Abstract

Program Iptek bagi masyarakat (IbM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kelompok peternak kambing dalam berbagai aspek produksi dan manajemen peternakan kambing secara intensif yang mengacu pada panca usaha peternakan yaitu penggunaan bibit atau bakalan kambing yang unggul, pemberian pakan yang cukup dan berkualitas,perkandangan dan manajemen pemeliharaan yang baik, sistem perkawinan dan perkembangbiakan yang tepat, sistem pencegahan dan pengobatan penyakit dengan benar serta pemasaran produksi yang menguntungkan. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai dalam program IbM ini peternak kambing dapat memanfaatkan limbah industri pembuatan tempe yang difermentasi dahulu untuk meningkatkan kualitas pakan sebagai pengganti pakan konsentrat kambing sekaligus menjaga lingkungan yang asri dengan sistem tiga strata pada lahan pertanian dan pemupukan menggunakan pupuk organikdari kompos kotoran kambing yang menyuburkan tanah. Untuk mencapai tujuan dan target program IbM ini, maka tim pengusul program IbM Unisma menggunakan metode penyuluhan, demo plot fermentasi pakan, reboisasi, pembinaan dan pendampingan usaha. Program IbM ini mendapatkan respon masyarakat peternak kambing yang senantiasa proaktif dalam semua kegiatan penyuluhan, pembinaan, demo plot dan pendampingan usaha. Peternakan kambing telah diusahakan secara terpadu dengan industri tempe yang dimilikinya selama hampir 8 tahun. Pengadaan kambing dibeli dari peternak lain atau pasar hewan tidak diseleksi secara tepat, kandang panggung lantai berlubang sehingga feses tidak mengotori bulu, perkawinan kambing masih inbreeding. Pakan berupa hijauan segar secara ad libitum dan konsentrat limbah pembuatan tempe berupa kulit biji kedelai dan air rendamannya. Pemanfaatan limbah ini dapat meningkatkan PBB kambing sebesar 45 g/ekor/hari dan memberikan Peternak mengaplikasikan ilmu yang diperoleh dengan memperbaiki manajemen produksi peternakan kambing secara intensif menggunakan bahan pakan lokal dari limbah pembuatan tempe dicampur kulit bekatul dan onggok yang difermentasi dahulu agar lebih berkualitas, bergizi dan palatabel yang dapat meningkatkan produktifitas ternak yang berdampak pendapatan dan keuntungan peternak bertambah. Luaran program IbM ini adalah metode fermentasi limbah industri tempe kulit biji kedelai, formulasi pakan konsentrat dari bahan pakan lokal dan artikel jurnal

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work motivation, organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior on civil servant (ASN) performance.  The sample size is 236 ASN respondents from Blitar Regency, East Java Province, Indonesia. The sampling method used is stratified proportional random sampling, which involves taking samples from the existing area and selecting progressively smaller or larger sizes. After that, it is calculated using Random Sampling using the Slovin Formula. The study stated that motivation directly affects organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Employees with high intrinsic motivation impact organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) better because they show an attitude of working more than other employees as a form of their perspective of responsibility. Organizational culture has no direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Motivation directly affects performance. ASN performance is directly affected by organizational citizenship behavior. The role of OCB in mediating organizational culture on performance is not fully capable of intervening. The results of this study support the theoretical implications, namely the stronger organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and supported by good employee work motivation; work behavior will increase. Apart from that, managerially, management can benefit from the results of this study by utilizing a combination of variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to know the Store Atmosphere impact, and service quality toward consumer purchase interest at Damar coffee Malang. The customer of Damar coffee are the population and sample of this research for about 75 respondents.This study collect the data by giving questionnaire and interview. In addition, the instrument of this study was SPSS Software 16 version. Then the method of analysis of this study uses slovin path analysis. The instrument test of this research was in the shape of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test. The result showed that partially store atmosphere and service quality have totally significant effect toward consumer purchase interest. Even, simultaneously it indicated that store atmosphere and the service quality also show significant effect toward consumer purchase interest. Keyword : Store Atmosphere, The Service quality and Consumer Purchase Interest

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to reveal and analyze the process of recruitment, selection, and training on the performance of employees. Finding out the direct impact of the recruitment process, selection, and training on the performance of production employees. Finding out the indirect impact of the recruitment process, selection, and training on the performance of production employees in cigarette factory Redi Berka Abadi. The research method used is quantitative research with the type of research is Explanatory Research. In this study, the sampling technique used was Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling. The research population is all production employees in cigarette factory Redi Berka Abadi with a total of 100 people. While the sample used in this study was 50 people.The result of the research shows that the recruitment process had no impact and was not significant in employees' performance. The selection process does not affect and is not significant in employees' performance. While the training process has a significant effect on employees' performance so that if the company gives training to employees more often, it means that employee skills will increase and employees' performance increases as well.Keywords: recruitment process, selection process, training process, employees’ performance

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the quality of service directly affect Loyalty in using bus transportation services "PO.TITIAN MAS". To find out the quality of service has a direct effect on Consumer Satisfaction in using bus transportation services "PO TITIAN MAS". To know customer satisfaction has a direct effect on loyalty in using bus transportation services "PO.TITIAN MAS". To find out the quality of service indirect effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in using bus transportation services "PO. TITIAN MAS ".This type of research uses explanatory research, this research was conducted on customers of Bus Po.Titian Mas. The population in this study were students of Bima, Dompu who studied at Islamic University of Malang in October to November 2019 with 818 customers. this study amounted to 89 respondents with purposive sampling technique.The results of this study indicate that Service Quality directly has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in using the transportation services of Bus Po.Titian Mas. Service Quality directly has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty in using the services of Po.Titian Mas Bus transportation. Consumer Satisfaction directly positive and significant effect on loyalty in using Bus Po.Titian Mas transportation services. Service quality indirectly affects Loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in using Po.Titian Mas Bus transportation services. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of word of mouth, electronic word of mouth on purchase intention. The population in this study were students of the economics and business faculties of the management department of Malang Islamic University. The sample in this study uses purposive sampling totaling 77 students. This analysis uses multiple regression models. The results of this study indicate that word of mouth (X1) partially has a significant effect on purchase intention with a value (sig 0,000). As well as electronic word of mouth (X2) partially have a significant effect on purchase intention with value (sig 0,042). With the value of determination (R2) 26,7% between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Keywords word of mouth, electronic word of mouth and purchase intention

Abstract

AbstractThe research a purpose to knowing and analyze Product Quality, Price, and Service Quality to Purchasing Decisions on consumers cafes Om.Kopi in Malang city both partially and simultaneously. This research uses Explanatory Research with a quantitative approach. The population in this research consumers both coming directly and indirectly at the café Om.Kopi Malang city. Samples taken as many as 94 respondents. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis processed with SPSS 16.0 software. Data collection methods used were questionnaire and interview. The results showed that the Quality of the Products effect has an significant partially to Purchasing Decisions. Meanwhile, Price and Service Quality has an effect, but insignificant partially on Purchasing Decisions. And, Product Quality, Price, and Service Quality has an effect significant simultaneous to Purchasing Decisions.  Keywords:  Product Quality, Price, Service Quality, and Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract Impulsive Buying is a consumer buying behavior that does not plan to purchase a product in advance. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle, electronic word of mouth, and flash sale on impulsive purchases on tiktok shop social commerce. This research was conducted on students who use Tiktok Shop in Malang City, using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Determination of the number of samples using the lemeshow formula which amounted to 96 respondents. The data analysis methods used are instrument tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests. The results showed that simultaneously the lifestyle of shopping, electronic word of mouth, and flash sale had a significant effect on impulsive purchases on tiktok shop social commerce. The lifestyle of shopping and flash sales partially has a significant effect on impulsive purchases on social commerce Tiktok Shop, while electronic word of mouth does not have a significant effect on impulsive purchases on social commerce Tiktok Shop. The influence of shopping lifestyle, electronic word of mouth, and flash sale on impulsive purchases shows a coefficient of determination of 36.6%. Keywords: Shopping Lifestyle, Electronic Word of Mouth, Flash Sale, And Impulsive Buying.

Abstract

Abstract Based on research conducted with the aim of knowing the simultaneous effect of price, product, promotion, and location on purchasing decisions in choosing a case study drink menu at the coffee shop asmaraloka coffee. This research is an associative research type with a quantitative approach. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used the formula from Malhotra with the calculation results of 85 samples. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling where every customer in the population has the opportunity to be a sample. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, and t test. From this study, it was found that the price, product, promotion, and location variables had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, partially the price and product variables had an effect on purchasing decisions, but tepromotion and location variables had no effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the variables of price, product, promotion and location simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Price, Product, Promotion, Location, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of product quality, customer bonding and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty (a case study on Clodia Outfit customers). The population in this study were customers who had made a purchase at Clodia Outfit. The sample used the Malhotra theory so that 90 respondents were obtained according to the criteria, the research method used purposive sampling with a quantitative approach. This study uses primary data and multiple linear regression analysis methods.The results showed that simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on product quality, customer bonding and customer satisfaction variables on customer loyalty. And partially the product quality variable has no and no significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer bonding variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the customer satisfaction variable has no and no significant effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Product Quality, Customer Bonding, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty
