Abstract

Aplikasi ilmu marketing dalam dunia politik telah banyak dikenal dan digunakan oleh para praktisi politik. Ilmu lebih banyak dikenal sebagai marketing politik ini juga telah banyak dikaji oleh para peneliti. Teori marketing apa saja yang dapat bermanfaat dalam dunia politik akan dibahas secara singkat oleh penulis sehingga mampu memberikan wawasan baru bagi praktisi politik untuk menentukan strategi kampanye yang tepat dan efektif.

Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Kalsel & Kalteng Banjabaru sudah menggunakan sistem in-formasi, namun masih manual. Pekerjaan menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Dalam pembuatan laporan dan perhitungan biaya SPPD karyawan diperlukan akurasi dan arsip data yang baik dengan alat Bantu program computer.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Field Research (Penelitian Lapangan) dan deve-lopment. Data dikumpulkan mulai teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan penulis adalah teknik analisa data non-uji statistik. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah  rancang bangun tersebut dapat dijadikan awal dalam pembuatan progam aplikasi dibagian secretariat kantor PT. (Persero) PLN Wilayah KalselTeng

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan iklan layanan masyarakat yang mudah dipahami dan jelas dalam artian masyarakat dapat dengan mudah mengetahui jenis-jenis jaminan sosial bagi tenaga kerja pada BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin, dan diharapkan kedepannya lebih dari sebelum-belumnya dalam melakukan pemasaran dan promosi kepada masyarakat luas.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian terapan. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data sekunder. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisa non statistik. Adapun metode pengembangan sistem yaitu System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) yang meliputi perencanaan sistem, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, implementasi sistem, dan pemeliharaan sistem.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya iklan layanan masyarakat berbentuk animasi 2 dimensi akan mengubah cara cara dari pihak BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kantor Cabang Banjarmasin dalam menyampaikan informasi mengenai jaminan sosial yang ada. juga perlu melakukan perubahan-perubahan agar lebih cepat memahami suatu informasi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

The measure of the success of a lecturer in transferring his knowledge to students becomes the main focus so that it can be described in a measurable manner, so that what is given can be understood, accepted and applied by students in accordance with the objectives to be achieved, namely the quality of teaching. Almost all universities assess their teaching performance. Performance appraisal means evaluating the current and / or past teaching quality relative to its performance standards. Some reasons for assessing teacher quality, first is integrated in the performance management process, second is assessment allows superiors and subordinates to develop a plan to correct all deficiencies found, third is assessment needed to know the strengths and weaknesses of teachers that are useful for career planning for teachers itself. There are several tools that are commonly used to conduct teacher performance assessments, namely the performance appraisal method. However, performance appraisal has several weaknesses (Dessler, 2008) including: subjective assessment, halo effect, centralized tendency, influenced by age, race and gender. Therefore, a technical evaluation system for performance appraisal is needed, so that it can get a more accountable assessment. In the previous research conducted by the author, the method used in the measurement process with parameters in the performance appraisal method is by using the Fuzzy Mamdani Logic method where the aim is to assess teacher performance by improving the assessment method of performance appraisal from the parameters, so can be used as a decision support system. The results obtained in the measurement with Fuzzy Mamdani Logic method are seen from the accuracy level of 60% accuracy of the calculation compared to the use of performance appraisal method. After developing the method that is by using the method of Fuzzy Analiytic Hierarchi Process the results obtained can increase the level of calculation accuracy up to 93%, considering in the FAHP method, the parameters that become the calculation variable will be analyzed first the level of consistency so that it is feasible to use.

Abstract

This study is aimed to create an English learning media game application as an interesting alternative learning system in order to increase English knowledge and children's interest in learning. It is also to presents the English learning media game application quickly and precisely to the students of SDN Melayu 2 Banjarmasin. The research method used is Applied Research which also used primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and literature. As for the system development method, the author used the Waterfall method by analyzing the system, functional and non-functional requirements and PIECES analysis by using the Adobe Flash CS6 application program to make English learning media for students. The results of this study are the formation of learning media game applications so that learning for users could make changes in mindset, have a learning spirit and increase the interest of students in learning and are more relevant. The installation could also be accessed easily just by using a computer device.

Abstract

The research objective is: To analyze the effect of brand image with the mobile phone purchasing decisions Samsung brand in Banjarmasin. Kind of explanatory research, the sampling technique using a non-probability sampling with the number of respondents as many as 100 people a brand of mobile phone users samsungdi Banjarmasin. The research instrument used questionnaires and measurements with a variable interval scale characteristics of the respondents is the Samsung brand mobile phone users in Singapore. The firm (X1), Other organizations (X2), Evoked universe (X3), Attributes (X4), Benefits (X5) and Attitudes (X6) as independent variables to be tested simultaneously (Simultaneous) and (Partial) influence on purchase decision , The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by using analytical tools such as validity, reliability, and multiple regression analysis with the classical assumption using multicolinierity test, test heterokedastisitas, test for normality and linearity test, to test the hypothesis by using test of F and test t with IBM SPSS version 23 program. The study states that the universe Evoked (X3), Benefits (X5) and Attitudes (X6) significant positive effect on purchase decisions (Y). While the firm (X1), Other organizations (X2), Attributes (X4) did not significantly influence the purchase decision (Y)

Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, the influence of digital marketing on customer satisfaction, as well as the effect of service quality and digital marketing together on customer satisfaction at PT. Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Cabang Utama Banjarmasin (JNE). The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. Respondents in this study were 100 people who used the services of an expedition from JNE. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, data collected in analysis using descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis of multiple linear regression. The results showed that service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, then digital marketing also had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, then simultaneously showed that service quality and digital marketing had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination of service quality and digital marketing variables on customer satisfaction are 0.382 or 38.2%, which means 38.2% of customer satisfaction is influenced by the quality of service and digital marketing, while the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other variables that are not examined by the author.
