Abstract

Teknik pengelasan telah lama digunakan untuk menyambung logam dengan adanya media panas. Busur listrik, nyala oxy-acetylene, dan gesekan digunakan sebagai sumber panas. Pengelasan gesekan adalah prosedur pengelasan keadaan padat di mana panas dihasilkan oleh dua logam yang saling bergesekan, menyebabkan logam meleleh dan kemudian membeku bersama, membentuk sambungan las. Pengelasan fusi adalah jenis sambungan las yang paling umum saat ini. Keuntungan dari pengelasan ini adalah tidak memerlukan logam pengisi, cepat, dan suhu operasi di bawah titik leleh logam. Manfaat lain dari proses pengelasan ini adalah menghemat bahan dengan tidak memerlukan logam pengisi, fluks, atau gas pelindung, serta memiliki waktu pengelasan yang singkat. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengelasan gesek untuk mengetahui sifat mekanis pada pengelasan gesek logam AISI D2/ AISI 304. Metode yang digunakan dengan pengujian yaitu : uji tarik dan uji kekerasan (Vickers). Pada pengujian ini didapat nilai uji tarik paling tinggi terdapat pada specimen no 9 yaitu 352Mpa denagn parameter waktu gesek 70s, tekanan tempa 2,5 Mpa dan waktu tempa 35s. dan untuk hasil Uji kekerasan dengan nilai yang tinggi terdapat pada specimen no 9 area weld yaitu 649HV dengan parameter waktu gesek 70s, tekanan tempa 2,5 Mpa dan waktu tempa 35s. Welding techniques have been used extensively in joining metal to hot media. The heat source used comes from an electric arc, an oxy-acetylene flame and friction. Friction welding is a method of solid state welding, where the heat generated by two metals rubbing together so that the metal melts and then solidifies together into a weld joint. Welding joints that are most widely used today is fusion welding. The advantages of this welding are that it does not require a charger, the welding time is fast and the operating temperature is below the melting point of the metal. Other advantages of this welding technique are material preservation because it does not require a charger, flux and gas shield, short welding time and operating temperature below the melting point of the metal. This study discusses friction welding to see the mechanical of AISI D2 / AISI 304 metal friction welding. The methods used are: , tensile test and hardness test (Vickers). In this test, the highest tensile test value was found in specimen No. 9, namely 352Mpa with the parameters of friction time of 70s, forging pressure of 2.5 Mpa and forging time of 35s. and for the results of the hardness test with a high value found in specimen No. 9 the weld area is 649HV with a friction time parameter of 70s, forging pressure of 2.5 Mpa and forging time of 35s.

Abstract

This article aims to identify how development compares to tourism potential in Pemangkat Village and Tanjung Village. The difference is in the form of infrastructure and local government involvement in supporting the tourism potential of the two villages. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely by carrying out the process of collecting data through the process of observation, documentation and interviews. Informants in this study were five people selected based on snowball sampling. This study describes a tourist village in West Kalimantan, so this research explains the differences and comparisons of the two tourism villages. The results of this study indicate that the surrounding community is highly participating in advancing this tourism. This can be seen in the construction of facilities through government assistance, while Tanjung Village still requires assistance from the government and related stakeholders.
