Abstract

Mikroplastik merupakan salah satu bahan pencemar berukuran mikro dan berdampak negatif terhadap makhluk hidup dan lingkungan. Mikroplastik dapat didistribusikan ke perairan laut karena faktor hidrodinamika dan aktivitas antropogenik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui disitribusi mikroplastik di pesisir barat Pulau Karimun Provinsi Kepulauan Riau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan teknik purposive sampling. Lokasi penelitian ditetapkan 4 stasiun yaitu stasiun 1 Teluk Senang (hutan mangrove), stasiun 2 Pantai Pangke (kawasan wisata), stasiun 3 Tanjung Melolo (pelabuhan Roro) dan stasiun 4 Tanjung Balai (padat penduduk). Pengambilan sampel pada saat air pasang dan surut. Kelimpahan mikroplastik di daerah penelitian berkisar antara 86.00-112.00 partikel/m3. Kelimpahan mikroplastik Tertinggi berada di Tanjung Balai dan terendah berada di Tanjung Melolo. Jenis mikroplastik yang ditemukan adalah fiber, film dan fragmen. Kelimpahan jenis mikroplastik tertinggi adalah fiber dengan 44,5 partikel/m3 (47%), kemudian film 31 partikel/m3 (32%) dan fragmen 19,75 partikel/m3 (21%). Mikroplastik tersebar di seluruh perairan Pantai Barat Pulau Karimun. Penghitungan tertinggi terjadi di kawasan padat penduduk (Tanjung Balai).

Abstract

The Information Technology-Based Mutual Funding Service Industry (LPBBTI) or known as Fintech P2P Lending is in great demand by the unbanked, this has attracted many illegal P2P lending platforms to also enliven this industry. One of the legal problems that arose later was the misuse of personal data of loan users carried out by the illegal online loan providers. This research was conducted using the normative legal method (library study). The results of this study are a form of legal protection for personal data of fintech peer to peer lending users in terms of the applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia, including preventive legal protection. In Preventive legal protection on online lending and borrowing services based on financial technology, the government issued several regulations related to fintech peer to peer lending, namely POJK LPBBTI and SEOJK LPMUBTI Governance. In addition, there is also repressive protection which has a function to resolve disputes in the future through the Court within the scope of General Courts or through Government Agencies which are administrative appeal institutions by providing administrative sanctions for perpetrators of violations. Efforts that can be taken by fintech peer to peer lending users if they find that there has been a leak of user personal data on the platform of the fintech peer to peer lending provider, that is, they can take non-judicial or non-litigation (out of court) legal remedies or judicial or litigation (judicial) legal remedies.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of brand awareness and brand loyalty on purchasing decisions for fragrant shoots (a case study on economics and business students in 2018 at the Islamic University of Malang). The type of research used is explanatory research with the method of distributing questionnaires. The sample in this study revealed 70 respondents and data processing using the SPSS computer program. This study has met the requirements of validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used in this study is the classical assumption test, statistical test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The variable used in this study is the dependent variable on purchasing decisions, and the independent variables are brand awareness and brand loyalty. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a positive and significant effect. Partially, it is shown that the variables of Brand Awareness and Brand Loyalty have a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Decision variable for the case study of fragrant shoots tea products for students of the economics and business faculty in 2018 at the Islamic University of Malang. Keywords: Brand Awareness, Brand Loyalty, Purchase Decision.
