Abstract

There is a potential overflow of a river during rain, resulting in water levels raised beyond normal water levels in the Sentiong Underpass Area, Jakarta in which is one of the strategic locations in Central Jakarta. To guarantee and maximize water flow in the Sentiong Underpass area, a water discharge regulatory system was created to be the form of underground wall structures equipped with pump houses. This wall structure is made of reinforced concrete structures underground at ± 3 m depth. This research aims to evaluate and analyze the underground wall capacity with reference to principles designed by SNI 2847-2013 and SNI 1727-2013. Analysis of data used based on field data including soil test parameters and vehicle traffic. Structural analysis which used is Computer Program (STAADPro), then based on the data obtained from the results of analysis and evaluation can be determined magnitude of displacement and dimensions of the reinforcement. The wall structure in Sentiong Area, Jakarta was planned to use K-300 concrete as high as 3 m underground, 40 cm of wall thickness, bottom floor thickness 40 cm, and upper floor thickness 20 cm. The total length of this underground wall structure was planned 32 m. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that displacement and capacity structure qualified safely with design steel reinforcement diameters of D13 mm and D16 mm.

Abstract

Intake Building Structure is a Pier Type Structure that is used as a building for the distribution of clean water. This structure stands on a stake that stands on the edge of the river, as a pier-type building that accepts the load of river currents and pump vibration loads, it is necessary to analyze the maximum capacity, economical and also sturdy. There are several important aspects that must be reviewed to get the maximum design, including water current load, soil load, pump vibration load and also earthquake load in the form of spketrum response based on Palembang area. The design reference used is SNI1727-2013 and SNI 1726-2002.  Based on the analysis, the intake structure was obtained in the form of reinforced concrete structures on the floor area and pilecap while for the foundation of the stake in the form of composite steel, columns and beams because it supports a heavy enough load, the profile steel is used.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menghambat kegiatan bongkar muat petikemas impor di Terminal 3 Internasional PT. Tangguh Samudera Jaya menjadi lebih efektif, penyusunan laporan tugas akhir ini menggunakan pengumpulan data baik dalam bentuk primer maupun sekunder. Data primer yang dimaksud berupa wawancara serta observasi pada saat proses bongkar muat sedang berlangsung. Data sekunder berupa data standar operasional prosedur bongkar peti kemas dan data idle time operasional bongkar muat. Setiap kegiatan pada proses stevedoring dan cargodoring bongkar peti kemas memiliki standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak perusahaan dan jika pada saat pelaksanaannya terdapat hambatan itu semua akan dirangkum ke dalam laporan idle time setiap bulannya. Faktor-faktor yang menghambat telah dikelompokkan menjadi 4 bagian, seperti man, weather, machine, dan method. Setelah dilakukan analisis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor machine menjadi yang paling signifikan dalam menghambat kegiatan bongkar peti kemas impor, hal tersebut terjadi diakibatkan karena beberapa masalah yang timbul pada alat saat sedang beroperasi.

Abstract

This Research aims to find out the causes and impacts caused by delays in payment of trucking vehicle rentals at Perum DAMRI Logistik, especially on the company's operational activities. Data collection was carried out in 3 divisions in Perum DAMRI Logistics, namely the operational division, the financial division and the engineering division. Data collection was done by interviewing the staff on duty and making observations and observations while in the field. The data obtained is then analyzed and elaborated so as to form a relevant information. In addition to describing the results of interviews, there are some data that are processed using statistical analysis using correlation tests and simple linear regression tests. The statistical data analysis was used to determine the relationship between vehicle rental payments and operational activities and to find out what percentage of the effect was obtained from the two variables. The results of the correlation test using SPSS statistic 25 which shows that vehicle rental payments and operational activities have a positive relationship, the results of a simple linear regression test get the equation Y = 200534,257 + 0.659X. The value of R square is 0.559.
