic instruments to realize gender justice and equality in various aspects of development. However, the role of women as members of the legislature is still undervalued, including members of the legislature in the Regional House of Representatives of Province. In this case, analyze the problem by using an institutional approach. The institutional approach is one that explains what should be, not what it really is. The main idea of ​​institutional theory is that organizations are shaped by the institutional environment that surrounds them. There are four concepts from the institutionalism approach, namely Categorical Adjustments, Structural Adjustments, Procedural Adjustments and Personnel Adjustments.
