Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effort that has been done by Women Empowerment,Child Protection and Family Planning Bureau (BP3AKB) of Semarang city. This is aqualitative research. The technique of collecting data employed interviews, documentation,book references, and related agencies official documents. The results showed that: a)SERUNI service center is not optimal, can be seen from number of violence against womenstill remains high from year to year. b) Limited mentor in SERUNI service center that werelacking, budget to handling are less dan facilities and infrastructure to reporting andassistance is good enough. c) Factors that affect the handling of violence against women inSemarang City is the quantity of human resources are inadequate, the commitmentIntegrated SERUNI service centers to provide maximum services to victims of violence,lack of budget assistance, facilities and infrastructure SERUNI service centers inadequate,lack of awareness and community participation in the elimination of violence againstwomen, characteristics abusers are difficult to handle, and Semarang as destination forjob seekers.Keywords: Public Service, Violence Against Women, Affecting Factors

Abstract

Setiap manusia mempunyai tujuan yang berbeda dalam hidupnya,karena pengaruh pengetahuan dan pengalamannya yang berbeda. Namunsetiap manusia akan sama dalam satu hal yaitu ingin mempertahankanhidup dan memenuhi kebutuhan hidupnya. Untuk mencapai tujuan itumanusia harus melakukan aktivitas-aktivitas tertentu. Manusia tentumemiliki kemampuan yang terbatas untuk mencapai tujuannya, manusiamemerlukan bantuan dari manusia lainnya. Untuk itu manusia harusbekerja dalam mencapai tujuannya atau berorganisasi.Manajemen sumber daya manusia sangatlah penting bagiperusahaan / instansi dalam mengelola, mengatur dan memanfaatkankaryawan pegawai sehingga dapat berfungsi secara produktif demitercapainya tujuan perusahaan / instansi. Hal ini perlu, mengingat sumberdaya manusia merupakan elemen penentu dalam tercapainya tujuanperusahaan.Pegawai merupakan aset organisasi yang utama. Bagaimanapunsempurnanya perencanaan, kebijakan, maupun, peralatan, dan teknologimutakhir yang dimiliki suatu perusahaan tidak ada artinya bila tidak adafaktor yang menggerakkannya.Apabila sumber daya diperhatikan secaratepat dan menggunakannya dengan tepat, sudah tentu organisasi akanmenjadi dinamis dan berkembang pesat, sehingga pencapaian tujuanorganisasi berupa pemberian pelayanan terbaik kepada masyarakat dapattercapai.

Abstract

This research was conducted aiming to look at the factors that influence the success of micro, small and medium enterprises based on innovative economy in the city of Semarang. This can be seen from the key factor in fulfilling MSMEs based on a creative financial system in the form of the progress of MSMEs in the city of Semarang today. The population in this study were 50 SMEs in the city of Semarang. The data series strategy in this study, the use of the note series strategy through questionnaires, and documentation shows that the advertising variables on the fulfillment of SMEs and the creative economy system have insignificant results. The results of this study indicate that all logo variables on the achievement of SMEs and innovative financial systems have great results.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of teamwork and communication on employee performance in the preparation department of PT Kanindo Makmur Jaya Jepara. The population in this study was 250 employees, while the sample in this study was 150 respondents using the Sloven formula. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The independent variables in this research are teamwork and communication, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The data analysis method in this research uses validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, model feasibility tests, partial tests, and determination tests. The results of this research prove that the teamwork variable has a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the results of the t test which shows a regression coefficient value of 0.170 and a significance value of 0.010 <0.05. The communication variable has a significant effect on employee performance, this is proven by the results of the t test, which obtained a regression coefficient value of 0.680 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that Teamwork and Communication have a significant effect on the Performance of PT Preparation Department Employees. Kanindo Makmur Jaya Jepara. Suggestions that can be given to PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya, especially in the preparation department, can maintain teamwork and communication so that the performance of its employees can always be good and improve so that production activities can run smoothly.
