Abstract

The media has a very important role in providing a positive or negative influence on consumers in evaluating a product. Along with technological developments, the prestige of social media is widely used as a media repository for communication, especially for millennial children. This study used quantitative methods and consisted of 2 research variables, namely, product knowledge variables and perception variables. The research sampling used purposive sampling technique of 100 people at the voting age of 17 s / d 35 years in Banjarmasin who had participated this year. The results showed that (1) Social media is an application for uploading and sharing photos to other users. In this Sarigading woven product, the introduction method through social media can be done through a business account provided by social media, because it has interesting features so that it can create optimization for a product. (2) the majority of millennials in Banjarmasin use the social media WhatsApp and Instagram (data shows that in Banjarmasin there are 76% for WhatsApp users and 60% for Instagram users), so that the two social media are very appropriate to be used to introduce Sarigading woven products.

Abstract

Perpustakaan merupakan salah satu sarana yang paling dibutuhkan didalam pembangunan dunia pendidikan sebagai sumber belajar yang diperlukan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pengelolaan penyimpanan buku perpustakaan sesuai dengan kaidah kearsipan yang baku. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan di lingkungan sekolah SDN Mawar VI Banjarmasin, melalui pelatihan manajemen perpustakaan sekolah diharapkan dapat memudahkan pengelola perpustakaan dalam mengelola perpustakaan, serta meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan bersama-sama dengan unsur sekolah lainnya. Sedangkan tujuan lainnya, adalah menunjang, mendukung, dan melengkapi semua kegiatan baik kurikuler, dan ekstra kurikuler, disamping dimaksudkan pula dapat membantu menumbuhkan minat dan mengembangkan bakat murid serta memantapkan strategi belalajar mengajar yang lebih baik lagi. Abstract

The purpose of community service includes (1) providing information on job openings, official related information, information from advertisements, information from other sources, and without information, (2) providing information regarding how to apply for a job, especially applying for a job over the telephone and applying for a job through application letter, (3) providing information about the job application letter, especially with regard to understanding job application letters, job application letters, job application letter formats, job application letter formats , and sections of application letter, and (4) provides information on how to send application letters, application which is based on official information, information from advertisements, information from other sources, and without information. This activity was carried out on Wednesday, August 28, 2019, at the Korpri Banjarmasin High School, Jalan Tanjung I Perumnas Kayutangi Blok IV Banjarmasin. The number of students (as participants) is 20 people. Extension team of 4 people. Counseling is delivered using the lecture method, questions and answers, and the practice of receiving application letters by students. The results of the implementation issued about application letter and its practice on Banjarmasin Korpri High School students, specifically in third year students as participants, can be stated as (1) students can know well about job vacancy information, find official information, information from advertisements, information from other sources, and without information, (2) students can know well how to apply for a job, some apply for a job over the telephone and apply for a job through a job application letter, (3) students can search well for a job application letter, especially with regard to understanding job application letters, job application letter functions, formatting job application letters, and parts of job application letters, and (4) students can write job application letters with information from other sources, and without being informed Keywords: letter writing, letter form, application letter

Abstract

The Covid 19 pandemic that occurred throughout the world, more or less brought changes to the function of economic activity in Indonesia. Many business activities have changed, both in terms of business activities and other activities. This is also happen to Middle Group Community Business (UMKM) players in Indonesia in general, as well as in South Kalimantan in particular. Marketing activities that have been carried out in person have begun to shift to online and digital forms, following the Social Restriction policy imposed by the government. This inevitably makes UMKM players have to follow the rhythm of the situation and the appropriate conditions, if they don't want the businesses they manage to be eroded by other businesses that are more adaptive in responding to the conditions and needs of the general public. If all this time UMKM players prefer conventional methods of promotion and marketing, then according to the conditions and needs of the times they must be able to carry out business activities digitally. The implementation of Community Service activities in the form of "Digital Marketing Training through Social Media" at the Culinary Assistance Group (food and beverage) of the Koperasi Office, UMKM and Banjarbaru City Workers As the social media with the most users, Instagram has the advantage of being accepted by all ages, because the content created is in the form of photos and videos that are more easily accepted by the audience. To make it easier to attract readers' interest, you can see tips in delivery, namely in terms of time and selection of unique content for followers. Another step is to collaborate with other social media activists by providing reviews and testimonials on products being marketed.

Abstract

Banks as financial services sector must absolutely pay attention to the quality of service to their customers. The service performed is a form of the best service provided by a bank to provide satisfaction to customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the service of Customer Service of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the Banjarmasin branch of Kayu Tangi. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, which is to give an overview of the events studied so that it is easier for writers to get objective data in order to know and understand how employee motivation affects performance. The population in this study is the customer who made the main transaction in the Customer Service section of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Banjarmasin Tangi Wood Branch Office. Samples are taken randomly and are considered to represent the answers of all customers in the bank. The number of samples taken was 80 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the measurement of customer satisfaction with Customer Service at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, Kayu Tangi Banjarmasin Sub-Branch Office still needs to be developed because there are some criticisms from customers of the servqual dimensions namely, Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empaty. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, Service Quality, Customer and Service

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan jasa ekspedisi terhadap konsumen pelanggan pada J&T Express Cabang Landasan Ulin. 2) Untuk mengetahui kualitas pelayanan seperti apa yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan di jasa ekspedisi J&T Express Cabang Landasan Ulin. 3) Untuk mengetahui cara agar meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan disana dan juga sebagai bahan evaluasi kedepannya pada jasa ekspedisi J&T Express Cabang Landasan Ulin.Metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif, yang mana  hanya menggunakan data yang berbentuk selain angka atau tanpa menggunakan angka-angka terhadap obyek penelitian. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan  data  sekunder.  Variabel  yang  digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah variabel bebas yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan  dan variabel terikat yaitu Kepuasan Pelanggan.Teknik pengumpulan data yang penyusun lakukan adalah Wawancara,observasi , dokumentasi dan kuesioner.Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan jasa ekspedisi terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada J&T Express Cabang Landasan Ulin Rata-rata responden menyatakan dimensi Bukti fisik (tangibility) termasuk kategori baik dengan skor 3,18. Rata-rata responden menyatakan dimensi Keandalan (realiability) termasuk kategori baik dengan skor 3,23. Rata-rata responden menyatakan dimensi Daya tanggap(responsiveness) termasuk kategori baik dengan skor 3,18. Rata-rata responden menyatakan dimensi Jaminan (assurance) termasuk kategori baik dengan skor 3,14. Rata-rata responden menyatakan dimensi Perhatian (empaty) termasuk kategori baik dengan skor 3,19Kata Kunci : Kualitas, Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan

Abstract

The purposes of this study are (1) to determine the effectiveness of motor vehicle tax payment services through the E-Samsat application at the Regional Revenue Service Unit Office of Samsat Banjarmasin 1, and (2) to determine the comparison between users of conventional motor vehicle tax payment services and those using the application. E-Samsat at the Regional Revenue Service Unit Office of Samsat Banjarmasin 1. The research method used in this research is descriptive research. The population in this study is the public in the service of paying motorized vehicle taxes at the Regional Revenue Service Unit Office of Samsat Banjarmasin 1. The sample in this study was 124 respondents. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results showed that (1) the effectiveness related to procedures and services, E-Samsat can facilitate people who are far from the city in order to minimize delays, because it can be done anytime and anywhere, and (2) this e-samsat application, customers feel the ease of the application. Therefore, it is recommended that services through E-Samsat can be further maximized so that the community is satisfied in using the E-Samsat services, such as the certainty of the schedule and duration of services resulting from effective e-Samsat services and clarity of service procedures.
