Abstract

Firm value is a measure of the success of management in managing company assets. Every shareholder always hopes that every fund invested can contribute to their prosperity. Through the measurement of company value, it will be known the success of the management in meeting the expectations of shareholders. This study aims to determine the value of Islamic banking companies in Indonesia that have sold their shares to the public (go public). The number of samples is 3 (three), Islamic Banks, with a data observation period starting from 2018 to 2020. Secondary data were obtained through the websites www.idx.co.id and www.idnfinancials.com, the data analysis method used was quantitative descriptive. The conclusion that can be drawn is that the company value of Islamic banks has a good ratio, it is known that the Tobin's Q ratio of all Islamic banks is greater than 1 in the 2018-2020 period, which means that management can manage company assets well and can meet shareholders expectations. In general, the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia has increased which is known from the average Tobin's Q ratio which increases every year, so it is known that the company's management performance is getting more optimal.

Abstract

The accounting information system was implemented by the Aceh Financial Management Agency in 2008. The accounting information system used is the Regional Financial Management System (Sistem Manajemen Keuangan Daerah / SIMAKDA) application. Because this application has expired with the previous vendor, in 2012 the Aceh Financial Management Agency used a new accounting information system, namely Regional Financial Management Information System (Sistem Informasi Penelolaan Keuangan Daerah/SIPKD). In this study, because the data is presented in the descriptive form and describes what is contained in the Aceh Financial Management Agency, then the analysis of the problem uses qualitative analysis methods. Where after the data is obtained and processed, the data is analyzed and compared to further describe how far the suitability. The implementation of the Accounting Information system at the Aceh Financial Management Agency has been carried out a quite well-using computer equipment such as in making various forms and records, namely how to make cash and non-cash transaction proof forms. The application of the form is complete, accurate, and easy to understand.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga sewa, fasilitas, dan lokasi terhadap permintaan Rusunawa Keudah Kota Banda Aceh. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 395 KK responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode Slovin sehingga observasi sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 80 KK responden. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga sewa, fasilitas dan lokasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan Rusunawa Keudah Kota Banda Aceh. Selanjutnya harga sewa secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan Rusunawa Keudah Kota Banda Aceh, fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan Rusunawa Keudah Kota Banda Aceh serta lokasi sewa secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan Rusunawa Keudah Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan semakin mendorong pihak pengelola Rusunawa Kota Banda Aceh untuk menempatkan variabel harga sewa, fasilitas dan lokasi sebagai salah satu tolak ukur dalam meningkatkan permintaan Rusunawa Kota Banda Aceh.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa nilai economic value added (EVA) dan financial value added (FVA) pada perusahaan transportasi udara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia saat pandemi covid-19. EVA dan FVA jika bernilai positif maka akan menandakan nilai perusahaan yang cukup baik, namun sebaliknya jika bernilai negatif maka akan menunjukkan kinerja yang tidak baik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan nilai EVA dan FVA yang beragam, ada EVA dan FVA yang bernilai positif dan ada juga EVA dan FVA yang bernilai negatif. Jika dilihat dari sebelum covid dan saat covid rata-rata industry EVA dan FVA mengalami penurunan, namun jika di lihat dari setiap perusahaan ada sebagian perusahaan yang tidak pengaruh dengan adanya covid-19.
